I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord is your Shepherd, you LACK NOTHING!
  He brings you into beautiful grassy pastures to lie down and REST; He leads you by QUIET waters, and He RESTORES your inner person.
• We decree and declare the Lord GUIDES you in RIGHT PATHS for the sake of His own Name.
  Even if you pass through dark ravines, you FEAR NO DISASTER, for He is with you; His rod and staff REASSURE you.
• We declare the Lord God Almighty prepares a TABLE for you, even as your enemies watch; He ANOINTS your head with the oil of GLADNESS, of His Spirit, from an OVERFLOWING CUP!
• We decree and declare Holy Spirit REMINDS you of all Jesus/ Yeshua has said. He has given you His PEACE/ SHALOM; it is not the way the World gives, but a Heavenly Peace.
  Don’t allow yourselves to be upset or frightened.
• We decree that we, Believers of the Most High, WELCOME each other, just as Christ/ Messiah has welcomed us into God’s GLORY!
  As we welcome and encourage one another, we GLORIFY God!
• We decree and declare the Nations are WITNESSING God’s FAITHFULNESS to His People.
  They will REJOICE and PRAISE the Lord.
  Soon the root of Jesse, Christ/ Messiah, will come; the Nations will put their HOPE in Him who rises to rule them!
• We decree and declare God, your SOURCE of HOPE, is FILLING you completely with JOY and PEACE/ SHALOM as you continue trusting, so that the POWER of Holy Spirit will OVERFLOW with hope!
• We decree and declare the Lord God OPPOSES those who oppose you and FIGHTS against those who fight you.
  He is your SHIELD and PROTECTS you as He rises to your defense.
  REST and TRUST in His Presence and His WORD!
• We declare the Lord is your SALVATION!
  You will not fear.
  Those who seek your life will be disgraced and put to confusion; those who plot to harm you will be repulsed and put to shame.
  They are like chaff before the WIND, with the angel of the Lord driving them on.
• We lift our PRAISE and THANKS to the Lord God Almighty in the great assembly!
  He is our high TOWER and He leads us in His WAY.
• We decree and declare you are RIGHTEOUS and we rejoice with you!
  GREAT is the Lord who DELIGHTS in the PEACE of His Servant.
  You will tell of His RIGHTEOUSNESS and PRAISE Him all day long.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the LORD God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The LORD God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. ² He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. ³ He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. ⁴ Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. ⁵ You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. ⁶ Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever,” Psalm 23:1-6.

“²⁵ “These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you. ²⁶ But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. ²⁷ Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful,” John 14:25-27.

“⁷ Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God. ⁸ For I say that Christ has become a servant to the circumcision on behalf of the truth of God to confirm the promises given to the fathers, ⁹ and for the Gentiles to glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, “Therefore I will give praise to You among the Gentiles, and I will sing to Your name.” ¹⁰ Again he says, “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people.” ¹¹ And again, “Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise Him.” ¹² Again Isaiah says, “There shall come the root of Jesse, and He who arises to rule over the Gentiles, in Him shall the Gentiles hope.” ¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit,” John 14:25-27.

“¹ Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me. ² Take hold of buckler and shield and rise up for my help. ³ Draw also the spear and the battle-axe to meet those who pursue me; say to my soul, “I am your salvation.” ⁴ Let those be ashamed and dishonored who seek my life; let those be turned back and humiliated who devise evil against me. ⁵ Let them be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the Lord driving them on. ⁶ Let their way be dark and slippery, with the angel of the Lord pursuing them. ⁷ For without cause they hid their net for me; without cause they dug a pit for my soul. ⁸ Let destruction come upon him unawares, and let the net which he hid catch himself; into that very destruction let him fall. ⁹ And my soul shall rejoice in the Lord; it shall exult in His salvation. ¹⁰ All my bones will say, “Lord, who is like You, who delivers the afflicted from him who is too strong for him, and the afflicted and the needy from him who robs him?”…..
…… ¹⁸ I will give You thanks in the great congregation; I will praise You among a mighty throng……
…….. ²⁷ Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication; and let them say continually, “The Lord be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.” ²⁸ And my tongue shall declare Your righteousness and Your praise all day long,” Psalm 35:1-10, 18, 27-28.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
