Adapting to Transition Change
As a leader, I have to be able to adapt to the transition change and alignment of those to whom I am connected.
I can’t look at their new directions, new instructions, or new mindset, as a personal offense, especially if they are a person led by God.
I have to have the maturity to understand that it’s not a personal attack against me when they are required to disconnect or move in a opposite direction. Somehow those in leadership, especially those that say they are Apostolic, become territorial over those persons who connect as friends or ministerial associates and feel that any change that discomforts that familiarity with the person is somehow a hater moment, a sabotage move, or a move to discredit or attack their ministry.
For some reason, they can’t see it as obedience to God a transition an elevation a reassignment. In this hour God is reassessing all that pertains to our lives and there will be some disconnection in working with each other in ministry does that mean we can’t talk to each other yet fellowship with each.
Does that mean the person has to now be your enemy because God has done something different with them? Does that mean you now send curses toward them or try to ruin their relationships with others, because God has brought them into greater or connected them to somebody else?
You see, leaders fail to realize that God’s moving, advancing or elevating of a person doesn’t mean that something was wrong with them, it just means their assignment is up in the spiritual development of that person life.
It doesn’t mean that anything is wrong, or there is a problem it just mean there are under steps to the person spiritual progress that they need to gain with somebody else or in another ministry.
Until we can understand this concept of spiritual development, we going to continue to have difficulties in relationships.
Mature leaders know when they are to hold a person in the nest because they yet need work on them and when they need to send or kick them out, because the nest has become to small for were they have grown to.
Even as leaders dealing with each other, we have to know when God is recruiting people to join us and when He is disconnecting to leave us.
In the Body of Christ, we are so territorial over people until we forget they are God’s people and He does with them what He wills, and it sometimes requires Him to disconnect, separate, tear apart, sever the cords that binds us not to make us enemies, but to keep us growing and advancing in the Kingdom.
My job as a leader is to teach you to go to God and not to make a god or idol of me. I teach and train, but not make anybody dependent upon me.
Do people get upset because I don’t pet them or continue to hold their hand? Yes they do.
One thing God taught me was, not to let the people think you’re the babysitter, but they must always remember you’re their teacher. Babysitters want to keep you a baby so they can feel needed and you be depending on them but a teacher wants you to grow and learn so you can live independently from them.
One gets enjoyment in seeing you never grow and learn while the other one only gets joy when they see you mature and gain knowledge wisdom and understanding. One wants you dumb while the other one wants you more advance than them.
Learning relationship principles is so important to your spiritual and life growth. Deliverance is so beautiful when you just want to do things right!
Class is done for the day!
Reconfiguration – Retool – Relaunch
This morning is very emotional for me, because I’m concern so much with souls and the Body of Christ.
The depth of sin and iniquity that many are operating in has me so sorrowful this day. The depravity of our leadership is mind blowing. I’m so hurt at the spiritual condition of the church and how the church is refusing to embrace the truth.
The compromise, the acceptance of those things that are against the Word of God is so acceptable in the church and the people are defending sin more than they are defending the word of God.
I’m sitting here saying, “God, don’t ever let me lose my reverence for you! Don’t let me take down from the standards of holiness! Don’t let me stop walking in righteousness! Keep me with a mind to serve you with my whole heart mind body soul and spirit! Chastise correct and discipline me when needed that I stay in your perfect will. I want to see the people set free delivered and brought out of bondage.”
Today is the day of decisions for me concerning this new mandate, this new mission. I have to transition, move and go forward. My steps are completely ordered by God.
I don’t go anywhere I’m not ordained to go. I don’t do nothing I’m not ordained to do, and I don’t say anything that God has not given me to say.
Seeing the need for men and women of God who are sold out to God so much in this hour, if we going to see change, we must first get ourselves together before we can help somebody else.
I see why the pruning, the crushing, the pressing, the pulling, the discipline was so intense, so that the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the pride of life can be taken out, so the heart, mind, soul and spirit can be singular and focus and dedicated committed and in obedience to God.
This is the hour of reconfiguration, retooling and relaunching, readjusting and reestablishing the old path of holiness and righteousness!
Getting in the trenches now and won’t apologize for my commitment, dedication, consecration and stand of holiness! Some of us have to rearrange some things right now and in this process, some won’t understand, some won’t receive us, some won’t connect to us. Keep moving keep focus and keep obeying.
Deliverance from people’s opinions, thoughts and actions toward you will be necessary for you to go forth in this hour.
