The LORD gave me the word “Crow!”

A crow is an unclean bird, but god can still use it for His glory!

“To eat crow,” (informal): To be forced to-admit to having made a mistake, as by-retracting an emphatic statement; suffer-humiliation: “His prediction was completely wrong, and he had to eat crow.” (Dictionary.com).

The LORD gave me John 13:37-38, where Peter said unto Him, LORD, “Why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.” But, Jesus answered him, “Wilt thou lay down thy life for My sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, the cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.”

Many times God tries us to see where our heart is and will we obey Him? Just as He did Peter!

This is why He said to, “Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cock-crowing, or in the morning,” (Mark 13:35) but, one thing for sure we are to be ready!

The LORD is preparing His people for things to come and He said many of the prophesies He give are conditional and some come with instructions and a specific time table.

“And, just as the LORD turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the LORD, how he had said unto him, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice,” (Luke 22:61). So will those for whom His prophesies are for in this season, remember what He has spoken? And not one word shall fall to the ground!

And, He will not leave the righteous without a way of escape; for, when Elijah prophesied there would be no rain, he had no idea that prophesy would affect him, but God delivered him because the LORD sent the ravens who brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook, (1 Kings 17:6).

Come on somebody!

Then said the LORD unto me, thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:12) Not one word He has spoken shall fall to the ground!
