I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare You, Lord my God/ Adonai Eloheinu, raise up Your Servants; we don’t know how to lead.
  You have placed us to teach and lead others, and for some to govern the People.
  We SEEK You Father/ Abba, to give us, Your Servants, UNDERSTANDING HEARTS able to administer JUSTICE to your People, so that we can DISCERN between good and bad – for who is equal to judging this great People of Yours?
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is PLEASED with those who REQUEST UNDERSTANDING; He will give it to all who ASK.
  He will give you an UNDERSTANDING HEART, so that the World will know that He is your Father; the WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING will be far above that of the World.
• I decree and declare from Heaven the Lord/ Adonai OBSERVES Humankind to SEE if Anyone has UNDERSTANDING, if Anyone SEEKS God.
  He knows each one by Name, and Nothing you do goes unnoticed.
• I decree and declare I lie prostrate in the dust; I KNOW You will REVIVE me, in keeping with Your Word, Lord/ Adonai.
  I told You of my ways, and You ANSWERED me; TEACH me Your Laws.
  You make me UNDERSTAND the way of Your PRECEPTS, and I MEDITATE on Your Wonders!
• I decree and declare You RENEW my Strength, when anxiety and grief sap my energy.
  I SUBMIT to You and You KEEP deceitful ways from me; I am FAVORED with Your Law/ Torah!
  I choose the way of TRUST; I set Your RULINGS before me.
  I CLING to Your INSTRUCTION; You will not allow me to be put to shame.
  I run the Way of your Commandments, for You have BROADENED my UNDERSTANDING!
• I decree and declare only God UNDERSTANDS the way of WISDOM and knows the source of UNDERSTANDING.
  For He SEES to the ends of the Earth and views Everything under the Heaven.
  When He saw WISDOM, He DECLARED IT, yes He set it up and SEARCHED it out.
  To Human beings He said, “Look, FEAR of the Lord/ Adonai is WISDOM!
  Shunning evil is UNDERSTANDING!
• I decree and declare you TRUST in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua and you LOVE all God’s People.
  These both spring from the CONFIDENT HOPE that you will RECEIVE what is stored up for you in Heaven.
  We do not stop praying for you, asking God to FILL you with the KNOWLEDGE of His WILL in all the WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING which the Spirit gives, so that you may live lives WORTHY of the Lord and be entirely PLEASING to Him.
• I decree and declare you are FRUITFUL in every good work and MULTIPLY in the FULL KNOWLEDGE of God.
  I pray that you will be CONTINUALLY STRENGTHENED with ALL the POWER that comes from His GLORIOUS Might, so that you will be able to PERSEVERE and be PATIENT in any situation, JOYFULLY giving THANKS to the Father for having made you fit to share in the inheritance of His People in the LIGHT.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ Now, O Lord my God, You have made Your servant king in place of my father David, yet I am but a little child; I do not know how to go out or come in. ⁸ Your servant is in the midst of Your people which You have chosen, a great people who are too many to be numbered or counted. ⁹ So give Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people to discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?”
¹⁰ It was pleasing in the sight of the Lord that Solomon had asked this thing. ¹¹ God said to him, “Because you have asked this thing and have not asked for yourself long life, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have you asked for the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself discernment to understand justice, ¹² behold, I have done according to your words. Behold, I have given you a wise and discerning heart, so that there has been no one like you before you, nor shall one like you arise after you. ¹³ I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there will not be any among the kings like you all your days. ¹⁴ If you walk in My ways, keeping My statutes and commandments, as your father David walked, then I will prolong your days,” 1 Kings 3:7-14.

“² The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God,” Psalm 14:2.

“²⁵ My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to Your word. ²⁶ I have told of my ways, and You have answered me; teach me Your statutes. ²⁷ Make me understand the way of Your precepts, so I will meditate on Your wonders. ²⁸ My soul weeps because of grief; strengthen me according to Your word. ²⁹ Remove the false way from me, and graciously grant me Your law. ³⁰ I have chosen the faithful way; I have placed Your ordinances before me. ³¹ I cling to Your testimonies; O Lord, do not put me to shame! ³² I shall run the way of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart,” Psalm 119:25-32.

“²⁰ “Where then does wisdom come from? And where is the place of understanding? ²¹ “Thus it is hidden from the eyes of all living and concealed from the birds of the sky. ²² “Abaddon and Death say, ‘With our ears we have heard a report of it.’
²³ “God understands its way, and He knows its place. ²⁴ “For He looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens. ²⁵ When He imparted weight to the wind and meted out the waters by measure, ²⁶ When He set a limit for the rain and a course for the thunderbolt, ²⁷ Then He saw it and declared it; He established it and also searched it out. ²⁸ And to man He said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding,’” Job 28:20-28.

“⁴ since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints; ⁵ because of the hope laid up for you in heaven, of which you previously heard in the word of truth, the gospel ⁶ which has come to you, just as in all the world also it is constantly bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you heard of it and understood the grace of God in truth; ⁷ just as you learned it from Epaphras, our beloved fellow bond-servant, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf, ⁸ and he also informed us of your love in the Spirit.
⁹ For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, ¹⁰ so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; ¹¹ strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously ¹² giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light.
¹³ For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,” Colossians 1:4-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
