Reports — Whose Will You Believe?
“So all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. And all the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation said to them, “If only we had died in the land of Egypt! Or if only we had died in this wilderness! Why has the Lord brought us to this land to fall by the sword, that our wives and children should become victims? Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” So they said to one another, “Let us select a leader and return to Egypt,”” Numbers 14:1-4, NKJV.
“My Child, the attacks of the wicked ones go after the mind with fear, doubt, and unbelief.
When you read the account of the children of Israel on the cusp of entering into the Promised Land, you can see this clearly.
The ten spies brought the evil report because their hearts were filled with fear of the giants. They saw themselves as grasshoppers and forgot about the wonders I did for them in Egypt.
My People are at a crossroads even now like the children of Israel experienced long ago. They glue themselves to media outlets that foment fear and disaster.
The voice of the fake news media is in truth the voice of the false prophet as he prepares to come on the scene when he is able.
I AM shaking things right now I AM testing hearts like I did long ago . Whose report will you believe? I did not promise Israel a cakewalk; they were going to have to fight to take the land.
But I was committed to be with them every step of the way. They could look up and see the cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night.
You may ask, “Why did they not trust you, LORD, because of the signs themselves?” It is a matter of the heart. Fear is an assassin of faith. You see the ‘giant’ today is a virus.
Those in positions called to give sound advice (like the 10 spies) have become agents of fear.
Like the Israelites long ago, there is a challenge to be faced: first in the Spirit and then in the natural. I have provided many mighty weapons to My People, but you access the power of these weapons by faith in ME. Keep your eyes on ME.
Turn off the voices of the fear mongers and know that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. This also includes people who come with prophetic utterances that leave you fearful and diminishes ME in your eyes.
I call My People to rise up in the knowledge of WHO I AM in them and who they are in ME. It is easier to fight a battle from a place of victory instead of fear.
I caution you to be careful of who you watch and listen to in this hour. Take everything to The Word and to ME in Prayer and you will prosper like Isaac did in hard times.
Consider these things. Do not neglect your time with ME.
I release My Peace even in the midst of the storms of life. Trust ME. I AM faithful. All is well; I AM still on the Throne. Shalom.”
“Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”” Mark 4:39-40, NKJV.
