Old Words and Messages

You can’t keep the people’s attention if you preaching the same message for twenty years. They need some fresh manna from heaven.

Sometimes it’s not the devil who drives the people to seek out others, to impart into them. Sometimes it’s us not giving anything new to the people.

You can’t keep feeding the people the same meal and not expect them not to get bored!

They are tired of hotdogs they want a full course meal!

The Clean-Up Prophets

They are out in the field right now cleaning up the damage that has been made by these over eager and uneducated in the prophetic voices. Those who have made a mess in the Body of Christ.

They rebuke, they confront, they are bold and they come with an agenda to right the wrongs that have occurred.

The Clean Up Crew is on it’s way and they won’t stop until true prophetic voices are once again speaking and bringing forth the will mind and heart of God!

Unauthorized Disconnections & Connections

As I was flying to Mississippi this morning, the Spirit of the LORD begin to deal with me concerning unauthorized disconnections and polluted connections.

There are far too many who are leaving their place of purpose and development because they”

1. Thought the leader should had been more attentive.
2. They got rebuke or corrected and didn’t like.
3. They thought they saw a greater opportunity for a bigger platform.
4. They were over zealous to preach or be seen.
5. They are rebellious and disobedient.
6. They got a false prophesy by somebody that wanted to pull them into their ministry.

Often times, those who embraced those who are out of position begin to experience unplanned warfare, because they have a runaway vessel aboard their ship.

Like Jonah, they have cause a storm to enter your vision and put you in a position that requires God to deal with them where they are, which sometimes puts innocent bystanders in their chastisement and discipline.

Leaders, in this hour need to ask God before allowing people to connect, especially those who are coming from other ministries.

I have learned in my many years of ministry, that runaways can cause you more harm than good, especially if they haven’t been delivered from those things that cause them to run.

It’s your responsibility as a leader to make sure that everyone that comes aboard is assigned to your ship.

Oversee Your Assignment!

Many make the mistake of not watching and making sure that what God has given them to do stays in perfect alignment with His will.

Even though you have persons with the ability to do the job you placed them in, you as the visionary, need to yet ask questions and have regular updates memos and reports of the progress being made.

Often leaders don’t ask questions or become attentive to the persons working with them, until serious trouble arises.

I believe that if we have regular reports of accountability of what’s going on with each department of the vision, we can many times intercept things that are going contrary before they spiral out of control.

One of the worst things that a visionary can encounter is when they think things are on schedule and being done in the time frame God has allotted, and at the last minute, find out that nothing is done and prepared for the next stage of advancement in the visions.

I have seen too many leaders get down to the wire, only to discover that the work was not going as scheduled, simply because they never took time to check on the progress of those assigned to help with the vision.

Prophets, Predictors and Pretenders

Prophets: These are vessels that are ordained from the womb and authorized in the earth to speak the mind will and purpose of God. All they speak aligns with the character attitude and attributes of God and His word.

Predictors: These are lying and ungodly prophets that have gone away from the LORD and now speak from their human intellect by probing a person soul or familiar and demonic spirits.

Pretenders: These never were and never will be prophets they just say whatever to gain a gullible audience that will finance their lifestyles.

You have to know who you are dealing with before you allow people to speak into your life,lay hands on you, and before you sow a dime into their ministry.

Recognize the Fire!

You better know which fire they are releasing when they be speaking:

Wild Fire: These cause damage to people’s lives and properties. This fire is created for deliverance to happen to destroy generational and ancient curses.

Grease Fire: These fires are caused by combustion. It happens when oil and food come together. This fire is create when the anointing and word connects.

Bonfires: These are used to often dispose of waste material. This fire is created when the anointing and flesh connects.

Refiner’s Fire: This fire is created to purify and bring reformation. It also cleanses the soul. This fire is created when God wants to make somebody Holy and righteous.
