Let Me Be Your Comforter!
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
Let Me Be Your Comforter
Let Me be your comforter
You don’t have to wander
When times are hard
Come step into My Arms
When there is desert all around
Come drink from My Springs
I will cover you with My Wings
I will shelter you completely
I will revive
I will heal
I will be the balm
Covering your heart
Giving you the strength
To continue on
Oh come to Me My Beloved
I’m calling you into My Arms
Let Me be your comforter
You don’t have to search very far
When you wake at night
Come pray to Me
When there is confusion all around
Come lay your worries at My Feet
I will make the Truth known
I will keep you in perfect peace
I will revive
I will heal
I will be the balm
Covering your heart
Giving you the strength
To continue on
Oh come to Me My Beloved
I’m calling you into My Arms
I will be with you always
Everywhere everyday
Come rest in Me
Let Me be your comforter
For anything and everything you need
I will revive
I will heal
I will be the balm
Covering your heart
Giving you the strength
To continue on
Oh come to Me My Beloved
I’m calling you into My Arms
You don’t have to wander
You don’t have to search very far
I’m right here with open arms
I will cover you with My Wings
I will keep you in perfect peace
I will shelter you completely
I am your comforter now and always
I will revive
I will heal
I will be the balm
Covering your heart
Giving you the strength
To continue on
Oh come to Me My Beloved
I’m calling you into My Arms
Oh come to Me My Beloved
Let Me be your comforter
I’m calling you into My Arms

~ by Gabrielle Fuehrer
Gabrielle Fuehrer came to The LORD in Spring 2020 and soon began receiving inspiration from The Holy Spirit in the form of Poems (Psalms), meant to praise, glorify and worship our Lord Jesus Christ and uplift the Body of Christ. A preschool teacher, surrounded by the blessings and love of the little ones she teaches, Gabrielle also runs the website, “Imagine a Love Like That“.
“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
Beautiful! I was so refreshed by this poem! I work with teens and ask the Lord for new ways to reach and touch the hearts of our youth to become the warriors God has made them to be. And in the process I get weary and must continually go back to the Fathers arms for a reset of mind and spirit! This poem so beautifully reminds us to do just that…run to the Fathers arms…
Thank you for sharing your gift Gabriella!❤️
Amen.Alright.Thank You.❤️
