I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I will be PATIENT until the Coming of the Lord/ Adonai.
  I will be PATIENT, STRENGTHENING my heart because the Coming of the Lord/ Adonai is NEAR.
  The Prophets who spoke in the Name of the Lord/ Adonai give us examples of suffering and patience.
• I decree and declare those who show ENDURANCE are BLESSED.
  We see the OUTCOME of the Lord/ Adonai that He is FULL of COMPASSION and MERCY.
• I decree and declare we, in Christ’s/ Messiah’s Body, will ENCOURAGE and CARE for one another.
  Let the one who is suffering PRAY.
  Let those who are cheerful SING PRAISES.
  Those who are sick are to call for the Elders of the Community and let them PRAY over him, ANOINTING him with OIL in all that the Name of the Lord/ Adonai represents.
  We KNOW the PRAYER of FAITH will SAVE the one who is sick, and the Lord will RAISE HIM UP.
• I decree and declare we will confess our offenses to one another and PRAY for one another so that we may be HEALED.
  The EFFECTIVE PRAYER of a RIGHTEOUS Person is VERY POWERFUL!
  If a brother or sister strays from the TRUTH and you turn them back to the TRUTH, know that you shall save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.
• I decree and declare ALL who have the ANOINTING KNOW the TRUTH!
  There are anti-Christs/ Messiahs in our midst — by this we know that it is the last hour.
  They left us, but they didn’t really belong to us.
  If they had belonged to us, they would have remained.
  Your ANOINTING is from the Holy One and you know the TRUTH; no lie is of the TRUTH.
• I decree and declare the TRUTH that you heard from the beginning REMAINS in you.
  As you allow what you heard from the beginning to remain in you, you also will CONTINUE TO LIVE in the Son and in the Father.
  This is the PROMISE that He Himself has promised us — ETERNAL LIFE!
• I decree and declare though there are many who are trying to mislead you, the ANOINTING you RECEIVED from Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah REMAINS in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you.
  But as His ANOINTING TEACHES you about all things — and it is true and not a lie — and just as it has taught you, ABIDE IN HIM!
• I decree and declare the Spirit of the Lord God/ Ruach Adonai Elohim is upon me; He has ANOINTED me to PROCLAIM the Good News to the Poor.
  He has sent me to BIND UP the Brokenhearted, to PROCLAIM LIBERTY to the Captives, and the Opening of the Prison to those who are bound, to PROCLAIM the Year of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s FAVOR and the day of God’s Vengeance!
  The ANOINTING is to DRAW all men unto the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Spirit of the Lord/ Ruach Adonai has ANOINTED me to give the People BEAUTY for ashes, the OIL of JOY for mourning, the Garment of PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called Oaks of RIGHTEOUSNESS, the planting of the Lord/ Adonai, that HE MAY BE GLORIFIED!
• I decree and declare by His ANOINTING you will be called the Priests/ Kohanim of the Lord/ Adonai, they will speak of you as the Ministers of our God/ Elohim.
  You will eat the WEALTH of Nations and boast in their ABUNDANCE.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁷ Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains. ⁸ You too be patient; strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near. ⁹ Do not complain, brethren, against one another, so that you yourselves may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door. ¹⁰ As an example, brethren, of suffering and patience, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. ¹¹ We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.
¹² But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath; but your yes is to be yes, and your no, no, so that you may not fall under judgment.
¹³ Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. ¹⁴ Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; ¹⁵ and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. ¹⁶ Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. ¹⁷ Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. ¹⁸ Then he prayed again, and the sky poured rain and the earth produced its fruit.
¹⁹ My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back, ²⁰ let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins,” James 5:7-20.

“¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. ¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us. ²⁰ But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. ²¹ I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie is of the truth…….
……. ²⁴ As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
²⁵ This is the promise which He Himself made to us: eternal life.
²⁶ These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you. ²⁷ As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.
²⁸ Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. ²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him,” 1 John 2:18-21, 24-29.

“¹ The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners; ² To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, ³ To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
⁴ Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise up the former devastations; and they will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations. ⁵ Strangers will stand and pasture your flocks, and foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers. ⁶ But you will be called the priests of the Lord; you will be spoken of as ministers of our God. You will eat the wealth of nations, and in their riches you will boast,” Isaiah 61:1-6.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
