I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the People of God will not WANDER, but they will RESTRAIN their feet.
  The Lord will not HEAR or RESPOND to those whose hearts are wayward, who do not consider the HOLY things of God as CONSECRATED.
• We declare the Lord WITHDRAWS from those who take His Holiness lightly.
  He will NOT HEAR their cry; when they give their offerings, He will NOT ACCEPT them.
  Rather He will destroy them with war, famine and disease.
  We speak AWARENESS and REPENTANCE into the lives of those who are living on the edge, who are lukewarm.
• We decree CONSECRATION and earnest PRAYER opens the Heavens; God’s FIRE and GLORY will come down in the midst of His People!
  All His People will prostrate themselves and give THANKS to the Lord, for He is GOOD, for His GRACE continues FOREVER!
• We decree and declare that we, the People of God, walk before the Lord with REPENTANT hearts, SEEKING GOD’S FACE with DEDICATION in all the work we do; may it be CONSECRATED to Him and Him alone. God’s People will intercede for their Nations for repentance and cleansing that He may RULE.
• We declare the Lord HEARS your PRAYER and dwells with you as you walk in HIS WAYS.
• We decree and declare, if there is drought, pestilence or an epidemic of sickness, the People of the Lord will HUMBLE themselves, PRAY, SEEK His Face and TURN from their evil ways, then He will HEAR from Heaven, FORGIVE their sin and HEAL their Land.
• We declare the Lord will SEE and HEAR the prayers prayed from REPENTANT hearts, from those who have CONSECRATED themselves by the Blood of the Lamb.
  Seek to HONOR the Lord all the days of your LIFE.
• We decree and declare BELIEVERS desire to gather together and WAIT for the promised gifts of HOLY SPIRIT.
  Those who wait upon the Lord WILL BE FILLED and EMPOWERED to carry His TRUTH to the Nations!
• We decree MULTITUDES are TURNING from their sin, RETURNING to God, being baptized on the authority of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah into FORGIVENESS of their sins, and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit.
  We speak RELEASE of the shackles into the atmosphere. Those who have been bound are FREE in the name of Jesus/ Yeshua!
• We decree and declare the PROMISE of SALVATION is for you, your children, and for those far away – as many as the Lord our God may call!
  The Lost will hear the Lord’s call “Save yourselves from this perverse generation!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁰ Thus says the Lord to this people, “Even so they have loved to wander; they have not kept their feet in check. Therefore the Lord does not accept them; now He will remember their iniquity and call their sins to account.” ¹¹ So the Lord said to me, “Do not pray for the welfare of this people. ¹² When they fast, I am not going to listen to their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and grain offering, I am not going to accept them. Rather I am going to make an end of them by the sword, famine and pestilence.” Jeremiah 14:10-12.

“¹ Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the house. ² The priests could not enter into the house of the Lord because the glory of the Lord filled the Lord’s house. ³ All the sons of Israel, seeing the fire come down and the glory of the Lord upon the house, bowed down on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave praise to the Lord, saying, “Truly He is good, truly His lovingkindness is everlasting.” ⁴ Then the king and all the people offered sacrifice before the Lord. ⁵ King Solomon offered a sacrifice of 22,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep. Thus the king and all the people dedicated the house of God. ⁶ The priests stood at their posts, and the Levites also, with the instruments of music to the Lord, which King David had made for giving praise to the Lord—“for His lovingkindness is everlasting”—whenever he gave praise by their means, while the priests on the other side blew trumpets; and all Israel was standing. ⁷ Then Solomon consecrated the middle of the court that was before the house of the Lord, for there he offered the burnt offerings and the fat of the peace offerings because the bronze altar which Solomon had made was not able to contain the burnt offering, the grain offering and the fat…..
…… ¹² Then the Lord appeared to Solomon at night and said to him, “I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice. ¹³ If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, ¹⁴ and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. ¹⁵ Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place. ¹⁶ For now I have chosen and consecrated this house that My name may be there forever, and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually. ¹⁷ As for you, if you walk before Me as your father David walked, even to do according to all that I have commanded you, and will keep My statutes and My ordinances, ¹⁸ then I will establish your royal throne as I covenanted with your father David, saying, ‘You shall not lack a man to be ruler in Israel.’ ¹⁹ “But if you turn away and forsake My statutes and My commandments which I have set before you, and go and serve other gods and worship them, ²⁰ then I will uproot you from My land which I have given you, and this house which I have consecrated for My name I will cast out of My sight and I will make it a proverb and a byword among all peoples. ²¹ As for this house, which was exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’ ²² And they will say, ‘Because they forsook the Lord, the God of their fathers who brought them from the land of Egypt, and they adopted other gods and worshiped them and served them; therefore He has brought all this adversity on them.’” 2 Chronicles 7:1-7, 12-22.

“¹ When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. ² And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance…..
>….. ³⁷ Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” ³⁸ Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. ³⁹ For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.” ⁴⁰ And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” ⁴¹ So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls,” Acts 2:1-4, 37-41.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
