Sanctification Is a Process
Sanctification is a process that starts at salvation and ends when you go home.
I remember going up to a very famous prophetic minister years ago. I couldn’t find one of his booklets that I really wanted and I saw him there, so I asked him if he had brought any more with him back at the hotel. or anything just. to see if there was more.
He responded very gruffly saying, “I’m not in a hotel. No, I don’t have any more with me!”
I wondered why he would respond that way when I was just asking a question really wanting some of his teaching — after all, it was his teaching!
But he was defensive. You see, we have the tendency to think that just because somebody is a professional minister, or is really anointed and powerful, that they’re all healed up, as if God only gave the gifts out if you are ‘good enough’!
But for good or for bad, we rub on each other due to our differences.
Many of us still struggle with generational spirits that have taken a long time to get free from. And that doesn’t mean that we’ve not tried, or that we’ve not gone to other ministers and tried to get free, or that we’ve gone to God, and we’ve tried to get free.
God does not do everything in our timing! He is sovereign and He does things in His own timing! Sometimes it takes a long time, because we have layers and layers of pain and hurt in our hearts.
There are certain conditions in our body, that if we don’t treat them slowly and gradually,. it can cause more suffering. So if that’s true in the natural, then it’s also true in the spiritual.
For example, when you use toxic medicines to try and heal cancer, it can make you sicker and it can even make you die. Which is what medicine today does.
Yet there are places where they use different methods that are natural and they may be slightly slower, but more effective in outcome. They slowly heal, not making the body overly toxic. but rather detoxing it slowly, and there are foods that heal our body, slowly but surely.
I was praying the other morning and crying out as usual for a deliverance from something I know that I’ve still struggled with, and it’s related to impatience when under stress. God once told me, “Don’t answer mail when you’re tired….”
So anyway, as I was praying, The LORD revealed to me by remembering a visit from an African pastor and something that happened while he was here.
The LORD showed me that what I’ve battled is an ‘ancient spirit’ and something from my mother, whose name was Rachael.
So again I repented of agreeing with anything from my mother and her family line and again, declaring the forgiveness that I’d already made.
Then I started to rebuke the spirit from Rachael and command it to go and I started yawning. And I asked Angels to drive the spirits out and to not allow them to come back.
After that, I felt a release and I was able to worship more freely again. This was after the three day Esther Fast I’d done.
There was heavy Freemasonry in my mom‘s family and likely my father’s (whom I never knew).
So I’m very grateful for what The LORD has done, because it’s taken me a long time to overcome some of these things that were in my family. Those who’ve had the same battle will understand. Those who haven’t, won’t….
It matters not, because God rules and reigns over my life, and it is He Whom I have to stand before in the end!
Understand please, that God gives gifts because he loves us, not because we’ve been good enough!
However, He will hold back some things at times, if we get too religious or proud.
Know that He Loves you more than you can fathom and have confidence that He will complete His Work as you as you get in His Presence and allow Him to touch you.
Understand that the enemy will do anything he can to try to block it, because he knows that you will do damage to his kingdom.
But God is greater and greater is He that is in you, than he who is in the world.
The LORD is at hand!
Grace! Grace! Grace to you!

AMEN! Sanctify us Oh Lord!
I like that “don’t answer mail when you’re tired”!
Good word sister. I’ve read your testimony and love to read your posts. Just wonder about one thing you said……
I’m assuming you asked God in the name of Jesus to send those angles? Jude 1:9 Michael contending with the devil, did not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you”.
Lucifer was an anointed cherub. Most (if not all) demons are not anointed cherubs.
Saul was anointed as first king of Israel and David refused to harm him because of his anointing.
