Servants of the Bridegroom
There is so much being revealed to us as servant leaders in our times of intimacy with The LORD.
As we draw near and experience the fellowship of His suffering. There is a deep refining that has been poured into us yielding a deeper brokenness in our Lives. . . in times of compassion with Jesus that is so near, so evident . . . many of these times were defining moments that powerfully imprinted us.
Then as we read the Holy Word, in the midst of inexplicable things one thing is evident The LORD many times anguishes over what we went through.
So here we are… feeling the lost time of loved ones without all the answers, as we join hearts with the Risen Savior it is evident that a deep purging is taking place.
Many things we have said in past times, even felt in past times gives way to a more meaningful knowing, the clearer understanding bearing with it a more intense pressing . . .
I have not always been articulate in what I’ve observed over the years but I have always been grateful for the things that I am being filled with so that it can be poured out upon others.
These are the times that make our living not in vain. No techniques having a love towards others that is willing to help, to do, to add, and to give whatever is needed without price just a pouring out as an expression of love.
I think about upon the third day, concerning a Wedding at Cana in Galilee that Jesus and his mother attended/ In the midst of the festivities there came a need.
The wine ran out, well you might say, what was so significant about that?
Well when we look deeper into the text. . we understand better. Mary perceiving the depths of the dilemma looked at Jesus . . . of course he let her know that His time was not yet.
However there followed simple instructions from Jesus and the results that occurred came forth was an outpour that covered the need, new wine.
Not just any wine but a magnificent rich nectar that resulted out of obedience, the word states clearly what happened.
There was a pouring in of water and a pouring out of wine. For only the servants knew. They witnessed the transformation of the miraculous.
When we serve with hearts of compassion, we will witness the process of the miraculous outpour that comes from obedient hands and compassionate hearts.
When we are emptied of what we thought was important and begin to reach out to the one who has pour into us and brokenness pours with the same anguish that The LORD had for us and we have for others.
The Hand of God is outstretched over the multitudes, the regions. The willingness to pour in and the glorious outflow of the pouring out to the point that we don’t quite know how it began.. . . .
