I hear so many of you saying, your goal is to be like Me. So let Me help you.

Let’s start with the very basics, let’s start with your stress level. You are always talking about increasing faith, so let’s see where it stands because everyone knows that without faith you are not going to make it! Hebrews 11:6. Stress and faith are on the opposite side of the kingdom scales. Let’s weigh you in the balances, and and see if you are found wanting, Daniel 5:27.

At this present time in your life, are you stressed out about anything? Let’s start with relationships: How about your kids, your spouse, your boss, your coworkers, your relatives, or your boyfriend or girlfriend?

If you are under no stress in this area, you passed the relative test. Now how about your bills and income? This is probably not a problem with you because, your basic faith should be keeping you stress free in this area. I gave all of you, very specific orders to forget about “your life, what you are going to eat, or what you will drink; and your clothes, what you are going to wear. Is not you life more than food and clothes? Matthew 6:25-34.

I know this is so basic that it probably doesn’t apply to you, especially if your Spirit filled, but I need to mention it just in case. I remember being at a house meeting one day, and Martha was stressed out about many things, and her sister Mary was stress free. I remember saying to her, “Martha, Martha, you are stressed out and troubled about many things: ^[42] But only one thing is important: and your sister Mary has chosen the stress free way to live, which shall not be taken away from her, Luke 10:41-42.

She had made up her mind to seek first My kingdom, with complete faith that I would, take care of her family members and relationships. She knew that her bills, and income and every thing that the sinners stress out over, would be added to her, by My Father! Matthew 6:33. Martha was found wanting that day, but Mary passed the kingdom test.

Let’s not go any farther in your thoughts about being like Me until you are stress free. All around you men’s hearts are beginning to fail them for fear, and you must show them the way out. You must do exactly as Mary did, choose the stress free way of sitting with Me while others are busy doing everything else. A few of you are deliberately adding more stress to your life by watching the news, and wasting time with entertainment, instead of getting to know Me. The world stress level is about to skyrocket to suicide levels and a few of you will join them if you don’t come sit at My feet.

I know that many of you are stress free but just in case you are a Martha, I thought I should we should take a stress test today, because you are all saying, “I want to be like My Jesus”, and I’m stress free!

Jim Hammerle (1941-2017) began ministry working with David Wilkerson and Nicky Cruz, founding Teen Challenge Philadelphia. 6 times in the mission field pastoring a mission ship, 15 years with tv and radio, teaching, and preaching.  As a retired businessman, Jim helped to feed widows and orphans in Uganda, helping Muslims find the Jesus who fed them. He became His banker and was privileged to give His money away, wherever He decided, so he also helping to build an orphanage in Haiti and investing in lives in the USA. Totally in love with his Lord, at age 73 he served in ministry at Victory Christian Church and lived every hour listening for his Heavenly Father’s voice.  Jim passed away on May 23, 2017 to be with the LORD.
