Pain, fear, worry, anger, hopelessness, and other negative emotions are the result of believing a lie either about yourself, your situation or about God.

The enemy uses these things as spiritual warfare against us.

Don’t battle on the same level as what the enemy is using against you.

Come up higher! Surrender, praise and thanksgiving are the quickest and most effective forms of spiritual warfare.

No matter what your battle is, surrender it. Praise God that He always has the answer you need.

Surrender allows him to work on your problem. Thanksgiving praises Him, demonstrating trust, which releases his intervention.
