The LORD said to me that one of the major reasons for division in the body of Christ is insecurity, intimidation, the need for control, the lack of communication among offices and the persecution complex of the prophets.

The LORD revealed to me that the reason the Church can not spring forward, is because of spiritual pettiness and the clashing of mantles!

You see, the mantles are one’s scope of authority and the sphere of anointing which God has called one to operate within, the Five-Fold ministry.

One of the greatest battles we see in the Church often is with the office of the apostles, prophets and the pastors.

Why? Because of the insecurities of the Pastoral office and there desires to protect and to shepherd the sheep.

Is that wrong? Of course not, but when it causes one to control and to be the only voice, that is wrong!

God has many offices and they all are called as His Voice!

The LORD showed me that whenever pastors have not been educated in understanding the office of the apostles (prophets), they will continue to have these battles within themselves.

You see, Insecurity is simply fear, lack of confidence, self-doubt covered up and mascaraed as confidence that makes one lash out at those (in office) whom they fear are out to harm or what they have worked hard for, or to build.

When the Pastoral Care is threatened by a spirit of insecurities, this can no doubt lead to a host of other sins, such as intimidation, manipulation and control of those working as apostles (prophets) in the local Church. Thus causing both strife and division (even jealousy) within the body!

I believe this is not only happening with the pastors and apostle but also the prophets and the apostles in this season!

The spirit of Jezebel manipulating others and silencing the voice of others in order to control the sheep!

People, God is calling for unity in order for the Church to come into its fullness of power.

You see, it is the enemy that brings about the confusion and division (distractions) within the church.

If he can keep the leaders in the Church distracted and divided, he knows they will not minister effectively in the Church. Rendering it powerless!

The pastor whom God will call to work in the the local assembly, who has an apostle in his church, he must not allow insecurity and intimidation to grip his spirit.

When he does, he will perceive everything the apostle (prophet) does as a challenge to his authority causing more and more division in the house.

The elders, apostles and the prophets of old who worked with the each other (some times had problems) knew there sphere of authority and they learned how to respect one another’s sphere of anointing so that Christ and His Church would be glorified.

No, the apostles should not over step his or her boundaries in the local assembly. Just because he or she is an apostle.

Neither should the apostles or the prophets try to handle situations reserved for the pastor of the Church. Because it is the pastor who has the responsibility for the souls of the sheep.

He also bears the responsibility for the spiritual oversight of the apostles who are in fellowship with the assembly.

The LORD is bring order to His Church.

Apostles also have to learn to be subject to leadership if they expect to have fruitful ministries.

He also revealed to me that Pastors also must learn not to devalue the ministries of apostles because they are under their ministries.

They need to understand that the apostle and the prophet’s ministries are foundational and is an asset to any ministry.

The LORD is revealing that no office is above submission, and working as a teams in the body of Christ and that all ministries are needed in the Body of Christ.

And, that ministries are given to work together in peace; as well as unity!

Any and all insecurities need to be dealt with in the body of Christ before the church can continue to be successful!

Apostles and prophets are called into a dimension that can help to push the local Church into a spiritual dimension that can resurrect the dead and to help build the Kingdom of God into a higher calling in Christ Jesus, so let us not allow the enemy to divide and to conquer us because of such pettiness!

Division over John Mark
“Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”
Now Barnabas was determined to take with them John called Mark. But Paul insisted that they should not take with them the one who had departed from them in Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to the work.
Then the contention became so sharp that they parted from one another.
And so Barnabas took Mark and sailed to Cyprus; but Paul chose Silas and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God. And he went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches,” Acts 15:36-41.
