Redemption, to Look Beyond
I wanted you all to know that the counsel you live and give, speaks life or death.
When our kindness has been my friend and even if you must rebuke me, I find that kindness of love makes me feel so dear and near to our King and Lord Jesus Christ.
When a person is not kind and has such a judgmental, critical, and the weight of their words and actions are fueled by condemnation and guilt, we must learn to see people in all places of life, and not to throw them away.
If we are not willing to see beyond the person and show love and when people so desperately need to receive The LORD, our actions are judged already.
When you see the same or similar words like this one, God is trying very much to get you into a deeper place, beyond skin deep and going to that place of Redemption.
Remember the woman at the well? Jesus met this woman and told her truths about all the marriages?
But have you noticed Jesus didn’t stop at the confrontation of her sin, but in mercy and grace, He reached much more.
There is something much deeper about our Jesus that pushes his love to go further through the sin and deeper still.
He takes us through the resistance in His Love and goes beyond in His work of Redemption!
He did not confront her in pride, but in His wondrous Grace and Kindness — and he went further still to her heart to make room for His Redemption.
I am hearing this, and when we encounter anyone, and even ourselves, we must remember that we are not to confront to destroy and maim, but our words should never seek to hate or destroy, or condemn others and even our own lives.
Yes, Jesus did tell her about her marriages, but He didn’t stop there with her, He went beyond her faults and sin and saw that need.
God places people in our lives to have a Jesus encounters and once we confront, we must most importantly be how Jesus sees us and others.
We must go beyond the legalistic patterns of crushing people and abusing their soul and giving them no hope.
We must begin to ask God about each person in how we can leave room for God’s Redemption.
God see’s the heart of a person and even when The LORD must rebuke our sin, at times he will always go further in progressing his love that is higher than any mountain, or deeper than any sea.
God is Love, and His Love will always be found because love covers a multitude of sin and iniquity because the love will always have to leave room for His redemption to see their lives as God would and does.
We must begin to judge our own hearts, if we have been those types of people.
A spirit of religion, pride, arrogance, hatred, malice are all areas we must work on to see beyond the wounded and raw pain they feel. If we react in a very angry way, they will do whatever to shock us.
So how would Jesus deal with discouraged people who have not hope in God. When a person thinks there is no hope and so they will go on rejected, hating and bitterness because those people who were supposed to of God, were not.
People will not find God with fear or hatred, or telling them how God feels for them, or yanking them down an altar.
When we represent Jesus in this life and all the people we thinking we need to correct.
Those people know that Christianity is treating them hateful, with rebukes and exposures.
This type of encounter is not how The LORD moves in trying to get to their heart. We must ask God what would Jesus do?
Yes, they are really sinful and they validate the type of behaviors but what would Jesus do?
Will He tear us down when we fail? What about a person we encounter?
Jesus wants us to see beyond their actions, so that loving kindness leads them to repentance. For those who are closed off, will we offer a little bit of water?
When we love and walk in grace and mercy, even when rebukes come, when Jesus confronts our sin, He always does it to connect our heart to his.
It will make us feel more loved because he saw beyond what man could see and He will bring peace.
Even today may we learn to understand that ALL true redemption starts with Jesus Christ our Savior.
Have you ever encountered a love that loves us beyond what we are in acceptance?
The LORD is teaching us that we must shake off those legalistic bands and mindsets that are not based on the Love of God and lift up holy hands, victory is ours!
Has The Holy Spirit tapped on your heart and mind through these words?
May we repent daily and begin to practice kindness and compassion to all people?
God is sparking our hearts to take us to another place of redemption and freedom!
May the love of God which compasses all knowledge passes all understanding so shall we guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. SELAH…..
“Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences — the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding — this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!” Ephesians 3:18-19 TPT
