What the Lord is Saying Today – May 2012
May 31, 2012. God has amassed so many blessings upon my wife, our entire family and me. He is amazing. All we did was to begin (at age 65) rescuing and redeeming helpless poorest of the poor children in the Philippines. At first, we did not have money to do the task . It was a mountain to be moved by a mustard seed. Our faith was indeed the size of a mustard seed. But God! He said “Tell the story of what I have called you do. I will supply! People, churches and businesses will give unto you for these children. You will never lack.” I have told and keep telling His story of how He has chosen us to evangelize, educate, feed and care for these children. Because God loves, He gives.
Luke 6:38 (KJV) “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Ras Robinson
May 31, 2012. We have a trunk sized boulder outside our garage door beside the driveway. For 37 years family members, friends, and kids have worked at making difficult basketball shots while balancing on that rock. If they make the basket, they get to be in the “Rock Club.” It makes me sad to see the rock is beginning to crumble and break apart, I suppose because of years of freezing and thawing. “Stand on and build your house on The Rock that never crumbles or breaks down. I will never fall apart even if you do. I will never let you fall. I am your strong tower your strong base. I am higher than anything you face. Precious one stand on Me.”
Matthew 7:24-25 (NASB) “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock” Bev Robinson
May 31, 2012. Can you forget what lies behind? Can you forgive yourself for mistakes you have made? All have sinned and have fallen short of My glory. Stop pounding yourself into the ground. Enough is enough. Change your stinking thinking. Have you forgotten so quickly Whose you are? Don’t continue putting on old filthy and worn out garments. Stop living with your foolish behavior which has you returning again and again to irrational conduct. I have cleansed you. I have outfitted you with new attire. Receive your newness with gladness of heart. Conduct yourself in a manner worthy of which you have been called. Rise up. Let Me establish My truth within you.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” Kevin Robinson
May 30, 2012. Our pastor preached last Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend, about our heritage as a nation. He cautioned against pride and arrogance wherever it is found, especially in exalting oneself above others and even God. He pointed out that America and Israel are so vitally connected in many ways. Both nations have been damaged and weakened by arrogance and pride. Even in trying to do good, we can sometimes project pride and arrogance before others and God. Exalting yourself is a sin that needs to be confessed and forgiven. Self-exaltation is manifested pride. Self-confidence overdone is the same. It is foolishness to not consult the Lord about every decision. Likewise, it is foolish to think too much of yourself so as to display pride or arrogance. Think and pray on this.
Proverbs 30:32 (NASB) “If you have been foolish in exalting yourself or if you have plotted evil, put your hand on your mouth.” Ras Robinson
May 30, 2012. The children of your home reflect what goes on from day to day. What are they learning from you especially about authority? Do they deep down see authority as something good for their protection by correcting destructive behaviour? Is your home a place where love, respect, and teamwork is the norm. I know this is a strong word. I also know that many children are growing up like orphans as fatherless and motherless children. Sometimes that is also the way you grew up, not respecting authority. At times you did not know because you did not often see it in your home. But that can change. Inquire of Me every day.
Proverbs 10:1 (NLT) “A wise child brings joy to a father; a foolish child brings grief to a mother.” Bev Robinson
May 30, 2012. Pay close attention to instructions I have given you. Do not become double minded in your approach to some weighty decisions you are making. Ask Me what, where, when, and how you should reply. Leave the why in the equation up to Me. It is critical for you to always seek My face and wait for my decision. Though some of the choices you have made and are making right now seem irrelevant . They have and will bring results that cannot be undone. Be careful in the way you assess situations. Allow Me to enter into every occasion you encounter. Wait for Me. I will answer you at the appropriate time.
Proverbs 16:10-12 (NASB) “A divine decision is in the lips of the king; His mouth should not err in judgement. A just balance and scales belong to the LORD; all the weights of the bag are His concern. It is an abomination for kings to commit wicked acts, for a throne is established on righteousness.” Kevin Robinson
May 29, 2012. God has given a three sided prism to you today. He chose me in the beginning as a channel or oracle for His daily word. My goal has always been to say what He says in my own words. After a few years, He instructed me to add Bev as a daily voice for Him. Years ago, Kevin asked to be considered as part of the prophetic team. About a year ago, God said to add Kevin. Bev and Kevin have faithfully submitted to the guidelines God gave. Today, Psalm 29 gives opportunity for God to speak to you through a three sided prism. This prism refracts the light of revelation. May it be so for you.
