Declarations & Decrees: Repent & Return to the LORD!
Declarations & Decrees: Repent and Return to the Lord – He Will Redeem and Rescue You, and Restore What the Enemy Has Stolen!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- We decree and declare those who have strayed are RETURNING to the Lord God Almighty!
They are returning with their WHOLE HEART, putting aside foreign gods and idols; they are FIXING their FOCUS on the Lord. - We declare the Lord will RESCUE you from your enemies, if you will SERVE ONLY HIM!
Banish from your midst those things that capture your attention and have become idols in your lives.
Come before the Lord with prayerful hearts, REPENTING and SEEKING Him alone. - We decree and declare, as you continue to LOOK to the Lord for your STRENGTH and PROTECTION, your enemies will witness the Presence of the Lord as He THUNDERS VIOLENTLY over them, throwing them into such CONFUSION that they are STRUCK DOWN before you!
- We declare the Lord of Hosts is HUMBLING our enemies, so that they no longer enter our territories; and the Hand of the Lord will be against our enemies as long as we SEEK Him alone.
- We decree that ALL Lands and possessions captured and stolen by your enemies are RESTORED to you, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
- We decree and declare the Lord is CALLING His Servants, His People, to return to Him. He FORMED you, you are His own, DO NOT FORGET HIM!
He has REDEEMED His People, He will wipe away your offenses. RETURN to Him. - We decree and declare the Heavens, the Depths of the Earth, the Mountains and every Tree of the Forest are SINGING and SHOUTING for JOY!
The Lord God Almighty has REDEEMED Jacob, He GLORIFIES Himself in Israel, and those who are grafted in of the Nations through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua. - We decree and declare the Lord God Almighty is FRUSTRATING the False Prophets and their forecasts.
He makes fools of diviners, He drives back the sages and makes their wisdom look silly.
He CONFIRMS His Servants’ Prophecies and makes His Messengers’ PLANS SUCCEED. - We decree and declare the Lord will bring SURPRISE ATTACKS against the enemies of His People, as His People PRAISE and WORSHIP Him.
Give THANKS to the Lord, for His GRACE CONTINUES FOREVER! - We decree the enemies of our Nations, and God’s Kingdom, will DESTROY themselves; they will set to work DESTROYING ONE ANOTHER.
The Righteous Nations will find corpses fallen to the ground; none will escape. - We decree and declare the People of the Most High God, Christ Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah, will rejoice over their enemies; they will praise the Lord with song and music.
A panic from God will be on all the kingdoms of the countries when they hear that the Lord has fought against the enemies of the People of God. - We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“3 Then Samuel spoke to all the house of Israel, saying, “If you return to the Lord with all your heart, remove the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among you and direct your hearts to the Lord and serve Him alone; and He will deliver you from the hand of the Philistines.” 4 So the sons of Israel removed the Baals and the Ashtaroth and served the Lord alone. 5 Then Samuel said, “Gather all Israel to Mizpah and I will pray to the Lord for you.” 6 They gathered to Mizpah, and drew water and poured it out before the Lord, and fasted on that day and said there, “We have sinned against the Lord.” And Samuel judged the sons of Israel at Mizpah. 7 Now when the Philistines heard that the sons of Israel had gathered to Mizpah, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the sons of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines. 8 Then the sons of Israel said to Samuel, “Do not cease to cry to the Lord our God for us, that He may save us from the hand of the Philistines.” 9 Samuel took a suckling lamb and offered it for a whole burnt offering to the Lord; and Samuel cried to the Lord for Israel and the Lord answered him. 10 Now Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, and the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel. But the Lord thundered with a great thunder on that day against the Philistines and confused them, so that they were routed before Israel. 11 The men of Israel went out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, and struck them down as far as below Beth-car. 12 Then Samuel took a stone and set it between Mizpah and Shen, and named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” 13 So the Philistines were subdued and they did not come anymore within the border of Israel. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel. 14 The cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even to Gath; and Israel delivered their territory from the hand of the Philistines. So there was peace between Israel and the Amorites,” 1 Samuel 7:3-14.
“21 “Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant, O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me. 22 “I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud and your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.” 23 Shout for joy, O heavens, for the Lord has done it! Shout joyfully, you lower parts of the earth; break forth into a shout of joy, you mountains, O forest, and every tree in it; for the Lord has redeemed Jacob and in Israel He shows forth His glory. 24 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, and the one who formed you from the womb, “I, the Lord, am the maker of all things, stretching out the heavens by Myself and spreading out the earth all alone, 25 Causing the omens of boasters to fail, making fools out of diviners, causing wise men to draw back and turning their knowledge into foolishness, 26 Confirming the word of His servant and performing the purpose of His messengers. It is I who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited!’ and of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built.’ and I will raise up her ruins again. 27 “It is I who says to the depth of the sea, ‘Be dried up!’ And I will make your rivers dry. 28 “It is I who says of Cyrus, ‘He is My shepherd! And he will perform all My desire.’ And he declares of Jerusalem, ‘She will be built,’ and of the temple, ‘Your foundation will be laid.’” Isaiah 44:21-28.
“21 When he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who sang to the Lord and those who praised Him in holy attire, as they went out before the army and said, “Give thanks to the Lord, for His lovingkindness is everlasting.” 22 When they began singing and praising, the Lord set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were routed. 23 For the sons of Ammon and Moab rose up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir destroying them completely; and when they had finished with the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another. 24 When Judah came to the lookout of the wilderness, they looked toward the multitude, and behold, they were corpses lying on the ground, and no one had escaped. 25 When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoil, they found much among them, including goods, garments and valuable things which they took for themselves, more than they could carry. And they were three days taking the spoil because there was so much. 26 Then on the fourth day they assembled in the valley of Beracah, for there they blessed the Lord. Therefore they have named that place “The Valley of Beracah” until today. 27 Every man of Judah and Jerusalem returned with Jehoshaphat at their head, returning to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord had made them to rejoice over their enemies. 28 They came to Jerusalem with harps, lyres and trumpets to the house of the Lord. 29 And the dread of God was on all the kingdoms of the lands when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 So the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was at peace, for his God gave him rest on all sides,” 2 Chronicles 20:21-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
