Small Beginnings and God’s Purpose for You

New Threshing Instrument
We have to get to a place where we are unperturbed by the trials, but only till we are dead to self-will, that happens.
Right now, where you are, believe that God has positioned you to slay giants — even in your bloodline — till you become victorious.
If we are to become God’s Battleaxe and God’s Weapon of War, we have to be sharpened.
Be encouraged people of God, because I believe I heard The Holy Spirit say that as the kingdom of darkness is advancing in technology, He has already equipped and advanced us.
We only need to rest in His assurance!
“New Threshing Instrument!” I hear. Be confident in your God!
There is a Glory inside you, inside us in the battles that is waiting to burst forth. God is trying to elevate and restore, kill flesh and ask for more grace.
“Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.” Isaiah 41:15
A Covenant Keeping God
As a covenant keeping God, Jehovah is ready to pardon our sins if we reconcile ourselves back to Him in honest, sincere repentance.
The truth is that even when we had strayed from His Precepts, Laws and Ordinances, He was still working behind the scenes protecting us from the snares of the evil one, still providing, still loving us.
Just like an adulterous wife, He is calling us to recommit and remember our vows to him to serve Him only and walk upright, circumspect.
Let us no more remain in monstrous ingratitude.
God’s own children may backslide, and often do; either in heart, when love waxes cold, faith declines, and zeal wanting we presumptuously sin, neglect to worship Him, and neglect intimacy through prayer.
Nevertheless, He still calls our name.
Let us receive this wonderful grace and answer….
“Turn, O backsliding children, saith The LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion: and I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding,” Jeremiah 3:14-15 KJV
Fasting
A FAST should not be with an intent to approach God to receive some great power or miracle from Him, or some mantle or assignment in pride and ego.
Setting ourselves to fast and pray is truly Humbling ourselves before God, and denying our flesh of it’s desires, to develop self mastery by putting carnality under subjection that The Spirit will be exalted, The Spirit of The Most High.
We fast that God will be given preeminence. The more we spend time with God the more we will automatically see God’s hands on our lives.
We will become empowered to breakthrough the strongholds and limitations.
We’ll be able to see as He sees, hear as He hears, and speak as He gives utterance.
In Hard Pressed Circumstances
“Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head and fell on the ground and worshiped. 21 And he said, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return. The LORD gave, and The LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of The LORD.” Job 1:20-21 ESV
Usually when life presents us with various challenges and hard pressed circumstances our first inclination is to get angry, and curse or argue with God, whether outwardly or in our hearts.
Yet we see Job in this narrative humble himself to self-abasement, contrition, and supplication unto God and worshiped. (Instead of cursing God, which Satan said he would do.)
He adored him, and gave him the glory of his sovereignty, of his justice, and of his goodness also, in this most severe dispensation.
Today, let us refocus our attention from the situations which are only temporal and mundane, the things the devil wants us to idolize and look to Elohim Adonai, The Faithful and True, King of lings, LORD of Lords, for there is no deception in Him. He is the Lifter, the Blesser, the Restorer, The LORD Strong and Mighty, Mighty in battle.
Small Beginnings and God’s Purpose for You
“Now then, tell my servant David, ‘This is what The LORD Almighty says: I took you from the pasture, from tending the flock, and appointed you ruler over my people Israel. I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name like the names of the greatest men on earth. And I will provide a place for my people Israel and will plant them so that they can have a home of their own and no longer be disturbed. Wicked people will not oppress them anymore, as they did at the beginning and have done ever since the time I appointed leaders over my people Israel. I will also subdue all your enemies.” 2 Chronicles 17:7-10 (NIV)
Beloved, do not despise small beginnings!
When God has a Purpose and a Plan for your life, it will come to pass.
David was the least likely of Jesse’s sons to become king. But God’s Plan for Promotion took David from shepherd lad, David, to the being the king of Israel.
When Samuel went to anoint David, king of Israel, he was on the back side of his fathers property tending sheep.
Some of you have been displaced or relegated to doing things that seem beneath you, but stay your course and trust that God knows where and when to find you to fulfill your purpose.
David, loved God. David, trusted God. David was not ashamed of God.
I came here today to tell some one who has become discouraged with their position in life, who loves, trust, and is not ashamed of God, that your promotion is coming.
God is going to bring you to a place where wicked people will not oppress you.
God is going to make your name great.
God is going to cut off all of your enemies before you.
Be encouraged today and trust God.
Your elevation is coming. Be blessed
Shalom