Psalm 29:1-3, 11 (NASB) “Ascribe to the LORD, O sons of the mighty, Ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to His name; worship the LORD in holy array. The voice of the LORD is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders, the LORD is over many waters. . . . The LORD will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace.” Ras Robinson
May 29, 2012. A work horse has been coming to mind lately; because that is the way you have been feeling. You like to work, but you are taking on too much. Others could do some of the things they assign to you, but they are wasting time. Work is good but you can’t keep doing as much as you have always done. Pace yourself. Don’t fall into self- pity. That is a pit which causes depression. Express yourself about this, but don’t overreact. State yourself briefly and succinctly without excessive emotion. Begin soon to limit how much time you are working. Take some time off, and resist getting too involved in something else.
2 Thessalonians 3:11-13 (NASB) “For we hear that some among you are leading an undisciplined life, doing no work at all, but acting like busybodies. Now such persons we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to work in quiet fashion and eat their own bread. But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary of doing good.” Bev Robinson
May 29, 2012. Just as I inspired the writers of both the Old and New Testaments by Holy Spirit, so will I inspire you. By My Spirit I have, am now, and will continue to inspire you to move and have your being through Me. I will arouse you by Holy Spirit to do or say something that will give encouragement to someone with pinpoint accuracy. This is by My divine design . It is supernatural. Receive Holy Spirit’s inspiration and act in accordance and agreement with how He moves and what He says. You yearn for My Glory to be revealed, right? Move with enthusiasm! Watch My Splendor come immediately!
Romans 8:14 (NIV) “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” Kevin Robinson
May 28, 2012. Make sure your pantry is supplied as you give to others is the general rule. God occasionally will instruct you to give everything you have, saving nothing for your own. The storied widow and mother in the days of Elijah was instructed by the Lord through Elijah to give her last oil and flour to the prophet. God had already spoken to her even before Elijah met her. Her challenge was faith. Elijah’s challenge was obedience. God is kind, just and wise in such matters. He never walks away from either faith or obedience challenges. It may be that today God will speak to you about emptying your pantry to feed hungry children. Determine to exercise your faith and give what He instructs. My wife and I have agreed to give sacrificially. See how much as we challenge you to match our donation x1, x2 up to x10. Be a “Food for Learning Partner” with us. Our challenge is below.
1 Kings 17:12-16 (MSG) “She said, “I swear, as surely as your GOD lives, I don’t have so much as a biscuit. I have a handful of flour in a jar and a little oil in a bottle; you found me scratching together just enough firewood to make a last meal for my son and me. After we eat it, we’ll die.” Elijah said to her, “Don’t worry about a thing. Go ahead and do what you’ve said. But first make a small biscuit for me and bring it back here. Then go ahead and make a meal from what’s left for you and your son. This is the word of the GOD of Israel: ‘The jar of flour will not run out and the bottle of oil will not become empty before GOD sends rain on the land and ends this drought.’ “And she went right off and did it, did just as Elijah asked. And it turned out as he said-daily food for her and her family. The jar of meal didn’t run out and the bottle of oil didn’t become empty: GOD’s promise fulfilled to the letter, exactly as Elijah had delivered it! Ras Robinson
May 28, 2012. The closeness you once felt with Me has been slowly drifting away. You have allowed other things to take the place that I once had. You have allowed distance to come like the proverbial frog sitting in water that was heated so slowly that it didn’t realize how hot it was until one day it was cooked. That is why I am saying. “Stop right now! You are neither hot nor cold. You are not yet cooked but get out of tepid water immediately! Do a quick turnaround. I am your first love and that is where I need to always remain. Put Me first and everything else falls into place.”
Revelation 3:19-20 (NASB) “Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.” Bev Robinson
May 28, 2012. Some of you see further than you realize. You see heaviness much like a yoke upon others and yearn for their freedom. You see abuse in various forms that some are enduring and want to comfort them in their distress. You see the spirit of Jezebel which has set its ugly head upon some and you want the controlling to cease. You see patterns of unforgiveness and bitterness others are walking in causing dissention and strife, and desire the judging to end. You see sorrow and grief which have taken their toll and desire joy and laughter to return. You see as I see! Pray for My life and liberty to reign.
