I’m yet thinking about Saul and David. Saul brought his men into a personal battle he had within himself against David. Sometimes we are helping kill people and we don’t even know what the battle is all about.

People of God, getting into battles that don’t concern you, can sometimes release the wrath of God upon your life. Never let someone else’s personal issue about anyone, become your issue.

People get upset and fall out of fellowship with me all the time, because they can’t make me dislike a person because they have issues with them. Nobody will make me part of an assassination squad against someone else in the Body of Christ.

What people have not learned, is each person has their own assignment in the Kingdom of God. If you are assigned to one, you don’t have to be assigned to another.

We mistakenly believe that we have to all work with the same people. God calls me to different people. Some of them have serious personality or behavior issues, and sometimes serious spiritual combats within themselves. I have had other leaders say, I shouldn’t deal with them, I should dismiss them, or disconnect from them, but they are not the one assigned to them by The Lord, to help get them into the proper place spiritually.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, tells me who I can or cannot deal with. Do these persons sometimes upset me and make me want to dismiss them? Yes, they do but, when God says this is your assignment, I have to obey God, even when my flesh says it doesn’t want to deal with them anymore.

I have seen and heard leaders say, if you are going to fellowship with certain persons, then I can’t be in fellowship with you. Well, to them I say, perhaps you are the one God is trying to disconnect me from, because if we can’t walk in love, be forgiving, and learn how to let go of things in the past, then we are not worthy to lead anybody.

How can I lead with unforgiveness, anger, and bitterness in my heart,? Then I sow discord among the brethren, by trying to stir others up to have an attitude with me. And what’s worst, people, repeat gossip and junk that was told to them by others, that has naught against another person.

If we are going to see victory, change and increases, and a overflow of souls drawn into the body of Christ, then we need to stop fighting biting and devouring each other! And by all means stop creating an assassination squad to carry out your plan to kill someone that has offended or hurt you. It’s time to let it go!!
