Spring Forward – Don’t Go Backwards!
This has been an amazing week already. If you were not with us on Sunday morning at 8 AM, I want to be sure you watch the teaching I shared on “Transitions in Glory!” This is helping all of us move forward without assuming we can simply do what we have done in a past season and still expect to see breakthrough in a new season. Today at Noon: Spring Forward – Don’t Go Backwards!
Today at noon, we look forward to our Exhortation and Deliverance component of the Triumphant Faith Institute. Stella Timmons will be sharing on “Spring Forward – Don’t Go Backwards!” We do not want to lose momentum as we progress from Passover to Pentecost. Everyone is welcome to join us in the Prayer Tower for this time of Holy Spirit empowerment.
Shifting the Tabernacle of David Teaching to Sunday at 8 AM in the Tabernacle!
Please remember, we will NOT be meeting tonight at 7:00 PM for Teaching and Development. Instead, this component of the Triumphant Faith Institute will be offered on Sunday morning at 8:00 AM in the Tabernacle. That will be an incredible time for Robert to share on “The Tabernacle of David: Establishing an Outpost of Heaven!” This will be a powerful time of worship, teaching and prophetic impartation that will open the way for our Celebration Service at 9:00 AM.
Staking a Claim at the North Pole!
Shortly after Passover, one of the friends of our ministry, Og Amazu, travelled to the North Pole. Not only were he and his family the first Nigerians to reach the geographic North Pole, but he and his wife, Joy, arrived by parachuting from over 12,000 feet. Og then became the first person ever to sky dive and scuba dive at the geographic North Pole on a same day event. I can only imagine how it would have felt to dive under the polar icecap and walk upside down on the actual site of the geographic North Pole. Og trained for this expedition for some time, which is tied to he and his wife’s foundation, Challenge 100. They also sought to remember the hundreds of girls abducted by Boko Haram in northern Nigeria just over a year ago.
For most of us, just the idea of skydiving and scuba diving at the North Pole would be too much! However, Og asked if there was any prophetic act he should do. We mailed him a stake with Ezekiel 37 painted on the side. The stake (or vav) was painted gold, with red at the very tip to represent the Blood of Jesus. On the side we wrote Ezekiel 37. As you can see in this short video below, Og drove this into the polar cap. Let’s join in rejoicing with he and his family over this firstfuits expedition. They were the first Nigerians, the first Nigerian family, and the youngest (and only) black girls to visit the geographic North Pole. Joy was also the first black woman to sky dive at the North Pole.
Blessings,
