Illusion: A thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses, a deceptive appearance or impression, a false idea or belief.

Delusion: An idiosyncratic belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically a symptom of mental disorder, a false belief held despite strong evidence against it. A form of psychosis.

Sometimes as Christians, we can be most gullible when gifts are operating because they cause a response out of us as gifts appeal to our senses.

Nothing is more vexing to me as when Christians argue over things that should not even be a discussion.

People, understand that the anointing destroys yokes and it’s not used for entertainment. If the Spirit of the LORD comes upon a person and the power of God overtakes them, it’s not for them to remain in the same spiritual condition.

I saw a post were people were arguing over a secular singer breaking out into a song of worship. Hear me and hear me good! If the presence of the LORD came upon them it was not for them to come out of it and go right back into sinful ways, but it was the Spirit of God convicting them, because He has need of them.

These celebrities are proclaiming Jesus, but yet their ways are not changing. They are talking about Jesus while holding the front of their crotch, gyrating in sexual motions, or they are singing about sex half naked and then talking about Jesus in the next breath.

Even though the people were responding, it was an emotional ecstasy that pulled them into a temporary feeling but not a lasting change.

The LORD spoke something to me and said the enemy is very calculating. He said Christian will now begin to go to the clubs and concerts and feel it’s alright, because they will be waiting on the persons to break out in a praise, not realizing that it’s a plot by Satan to use those who are chosen, but are walking contrary, to draw those that say they serving God into compromise, until eventually they will fall back into their sinful ways.

You see, when gifts and emotions are involved, people will feel certain things for the moment, but won’t experience change for eternity. There is much going on in the spiritual realm and we need to be more cautious about what we are observing.

Always look at things through the eyes of the Spirit and ask God what is He saying in the matter.

He is not looking to give people a temporary solution, but He wants to give them a permanent change.

How long will we be halt between two opinions? If God be God, then served Him. Make a difference. Who wants to preach to other, and then be a castaway?
