The Bridegroom’s Garland of Blessing
I saw the Bride of Christ with a crown of flowers on her head.
And heard, “I wore a crown of thorns so that I could adorn you with My Crown of Blessing. The devil CANNOT curse what I have blessed. A Crown of Beauty for ashes.”
“Beloved. Do not grieve and be in despair, My Child. I have redeemed you from the curse. The Lamb of God became a curse for you. I took your place, My Bride.
This is true Love. This is Grace. This is Redemption. Every sickness and disease is part of the curse. Lack and poverty are part of the curse. Depression and oppression are part of the curse.
You are the Redeemed of The LORD. By faith, you have received the Promise of the Spirit. I bestow upon you a Crown of Beauty instead of ashes.
I have translated you from the kingdom of darkness into My Glorious Kingdom of Marvelous Light. The devil cannot curse again that which I have blessed.
I have crowned you with my Glory and Honor once and for ALL TIME. Do not slip back into old ways of thinking. You are a New Creation, no longer subject to the darkness of this world.
You are My Sons and My Daughters, My Beloved Bride. Stand fast, Dear One, in the freedom by which Christ has set you free and do not become entangled again with the enemy’s yoke of bondage.
Always remember, My Child, that whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Fear not, you are the BLESSED of The LORD.
I have clothed you with Garments of Salvation and wrapped you in My Robe of Righteousness and placed upon your head the Bridegroom’s Garland of Blessing!”
GARLAND: wreath or festoon of flowers, leaves, or other material, worn as an honor. A garland of laurel was placed on the WINNER’S head, a symbol of POWER, ETERNITY, and GLORY.
“And twisting together a CROWN OF THORNS, they put it on His head and put a reed in His right hand. And kneeling before Him, they mocked Him, saying, ‘Hail, King of the Jews!’” Matthew 27:29.
“and provide for those who grieve in Zion; to bestow upon them a CROWN of Beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of The LORD for the display of His splendor,” Isaiah 61:3.
“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” He redeemed us in order that the BLESSING promised to Abraham would come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit,” Galatians 3:13-14.
“I will rejoice greatly in The LORD, My soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, as a BRIDEGROOM decks himself with a GARLAND (also translated priestly headdress), and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels,” Isaiah 61:10.
“What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have CROWNED him with glory and honor,” Psalm 8:4-5.
