Declarations & Decrees: Repent and Rejoice — the Enemy’s Case Against You Is Closed!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare GREAT CALAMITY comes upon those who walk in their own ways and do not TURN to GOD, the MAKER of HEAVEN and EARTH.
  SEEK the favor of the Lord and REPENT for yourself, your Family and your People.
• I decree and declare you acknowledge your sin and REPENT; DECLARING the Lord’s/ Adonai’s RIGHTEOUSNESS and MERCY, beseeching Him to turn away His fury for the sake of His People, and His Promises.
  You have RECEIVED HIS GIFT of Eternal Life through the Sacrifice of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, His Son.
  His Blood CLEANSES us from all unrighteousness.
• I decree and declare it is because of YOUR GREAT COMPASSION, Lord/ Adonai, that we come before You; we do not present our supplications before You because of our own righteousness.
  Your Son is our Mediator, our Attorney; He gave His LIFE that we may be set FREE. We PRAISE Your HOLY Name.
• I decree and declare you were SAVED in HOPE.
  If you hope for what you do not see, then you EAGERLY WAIT for it with PERSEVERANCE.
  For God your Father/ Elohim Abba KNEW you beforehand and PREDESTINED you to be CONFORMED to the image of His Son. He CALLED, JUSTIFIED and GLORIFIED you in His Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
• I decree and declare if GOD/ELOHIM is for US, who can be against us!
  Who can bring a charge against God’s elect?
  It is God who JUSTIFIES! He does not condemn for it is Christ/ Messiah who died and was raised and is now at the right hand of God who also intercedes for us.
• I decree and declare NO ONE CAN SEPARATE US from the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah!
  For His sake we are being put to death all day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter.
  But in all these things WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Him Who LOVED US.
  For I am CONVINCED that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the LOVE of GOD that is in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare your HEARTS WILL BURN when you hear Jesus/ Yeshua speak, or His Spirit and Angels move in your midst.
  You will not be terrified, for you EMBRACE God’s/Elohim’s GLORY; your desire is to DWELL IN HIS PRESENCE FOREVER.
• I decree and declare, as it was written, Christ/ Messiah had to SUFFER and RISE from the dead on the third day, and that REPENTANCE for the removal of sins is to be PROCLAIMED in His Name TO ALL NATIONS, beginning from Jerusalem/ Yerushalayim.
  He has sent the PROMISE of the Father, Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh, to all who BELIEVE.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹² Thus He has confirmed His words which He had spoken against us and against our rulers who ruled us, to bring on us great calamity; for under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what was done to Jerusalem. ¹³ As it is written in the law of Moses, all this calamity has come on us; yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our iniquity and giving attention to Your truth. ¹⁴ Therefore the Lord has kept the calamity in store and brought it on us; for the Lord our God is righteous with respect to all His deeds which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice.
¹⁵ “And now, O Lord our God, who have brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand and have made a name for Yourself, as it is this day—we have sinned, we have been wicked. ¹⁶ O Lord, in accordance with all Your righteous acts, let now Your anger and Your wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us. ¹⁷ So now, our God, listen to the prayer of Your servant and to his supplications, and for Your sake, O Lord, let Your face shine on Your desolate sanctuary. ¹⁸ O my God, incline Your ear and hear! Open Your eyes and see our desolations and the city which is called by Your name; for we are not presenting our supplications before You on account of any merits of our own, but on account of Your great compassion. ¹⁹ O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, listen and take action! For Your own sake, O my God, do not delay, because Your city and Your people are called by Your name,” Daniel 9:12-19.

“²⁴ For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
²⁶ In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; ²⁷ and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
²⁸ And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. ²⁹ For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; ³⁰ and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.
³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? ³² He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? ³³ Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; ³⁴ who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. ³⁵ Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ³⁶ Just as it is written, “For Your sake we are being put to death all day long; we were considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
³⁷ But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. ³⁸ For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 8:24-39.

“³² They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?” ³³ And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found gathered together the eleven and those who were with them, ³⁴ saying, “The Lord has really risen and has appeared to Simon.” ³⁵ They began to relate their experiences on the road and how He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
³⁶ While they were telling these things, He Himself stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.” ³⁷ But they were startled and frightened and thought that they were seeing a spirit. ³⁸ And He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts? ³⁹ See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; touch Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” ⁴⁰ And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. ⁴¹ While they still could not believe it because of their joy and amazement, He said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” ⁴² They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish; ⁴³ and He took it and ate it before them.
>⁴⁴ Now He said to them, “These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” ⁴⁵ Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, ⁴⁶ and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, ⁴⁷ and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. ⁴⁸ You are witnesses of these things. ⁴⁹ And behold, I am sending forth the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”
>⁵⁰ And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. ⁵¹ While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up into heaven. ⁵² And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy, ⁵³ and were continually in the temple praising God,” Luke 24:32-53.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
