Declarations & Decrees: Sin Separates From God!
Declarations & Decrees: Sin Separates From God — Yet His Hand is Not Too Short to Save!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Hand is not too short to SAVE, nor His Ear too dull to HEAR!
His Hands are outstretched; rather it is the INIQUITIES that have made a SEPARATION between you and your God/ Elohim.
You who have NOT REPENTED, it is your sins that have HIDDEN His face from you, so that He does not Hear. - I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim says to you that it is by REPENTANCE and REST that you are SAVED, in quietness and TRUST is your STRENGTH.
HE MADE A WAY, through His Son Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, but many of you are not willing. - I decree and declare you, who think you know more than God Almighty/ El Shaddai, you say, “We will FLEE and ride on SWIFT HORSES!”
Therefore your PURSUERS WILL BE SWIFT.
A thousand will flee at the threat of one, at the threat of five you will flee, until you are left like a flag on the top of a mountain, and like a banner on a hill. - I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is LONGING to be GRACIOUS to you.
He will be EXALTED, so He may have MERCY on you.
For the Lord/ Adonai is a God/Elohim of JUSTICE.
BLESSED ARE ALL WHO WAIT FOR HIM.
He will SURELY BE GRACIOUS TO YOU at the sound of your cry.
When He HEARS you, He will ANSWER! - I decree and declare though the Lord/ Adonai has given you the BREAD of Adversity and the WATER of Oppression, your Teachers will no longer be hidden, but your Eyes will SEE your Teachers.
Your Ears will HEAR a Word behind you saying, “This is the Way, walk in it.
When you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.” - I decree and declare Jesus/ Yeshua, the Son of God/ Elohim, is looking for the lost Sheep, the Sinners.
He will leave those who are in safe keeping and search for those who have strayed.
There is MORE JOY in Heaven over ONE REPENTING SINNER than over the Righteous People who have no need of REPENTANCE. - I decree and declare, with REPENTANT HEARTS, you will be received into the Father’s arms, as the Prodigal Son was received.
You will be clothed with the best robe and celebrated with a Feast.
For you were dead and have COME BACK TO LIFE — you were Lost and now are FOUND! - I decree and declare though my Words may grieve you, it is just for a while. For, if the result is REPENTANCE, then I will REJOICE; not that you were grieved, but that you were grieved to the point of REPENTANCE.
For you were grieved according to God’s/ Elohim’s will, so that you might in no way suffer loss. - I decree and declare the grief that God/ Elohim wills brings a REPENTANCE that leads to SALVATION, LEAVING NO REGRET.
But the World’s grief brings death.
The grieving that God/ Elohim wills has brought about DILIGENCE, DEFENSE, INDIGNATION, FEAR, LONGING, ZEAL and RENDERING OF JUSTICE! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Behold, Yahweh’s hand is not shortened, that it can’t save; nor his ear dull, that it can’t hear. 2 But your iniquities have separated you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear,” Isaiah 59:1-2.
“15 For thus said the Lord Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, “You will be saved in returning and rest. Your strength will be in quietness and in confidence.” You refused, 16 but you said, “No, for we will flee on horses;” therefore you will flee; and, “We will ride on the swift;” therefore those who pursue you will be swift. 17 One thousand will flee at the threat of one. At the threat of five, you will flee until you are left like a beacon on the top of a mountain, and like a banner on a hill.
18 Therefore Yahweh will wait, that he may be gracious to you; and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy on you, for Yahweh is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him. 19 For the people will dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. You will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When he hears you, he will answer you. 20 Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers won’t be hidden any more, but your eyes will see your teachers; 21 and when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way. Walk in it,” ” Isaiah 30:15-21.
“1 Now all the tax collectors and sinners were coming close to him to hear him. 2 The Pharisees and the scribes murmured, saying, “This man welcomes sinners, and eats with them.”
3 He told them this parable. 4 “Which of you men, if you had one hundred sheep, and lost one of them, wouldn’t leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one that was lost, until he found it? 5 When he has found it, he carries it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 When he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance……..
………. 11 He said, “A certain man had two sons. 12 The younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of your property.’ So he divided his livelihood between them. 13 Not many days after, the younger son gathered all of this together and traveled into a far country. There he wasted his property with riotous living. 14 When he had spent all of it, there arose a severe famine in that country, and he began to be in need. 15 He went and joined himself to one of the citizens of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 16 He wanted to fill his belly with the husks that the pigs ate, but no one gave him any. 17 But when he came to himself he said, ‘How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough to spare, and I’m dying with hunger! 18 I will get up and go to my father, and will tell him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight. 19 I am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me as one of your hired servants.”’
20 “He arose, and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. 21 The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe, and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand, and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let’s eat, and celebrate; 24 for this, my son, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.’ Then they began to celebrate……..
……… 31 “He said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours. 32 But it was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found,’” Luke 15:1-7,11-24,31-32
“8 For though I grieved you with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it. For I see that my letter made you grieve, though just for a while. 9 I now rejoice, not that you were grieved, but that you were grieved to repentance. For you were grieved in a godly way, that you might suffer loss by us in nothing. 10 For godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death. 11 For behold, this same thing, that you were grieved in a godly way, what earnest care it worked in you. Yes, what defense, indignation, fear, longing, zeal, and vengeance! In everything you demonstrated yourselves to be pure in the matter,” 2 Corinthians 7:8-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