Romans 16:19-20 (MSG) “And so while there has never been any question about your honesty in these matters – I couldn’t be more proud of you! – I want you also to be smart, making sure every “good” thing is the real thing. Don’t be gullible in regard to smooth-talking evil. Stay alert like this, and before you know it the God of peace will come down on Satan with both feet, stomping him into the dirt. Enjoy the best of Jesus!” Kevin Robinson
May 27, 2012. You are experiencing a stressful situation. You find yourself right in the middle of making an important decision. You cannot find the usual peace and joy you seek in situations like this. It is best to back away and try again another day. There needs to be a cooling off season to clear the mind and spirit. This is not a failure to communicate. Rather it has become a test of your heart and soul. The Lord is teaching you to seek Him, His will and wisdom above all other things. A secondary lesson is that you must avert tendencies to rely too much on your emotions. Finally, He is expecting you to lead out in a steady, righteous way. You can do this. Call out to the Lord for help.
1 Peter 3:11 (AMP) “Let him turn away from wickedness and shun it, and let him do right. Let him search for peace (harmony; undisturbedness from fears, agitating passions, and moral conflicts) and seek it eagerly. [Do not merely desire peaceful relations with God, with your fellowmen, and with yourself, but pursue, go after them!]” Ras Robinson
May 27, 2012. I have a will for your life that was made since before you were born. Before you were born again, at times you fought against the goads just like the apostle Paul. Sometimes even now you resist Me. Most times it is not with complete awareness until afterwards. But then, precious one, when you realize it you readily repent. Seek Me with your whole heart by continually walking in surrender. When you walk that path, I show you as you go and we have sweet communion. Surrendering to Me is pleasant to your soul. Even when things around you are in turmoil you can still remain at peace when you surrender.
Romans 6:16 (AMP) “Do you not know that if you continually surrender yourselves to anyone to do his will, you are the slaves of him whom you obey, whether that be to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience which leads to righteousness (right doing and right standing with God)?” Bev Robinson
May 27, 2012. What choices will you make today toward the benefit of My kingdom? Will you love Me and only Me, and place no other gods or idols before Me? Will you walk in love toward every person you encounter? Will you walk in forgiveness toward those who have wronged you? Will you love yourself and receive who I have made you to be? I have given you free will. You may choose however you please and make decisions completely separate from Me if you like. It’s your choice to choose love and forgiveness. There are consequences either for good or for bad to every move you make. Choose wisely.
Joshua 24:15 (NASB) “If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Kevin Robinson
May 26, 2012. Your wholeness is dependent on your mindset being on Me. Want to be whole? Keep your mind on Me. This is not a casual glance in my direction, but rather a fixation of attention tightly locked. Think of My promises, instructions and wholesome words designed to keep you in top shape. Think My thoughts, speak My words, do My deeds and all I desire for you will be sure and certain. You will become more and more persistent and proficient in keeping your thoughts on Me. Consider Me. Measure and know every dimension possible to know about Me. Keep studying and meditating on My total goodness and righteousness. Put all your weight and investments in knowing Me, My ways, paths and truth.
Isaiah 26:3-4 (MSG) “People with their minds set on you, you keep completely whole, steady on their feet, because they keep at it and don’t quit. Depend on GOD and keep at it because in the LORD GOD you have a sure thing.” Ras Robinson
May 26, 2012. There is something that must be done. The deadline is almost upon you. I know you have been putting it off. I also know it is hard to do. This is something you don’t like to do. But you do it better than you think. Don’t wait until the last minute. The other parties will not take it as hard as you think. They will see it is for the better good of all and understand the need for it being done. I have been bringing thoughts to their heart and mind. Wait for the right timing. All of you will understand the end result will be spiritual growth.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 (NASB) “There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven- A time to give birth and a time to die; A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.” Bev Robinson
May 26, 2012. This weekend in America we celebrate Memorial Day. It has roots dating back to the American Civil War in the 1800’s. On the last Monday in May, our nation has set aside time to commemorate fallen soldiers and others who have gone on before us. The Lord says, “Will you take the necessary time to remember those who have blazed trails before you? Just as I had Joshua tell the Israelites, after they crossed over the Jordan River, to take twelve stones from the river bed to honor the sons of Israel forever. I tell you now to establish a marker within you to recognize your forerunners. Remember the members.”
Hebrews 13:7 (NASB) “Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct, imitate their faith.” Kevin Robinson
May 25, 2012. God has impressed me strongly to share this with you. Knowing, seeing and hearing of hungry children may touch the tenderest part of the heart. We have discovered how important food is to children in their schooling. Teachers tell us a child with an empty stomach all day in school cannot learn! Honestly, it breaks my heart and brings tears to my eyes to think of a child not having anything to eat all day long. God has impressed us to believe Him for enough money to provide food for the poorest of the poor children you help this ministry sponsor. Sometimes I look at this and wonder if it is too big even for God to feed our 612 children who live on dumpsites, city streets and under bridges. A bowl of rice with mongo bean gravy, an egg, sardines, fish or chicken 2 times a day, 5 days a week, plus one full vitamin-enriched meal on the weekend will give a childthe basic nutrition he needs. All this for $20 per month per child, less than $1 a day.
