They were singing at the end of this Worship video, and it reminded me of a time in my life, after my divorce, when I was forced to live with my mother who was into new age witchcraft.

One year after my 12 year-old son and I moved in with her, she died.

There were a lot of wonky things that happened from the time we moved in, and there after. I hadn’t a choice after the divorce, because I was sick and couldn’t work at that time.

One night I woke up with it feeling like someone sat on the end of my bed which startled me. Because I was so broken, I needed to be reminded about Pleading The Blood over us and the space where we lived in, and to do Warfare over our living space and before going to sleep.

After she died, there were manifestations of familiar spirits. Familiar spirits are not family spirits necessarily, but occult spirits that come when people do séances, divination, talk to dead people, and call on false gods, or do satanic rituals.

Lights would go off and on and flicker, trying to scare us. Right after she died — about a week later — I heard her voice in her bedroom calling my name, where I was now sleeping on her big king size bed.

I rebuked the familiar spirit and it shut up after that.

Then for a time, I can’t remember how long, I kept getting visitations at night of demons. Usually it was just when I had laid down and was starting to drift off to sleep.

One night it felt like a man grabbing me from behind and squeezing my chest so that I couldn’t breathe.

So I called out to Jesus best I could, and by the third “Jesus” — it was gone!

One night I woke up startled, because something scratched my knee and pounded the bed (this was towards the end of these demonic visitations) and I saw in the spirit, a spirit, the size of a man, dressed in a white robe with a hunchback and scraggly gray hair run out of the room, as I sat up.

By this time I was pretty fed up, and had overcome some of my fear, and I jumped out of the bed ran into the living room and started reading out loud Revelation 18 and 19, just in case it was still in the apt!

I overcame a lot of my fear of demons bugging me, because every time I called on Jesus, He sent help and I was delivered!

But there was one more episode left for me….

One night I woke up and there was a spirit the size and the length of the whole room, in black, but it looked like a huge bat-like creature, and then around it, were a multitude of these smaller ones!

I kind of froze, but then again called on Jesus and by the third “Jesus!” — it was gone!

I believe that I was encountering my mom‘s witchcraft demons which still in the house and that God was delivering us from that torment.

This is how God helps us to overcome our fears in general.

You have to face the fear and walk through it. You don’t back off. You don’t run away. You just face it with Holy Spirit help and then in the facing of it GOD ALMIGHTY manifests His Grace and Power and you see his great love for you.

You see that He’s Faithful and True. You begin to overcome, because you know He Loves you and will not let you down — that He will rescue you!

I also learned — as much as possible — even during the night — to play Christian Worship Music because demons hate Worship, Prayer and the Word of God.

Only religious demons can manifest much in Worship that is in Spirit and Truth.

If there are huge protector demons around Satanists when they come in to Christian Church Services where mixture is allowed, i.e. a pastor who is also given into Freemasonary craft, they don’t usually manifest much unless there’s someone with great Authority coming against them in the Service.

TRUST that God will come through for you is not automatic, when we come to Christ and proclaim it, especially for people who have already been abused and bruised all their lives. It takes time to build trust.
