Really Believe
Literally many thousands of books and sermons are written or preached to help us to understand and to encourage us and motivate us to have Faith.
We may be taught and encouraged to expect to experience and become a carrier of the greater works of God in miracles of signs and wonders of godly life and great victories.
Why is it that with all the biblical teaching and encouragement many of us are yet not experiencing the reality of the full power of the works of Christ Jesus in our lives?
Jesus spoke clearly that those who believe in Him would do the works that He did and even greater works.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” John 14:12.
The Bible is truth and Jesus does not lie. It is true that those who really believe in Christ Jesus will do miraculous works that He did while in His natural body on earth.
If we do not see the works of Jesus in our lives it is a clear indication that we do not fully believe.
We truly thank and praise God for all that He has done and is doing in and through our lives. Many, if not most of us believers have probably seen and experienced great changes in our lives and in others around us by the works of God in Christ by the Holy Spirit.
Yet, we know and believe there is more, if we could fully believe.
We may also now be at a place of beginning to see that the practical experience of the passionate love of God or the lack of it may have something to do with our situation.
What Does the Love of God Have to Do With Our Believing?
As redeemed spirit beings that live in an earthly body, we can relate to Spirit God. We can intimately know God spirit to Spirit.
God is love. As we become one with Him in Spirit, one in Him and He in us, we become love. We are sons and daughters of God, joint heirs with Spirit Christ by the Holy Spirit. (Romans 8:14-17).
We, are one with God through Christ by the Holy Spirit. We are a part of the Spirit heavenly Family of God. Father, Son, Bride (wife and mother) and Children of God in heaven and on earth. The Spirit family of God is in heaven and on earth. (Ephesians 5:30-32).
As the actual children of Spirit God on earth, we commune in pure love with God and have no doubt in what we hear and see from Him.
Believing becomes knowing as we hear, see and feel that which God is saying and doing. There is no trying to believe or have faith.
Truly, if the faith of the Son of God is within us, we walk as one in the obedience of love. Our old worldly life is crucified, passed away, gone from us.
It no longer exists in us as Christ is formed fully in us. The life we now live is lived by the faith of Christ Jesus who loves us.
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 KJV.
Love God More Than Anything
If, we love God more than we love our food and water, more than our children, parents, and more than our own life in this world, then the lust of the flesh or the pride of this life has absolutely no longer any place in us.
In an intimate love relationship with God, we totally trust Him and all that He says. We fully believe and all of the works and greater works that Jesus did are available to us.
The attributes of God are available within us to bring to earth the perfect will and works of Almighty God in Christ Jesus to establish the fullness of The Kingdom of God, Kingdom of Heaven on earth as it is in Heaven.
Loving God Begins With a Decision
God has given us power of decision. We are given a free will to decide to love Him more than anything or to love anything else as much as or more than we love Him.
We do not have to make “loving God more than anything” happen. However, we must make the decision to love God more than we love anything else.
God and all the power of creation will make it happen when we decide to love God more than anything. It is not just thinking yes, God I want to love you.
It is deciding, “God, I love you more than anything!”
It is like a marriage in which there must be an “I DO”. Not an “I want to” or “I will try to” or anything else other than an all out and all the way decision.
All of the manifestation of total love will follow the decision and the declaration of it in your heart and out of your mouth.
The passion of total love for and with God will follow the decision. When you decide in your heart and speak with your mouth to love God more than anything, all things in life will begin to adjust in your heart and soul.
The world will no longer have any pull or control of your life. All bondages are broken and nothing can overcome you. Thousands may fall around you but it will not stop you or turn you from the fullness of life in God.
The love for those around you will be purified and made healthier than the old love you had before. You will love them with the love of God in you and will never control them or be driven or controlled by relationships again.
But you, with the love of God and freedom within, will bring righteousness, peace and joy to all of your relationships in this world.
Love Changes the World
Love, power, wisdom, authority, and the glory of King Jesus are released into the sons and daughters of God to establish the fullness of The Kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33.
Be made whole in His love,
