Declarations & Decrees: Restoration and Increase Are Coming Into the Lives of the Generous – Those With a Giving Spirit!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare, though the surrounding circumstances may seem dire, YOU WILL KNOW THE WILL of the Lord!
  You will not go forth on your own understanding, but YOU WILL STAY or GO as the Lord TELLS YOU.
• I decree and declare as you OBEY HIS COMMAND, God will be with you and BLESS you.
  He is fulfilling the oath He swore to your ancestors, and by your descendants all the Nations of the Earth will be blessed.
  As you plant, your Land, your Efforts will yield a HUNDRED-FOLD.
  The Lord/ Adonai will BLESS you.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai BLESSES those who follow His COMMANDS, His TEACHINGS.
  As Abraham and your ancestors followed the Lord, so God’s BLESSING is upon you and your children.
  All who are grafted into the VINE, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, are included in the Children of Abraham.
• I decree and declare you who are GENEROUS are BLESSED; you share your food and provisions with the poor.
  You who LOVE the pure-hearted and are GRACIOUS in speech will have the King as your friend.
  The Eyes of the Lord/ Adonai PROTECTS you with KNOWLEDGE.
• I decree and declare those who SOW INJUSTICE will REAP TROUBLE, and the rod of their angry outburst will fail.
  The SCOFFER will be THROWN OUT, and those QUARRELING GO ALSO; STRIFE and INSULTS will CEASE!
  The Lord/ Adonai OVERTURNS the PLANS of a traitor.
• I decree and declare as you SOW RIGHTEOUSNESS for yourselves, you will REAP according to GRACE.
  You are BREAKING UP unused ground for yourselves, because you know it is TIME TO SEEK the Lord/ Adonai; He is HERE and is RAINING DOWN RIGHTEOUSNESS UPON YOU!
• I decree and declare those who have PLOWED WICKEDNESS, REAPED INIQUITY and eaten the fruit of lies, because they TRUSTED IN THEIR OWN WAY, in their LARGE NUMBERS: TURMOIL WILL ERUPT among their peoples, and all their infrastructure will be DESTROYED.
• I decree and declare the Lord is orchestrating the RISE and FALL of governments to RAISE UP the fallen BOOTH/ SUKKAH of David.
  He will close up its gaps, raise up its ruins and REBUILD it as it used to be, so that ISRAEL can possess what is left of Edom and of all the Nations bearing the Name of the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare the Land of Israel will INCREASE to the original boundaries and MORE!
  The days are coming when SWEET WINE will drip down the Mountains, and all the Hills will flow with it.
  God Almighty/ El Shaddai will RESTORE the FORTUNES of His People Israel; they will REBUILD and INHABIT the ruined cities; He will plant them on their own soil, no more to be uprooted from their land, which HE GAVE THEM!
• I decree and declare that he who plants sparingly also harvests sparingly.
  GIVE according to what you have decided in your HEART, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for GOD LOVES A CHEERFUL GIVER.
  God has the POWER to PROVIDE you with EVERY GRACIOUS GIFT in ABUNDANCE, so that always in every way you will have ALL YOU NEED yourselves and be able to PROVIDE ABUNDANTLY for every good cause!
• I decree and declare as you give GENEROUSLY to the poor, the RIGHTEOUSNESS of the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah LASTS FOREVER.
  He who provides both seed for the Planter and bread for food SUPPLIES and MULTIPLIES your seed and INCREASES the harvest of your RIGHTEOUSNESS.
• I decree and declare you will be ENRICHED in every way, so that you can be GENEROUS in everything, and your generosity will cause people to THANK GOD, because rendering this HOLY SERVICE not only provides for the needs of God’s People, but it overflows in the many THANKS People will be giving to God.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now there was a famine in the land, besides the previous famine that had occurred in the days of Abraham. So Isaac went to Gerar, to Abimelech king of the Philistines. ² The Lord appeared to him and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; stay in the land of which I shall tell you. ³ Sojourn in this land and I will be with you and bless you, for to you and to your descendants I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I swore to your father Abraham. ⁴ I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; ⁵ because Abraham obeyed Me and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes and My laws.” ⁶ So Isaac lived in Gerar……

…….. ¹² Now Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold. And the Lord blessed him,” Genesis 26:1-6, 12.

“⁷ The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender’s slave. ⁸ He who sows iniquity will reap vanity, and the rod of his fury will perish. ⁹ He who is generous will be blessed, for he gives some of his food to the poor. ¹⁰ Drive out the scoffer, and contention will go out, even strife and dishonor will cease. ¹¹ He who loves purity of heart and whose speech is gracious, the king is his friend. ¹² The eyes of the Lord preserve knowledge, but He overthrows the words of the treacherous man,” Proverbs 22:7-12.

“¹² Sow with a view to righteousness, reap in accordance with kindness; break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the Lord until He comes to rain righteousness on you. ¹³ You have plowed wickedness, you have reaped injustice, you have eaten the fruit of lies. Because you have trusted in your way, in your numerous warriors, ¹⁴ Therefore a tumult will arise among your people, and all your fortresses will be destroyed, as Shalman destroyed Beth-arbel on the day of battle, when mothers were dashed in pieces with their children. ¹⁵ Thus it will be done to you at Bethel because of your great wickedness. At dawn the king of Israel will be completely cut off,” Hosea 10:12-15.

“¹¹ “In that day I will raise up the fallen booth of David, and wall up its breaches; I will also raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old; ¹² That they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by My name,” declares the Lord who does this. ¹³ “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “When the plowman will overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; when the mountains will drip sweet wine and all the hills will be dissolved. ¹⁴ “Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, and they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them; they will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, and make gardens and eat their fruit. ¹⁵ “I will also plant them on their land, and they will not again be rooted out from their land which I have given them,” says the Lord your God,” Amos 9:11-15.

“⁶ Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. ⁷ Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. ⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed; ⁹ as it is written, “He scattered abroad, he gave to the poor, His righteousness endures forever.” ¹⁰ Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness; ¹¹ you will be enriched in everything for all liberality, which through us is producing thanksgiving to God. ¹² For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God. ¹³ Because of the proof given by this ministry, they will glorify God for your obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all, ¹⁴ while they also, by prayer on your behalf, yearn for you because of the surpassing grace of God in you. ¹⁵ Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!” 2 Corinthians 9:6-15.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
