I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare I WILL ALWAYS REJOICE IN THE LORD/ ADONAI and let my GENTLENESS be known to all People.
  THE LORD/ ADONAI IS NEAR!
• I decree and declare that I WILL NOT BE ANXIOUS about anything; but in ALL THINGS, by PRAYER and petition with THANKSGIVING, I make my REQUESTS known to God/ Elohim.
  For the PEACE/ SHALOM of God, surpasses all understanding and GUARDS my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
• I decree and declare I will DWELL on all that is good: whatever is TRUE, HONORABLE, JUST, PURE, LOVELY, COMMENDABLE — any VIRTUE and anything WORTHY of PRAISE!
  I will put into practice the things I’ve learned and received from the Men and Women of the Lord/ Adonai, through the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, and the God of Peace/ Elohei HaShalom will be with me!
• I declare there are FIERY ORDEALS taking place among us to test us — WE WILL NOT BE SURPRISED.
  We REJOICE as we SHARE in the sufferings of Christ/ Messiah, so that at the REVELATION OF HIS GLORY we may also REJOICE and be glad.
• I decree and declare we, who are INSULTED for the Name of Christ/ Messiah, are FORTUNATE, for the Spirit/ Ruach of Glory and God rests on you.
  We will not be ashamed but will GLORIFY God/ Elohim in the Name of Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare all who SUFFER according to God’s/ Elohim’s will, will ENTRUST their Souls to a FAITHFUL CREATOR while continuing to do good.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, in the Morning, YOU HEAR MY VOICE.
  In the Morning I order my PRAYER before You and WATCH EXPECTANTLY!
  For You are not a God Who rejoices in evil.
  No wickedness dwells with You.
• I decree and declare ALL who take REFUGE in the Lord/ Adonai will REJOICE!
  They will ALWAYS SHOUT for JOY!
  Lord/ Adonai, You SHELTER those who LOVE YOUR NAME, and they EXULT!
  You BLESS the RIGHTEOUS, Lord/ Adonai.
  You SURROUND them with FAVOR as a Shield!
• I decree and declare in Heaven, the voice of a Great Multitude — like the ROAR of Rushing Waters or like the RUMBLING of Powerful Thunder — saying, “Halleluyah! For the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot REIGNS!
• I decree and declare we REJOICE and are GLAD and give the GLORY to the Lord/ Adonai for the WEDDING of the Lamb is Come!
  His Bride has made herself READY; she is wearing fine linen, BRIGHT and CLEAN!
  For the fine linen is the RIGHTEOUS DEEDS of the Holy Ones/ Kedoshim.
• I decree and declare how FORTUNATE are those who have been invited to the WEDDING BANQUET OF THE LAMB!
  These are the True Words of God! Worship God!
  For the Testimony of Jesus/ Yeshua is the Spirit/ Ruach of Prophecy!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! ⁵ Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. ⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which surpasses al comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
⁸ Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. ⁹ The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you,” Philippians 4:4-9.

“¹² Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; ¹³ but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation. ¹⁴ If you are reviled for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. ¹⁵ Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler; ¹⁶ but if anyone suffers as a Christian, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God in this name. ¹⁷ For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? ¹⁸ And if it is with difficulty that the righteous is saved, what will become of the godless man and the sinner? ¹⁹ Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right,” 1 Peter 4:12-19.

“³ In the morning, O Lord, You will hear my voice; in the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.
⁴ For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; no evil dwells with You……..
……… ¹¹ But let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy; and may You shelter them, that those who love Your name may exult in You. ¹² For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord, You surround him with favor as with a shield,” Psalm 5:3-4, 11-12.

“⁶ Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.
⁷ Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” ⁸ It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
⁹ Then he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he said to me, “These are true words of God.” ¹⁰ Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy,” Revelation 19:6-10

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
