Declarations & Decrees: The Small & Insignificant Become Mighty in the Hand of God!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare your future will be VERY GREAT although your beginnings were small, as you EARNESTLY SEEK God and His favor!
  You are great as you WALK in His PRESENCE; His Spirit flowing in and through you are GREAT!
  Give ALL GLORY to the Lord Most High!
• We declare Holy Spirit within you is GREAT and POWERFUL; you will heal the sick, raise the dead, move mountains and change governments!
  To the World, walking in darkness, they do not see this greatness within you.
  BY YOUR LIFE, walking in the power of God, the World will SEE and EXPERIENCE the power of the Great I AM!
• We decree and declare it is not of our own godliness or power that the miracles occur; it is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Who GLORIFIES HIS SON, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
  It is by FAITH in His Name that STRENGTH and HEALING are given in the presence of all!
• We decree and declare the Worldly powers, plans of men and physical boundaries are NOTHING when confronted by the One True God!
  “Not by force, and not by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of Hosts!
• We declare that the days that seem inconsequential will become MILESTONES in the hand of God!
  The EYES OF GOD range about over all the Earth.
  He knows those who are seeking Him, those who are CLAY in the Potter’s Hand to accomplish His Will.
• We decree and declare you will DRINK the MILK OF NATIONS, you will gain SUSTENANCE from ROYALTY and YOU WILL KNOW that the Lord is your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob!
• We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is giving you GOLD for bronze, SILVER for iron, BRONZE for wood, and IRON for stones.
  The PEACE of GOD is your Governor and RIGHTEOUSNESS your Taskmaster.
• We declare the DAY is COMING when violence is no longer heard in your Land, desolation or destruction within your borders instead you will call your walls SALVATION and your gates PRAISE!
  The Lord will be your LIGHT forever and your God your GLORY!
• We declare the Lord God Almighty is your LIGHT FOREVER; your days of mourning will end.
  All the People of God are RIGHTEOUS and they INHERIT the land forever.
  They are His Handiwork in which He takes pride!
• We decree and declare the SMALLEST of the RIGHTEOUS will grow to a THOUSAND, the WEAKEST becomes a MIGHTY NATION.
  The Lord will bring it about QUICKLY, when the time is RIGHT!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“If you would seek God and implore the compassion of the Almighty, If you are pure and upright, surely now He would rouse Himself for you and restore your righteous estate. “Though your beginning was insignificant, yet your end will increase greatly,” Job 8:5-7.

“When he saw Peter and John about to go into the temple, he began asking to receive alms. But Peter, along with John, fixed his gaze on him and said, “Look at us!” And he began to give them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. But Peter said, “I do not possess silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene — walk!” And seizing him by the right hand, he raised him up; and immediately his feet and his ankles were strengthened. With a leap he stood upright and began to walk; and he entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God; and they were taking note of him as being the one who used to sit at the Beautiful Gate of the temple to beg alms, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him. While he was clinging to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them at the so-called portico of Solomon, full of amazement. But when Peter saw this, he replied to the people, “Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this, or why do you gaze at us, as if by our own power or piety we had made him walk? The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus, the one whom you delivered and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him. But you disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, but put to death the Prince of life, the one whom God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are witnesses. And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all,” Acts 3:3-16.

“Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me saying, “What are these, my lord?” So the angel who was speaking with me answered and said to me, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” Then he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’” Also the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will finish it. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven will be glad when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel — these are the eyes of the LORD which range to and fro throughout the earth.” Then I said to him, “What are these two olive trees on the right of the lampstand and on its left?” And I answered the second time and said to him, “What are the two olive branches which are beside the two golden pipes, which empty the golden oil from themselves?” So he answered me, saying, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” Then he said, “These are the two anointed ones who are standing by the Lord of the whole earth,” Zechariah 4:4-14.

“You will also suck the milk of nations and suck the breast of kings; then you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. “Instead of bronze I will bring gold, and instead of iron I will bring silver, and instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron. And I will make peace your administrators and righteousness your overseers. Violence will not be heard again in your land, nor devastation or destruction within your borders; but you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise. No longer will you have the sun for light by day, nor for brightness will the moon give you light; but you will have the LORD for an everlasting light, and your God for your glory. Your sun will no longer set, nor will your moon wane; for you will have the LORD for an everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be over. Then all your people will be righteous; they will possess the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified. The smallest one will become a clan, and the least one a mighty nation. I, the LORD, will hasten it in its time.” Isaiah 60:16-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
