Soul Ties and Soul Mates
In order to flow in the kingdom soul ties must be broken, and soul mates broken up. The soul tie is of the flesh, it locks one person emotions to another which in turn allows the more domineering person to control the other. When one gets angry the other joins and picks up the anger. When one takes an offense the other follows. When one lies the other swears to it. A marriage joined by soul ties is very fragile unless the domineering spouse is in control of their emotions and is a good person. Test your ties, do you instantly get angry if your leader is angry, do you instant take his or her side, without praying and investigating the situation. If so you are in a soul tie.
Many employees and congregations are soul tied to the boss or pastor if he is strong willed and domineering. This senerio which will evolve into a group of yes men and women, is easily led and never questions. Even to following the person into heresy, bankruptcy, jail and in extreme cases into death.
True Love and devotion can easily be exploited and turn to a soul tie. If the weaker vessel does not understand the principle, (that which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit) John 3:6 they will soon loose their identity and become one flesh with the boss, or leader, always agreeing never considering the word no. They then follow the voice of strange flesh and do not follow My voice, John 10:4-5.
The kingdom replacement for soul ties is spirit ties. You cannot have spirit ties unless My Spirit is in control of your soul. When My Spirit breaks soul ties, I become the link between two or more people. When two people are linked to Me, unconditional love becomes the bond that holds them together. The kingdom leader leads people away from loyalty to himself and to loyalty to Me. I will then be the link that causes the followers to be in unity with the leader, if the leader is in the flesh, I will be able to say no through the follower, and use the follower to correct the leader in love, Matthew 18:15.
Here is the kingdom bottom line: If it’s wrong to submit to your flesh, it is doubly wrong to submit to someone else’s flesh, whether it be husband, wife, boss, leader or pastor. If a leader cannot be challenged or questioned without fear of reprisal, you are seeing the beginning of a cult.
If a leader will not take correction from spirit filled followers they are in danger of becoming a cult leader, 1 Corinthians 12:21-25. To remain in a safe place every believer from the pastor to the janitor must, “submitting themselves one to another in the fear of Me”, Ephesians 5:21.
If you fear Me you will stay spirit tied to Me along with who ever I join you too. I am then free to place them in separate places or working together, they are always one in Spirit! These relationships will remain healthy, strong and beautiful, wherever I may place them in the kingdom, because they are Spirit ties with Me in charge.
