I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will WALK IN GOD’S LOVE.
  As I SPEAK in His LOVE, with the Tongues of men and Angels, my WORDS will minister, they will HEAL and BUILD UP.
  My gift of prophecy and knowledge of mysteries will be to ENCOURAGE and LEAD ALL MEN to Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare LOVE is my motivator.
  I do nothing for my own glory or recognition, but that all mankind will be drawn into the LOVING ARMS of the Father, through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
  Selfish actions will gain no reward in the sight of God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare LOVE is patient and kind, it does not envy or brag, it is not conceited and does not behave inappropriately, it does not seek its own way, it is not provoked, it keeps no account of wrong, it does not rejoice over injustice but REJOICES IN THE TRUTH. LOVE NEVER FAILS!
• I decree and declare we KNOW IN PART and we prophesy in part; but when that which is PERFECT has come, then that which is partial will pass away.
  For now, we SEE IN A MIRROR DIMLY but then face to face.
  Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known.
  But now these three REMAIN — FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE.
  And the greatest of these is LOVE.
• I decree and declare the Word of the Lord/ Adonai and ALL HIS WORK is done in Faithfulness.
  HE LOVES RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE!
  The Earth is full of the LOVE of the Lord/ Adonai.
  By the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Word were the Heavens made, and all their Host by the BREATH of His Mouth!
• I decree and declare the PLAN of the Lord/ Adonai STANDS FOREVER, the Purposes of His Heart from generation to generation.
  BLESSED is the Nation whose God is the Lord/ Adonai, the People He CHOSE for His own INHERITANCE!
  He LOOKS DOWN from Heaven and OBSERVES all Humanity.
  From His DWELLING PLACE He GAZES on all the inhabitants of the Earth!
• I decree and declare the EYES of the Lord/ Adonai are on those who FEAR Him, WAITING FOR HIS LOVE, to DELIVER their souls from death and to KEEP THEM ALIVE in famine.
  Our Soul WAITS for the Lord/ Adonai — He is our HELP and our SHIELD.
  Our Heart REJOICES in Him, because we TRUST in His Holy Name!
• I decree and declare GOD/ ELOHIM, Maker of the Universe, LOVED the ENTIRE WORLD so much that HE GAVE His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, that ANYONE who CHOOSES TO BELIEVE in Him will not perish but will have ETERNAL LIFE!
  Christ/ Messiah wasn’t sent into the World to condemn it, but that the World would have the OPPORTUNITY to be SAVED THROUGH HIM!
  The one who BELIEVES in Him is not condemned; but whoever does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not put his trust in the name of the One and Only Son of God/ Ben-Elohim.
• I decree and declare whoever practices the TRUTH comes to the LIGHT, so that it will be made known that his deeds have been ACCOMPLISHED in God.
  But this is the JUDGMENT, that the LIGHT has come into the World and many men loved the darkness instead of the LIGHT, because their deeds were evil.
  For everyone who does evil hates the LIGHT and does not come into the LIGHT, so that their deeds will not be exposed.
• I decree and declare I will take time to RECOGNIZE those who work hard among us in LOVE.
  We will keep PEACE/ SHALOM among ourselves; and I will correct the unruly, COMFORT the fainthearted, HELP the weak, and will be PATIENT with Everyone.
  No one is to repay evil for evil to anyone, but we are to ALWAYS PURSUE what is GOOD for one another and for all.
• I decree and declare I will REJOICE ALWAYS and PRAY CONSTANTLY, in everything GIVING THANKS for this is God’s Will for me in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  I will not quench the Spirit, nor despise prophetic messages, but will TEST ALL THINGS, holding fast to what is good, keeping away from every kind of evil.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don’t have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal. ² If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing. ³ If I give away all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don’t have love, it profits me nothing.
⁴ Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, ⁵ doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; ⁶ doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; ⁷ bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. ⁸ Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with. ⁹ For we know in part and we prophesy in part; ¹⁰ but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with. ¹¹ When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put away childish things. ¹² For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known. ¹³ But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love,” 1 Corinthians 13:1-13.

“⁴ For Yahweh’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness. ⁵ He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh. ⁶ By Yahweh’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth……..
………. ¹¹ The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. ¹² Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. ¹³ Yahweh looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men. ¹⁴ From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth, ¹⁵ he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works. ¹⁶ There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength. ¹⁷ A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power. ¹⁸ Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness, ¹⁹ to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine. ²⁰ Our soul has waited for Yahweh. He is our help and our shield. ²¹ For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. ²² Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh, since we have hoped in you,” Psalm 33:4-6, 11-22.

“¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. ¹⁸ He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God. ¹⁹ This is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. ²⁰ For everyone who does evil hates the light, and doesn’t come to the light, lest his works would be exposed. ²¹ But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God,” John 3:16-21

“¹² But we beg you, brothers, to know those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you, ¹³ and to respect and honor them in love for their work’s sake.
Be at peace among yourselves. ¹⁴ We exhort you, brothers: Admonish the disorderly; encourage the faint-hearted; support the weak; be patient toward all. ¹⁵ See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good for one another and for all.
¹⁶ Always rejoice. ¹⁷ Pray without ceasing. ¹⁸ In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. ¹⁹ Don’t quench the Spirit. ²⁰ Don’t despise prophecies. ²¹ Test all things, and hold firmly that which is good. ²² Abstain from every form of evil.
²³ May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
²⁴ He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it,” 1 Thessalonians 5:12-24.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
