Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue
Roses are red, violets are blue
Here I am in a field dancing with You!
Poppies are orange, daisies are white
Nothing is better than Your Love and Light
Our laughter rises in the air
Oh You and I are a perfect pair!
Blue bells ring, sunflowers smile
But Your Smile is a thousand times brighter
And all around the butterflies flutter
Flying with Joy on their wings
Roses are red, violets are blue
Roses are red, violets are blue
With You my heart sings true
Running through the wild grass
Every care blown away by Your Wind
In deep adoration You and I laugh
This life right here was not built on whims
Nor was it built on shifting sands
I remembered Your Whispers that awakened my soul:
“I AM The Way, The Truth, and The Life.”
And now here I am with You, as real as can be
With The Son of God shining down on me!
With the One whom my soul loves!
Roses are red, violets are blue
Roses are red, violets are blue
With You my heart sings true
Forever
Forever
Forever
Here in this place
Where the flowers are always in bloom!
Forever
Forever
Forever
Here in this place
Where our love is always renewed!
Oh how the roses are red, and the violets are blue!
Roses are red, violets are blue
Roses are red, violets are blue
With You my heart sings true!
Roses are red, violets are blue
Roses are red, violets are blue
With You my heart sings true!
Oh how my soul loves You!
Oh forever
Forever
Forever
Oh forever
Forever
Forever
With You my heart sings true!
How my soul loves You!
Oh how the roses are red, and the violets are blue!