Isaiah 58:10 (NASB) “And if you give yourself to the hungry And satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness And your gloom will become like midday.” Ras Robinson
May 25, 2012. There are times you are to help others and there are times you are not to help. I see and know your heart is to help. Helping another to bear a burden should be done when their load is too heavy, not when they are freeloading. Sometimes your extended grace is not grace. It is overprotection. What you are doing for someone is causing them to shirk their responsibility, and keeping you and them from maturing. You have wondered about this. Talk to Me in detail, and wait on my answer. Come with a clear heart to hear how you need to handle this. I will tell you what, how, where and when.
Galatians 6:4-5 (MSG) “Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that. Don’t be impressed with yourself. Don’t compare yourself with others. Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.” Bev Robinson
May 25, 2012. Can those around you tell if you have My fruit of the Spirit? Is My love evident to those who see you at the market place? Do you have My joy in the midst of difficult challenges? Does My peace rule and reign wherever you are? Do you have My patience when things are hurried? Are you walking in My kindness towards everyone you encounter? Does My goodness inside you pour forth from heaven? Is My faithfulness manifested for all to see? Is My gentleness within you soft as a breeze? Do you exhibit My self-control when no one is looking? Only you and I know the answers to these questions.
Galatians 5:22-23 (NASB) “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control…” Kevin Robinson
May 24, 2012. Consider your ways! While it is true that all shall prophesy, from children to aged adults, it is incumbent upon those who prophesy to be under God’s authority, sent by and informed by Him. This word is for that one or ones who are being attracted to one or more prophets/prophetesses who appear to be false, deceptive, manipulative and controlling. The central and foundational principle here is whether the prophecies coming your way are issuing forth from a clear and pure stream of God. Your hope is on your knees. Ask God for revelation of truth. You will save heartache and treasure if you consider your ways. Balaam was a false prophet. Balak was a wicked king of Moab. They deserved each other. Israel was spared. Study, think and pray on this.
Numbers 24:12-13 (NASB) “Balaam said to Balak, “Did I not tell your messengers whom you had sent to me, saying, though Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not do anything contrary to the command of the LORD, either good or bad, of my own accord. What the LORD speaks, that I will speak’? Ras Robinson
May 24, 2012. What is coming will not be as hard or as bad as you are now thinking. Your arch enemy the devil wants to make you miserable and cause you to turn away from Me. He is attacking your thoughts with a list of “what ifs.” Do not let him succeed any longer. Refuse the thoughts bombarding your mind. Take these thoughts captive. Don’t let them bind you. Do not allow any fear to rob the peace you already have. Turn fully to Me I am here to guide and protect you. I will bring you through, and you will get on the other side and be amazed at how it happened.
Psalms 23:4-5 (NLT) “Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.” Bev Robinson
May 24, 2012. You feel you are coming against obstacle after obstacle. You keep praying to Me and seeking My face in regard to issues you are dealing with, and your persistence is admirable . Can you see your time being used more wisely? What is the last word I gave you which gave you positive results? Consider retracing your steps to see if you became sidetracked at some point. Perhaps the path you are on is not My path but yours. I commend you for your diligence and resolve. Whatever your case may be, don’t give up. Look to Me with every step you take. I absolutely will not desert or abandon you.
Deuteronomy 4:29-31 (NASB) “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul. When you are in distress and all these things have come upon you, in the latter days you will return to the Lord your God and listen to His voice. For the Lord your God is a compassionate God; He will not fail you nor destroy you nor forget the covenant with your fathers which He swore to them.” Kevin Robinson
May 23, 2012. Hope is not gone . It cannot be cut off. Without hope you could never expect a future worth living. But I tell you that your future is secure in Me alone. All others will in some way leave you even if only through natural death. This is why you must place all your hope in Me. It is impossible for you and Me to ever be separated because I have made an eternal covenant to protect and provide for you forever. No one else can make that claim but Me. Your life is eternal and you will only transition from earth to heaven some day in a glorious shout of praise.
Proverbs 23:18 (NASB) “Surely there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off.” Ras Robinson
May 23, 2012. Some poor choices you have made in the past have caused you not to step up to bat. There are some things which you can do but you don’t feel qualified. You have repented and allowed Me to make changes in your behavior. You think your behavior has not been tested and fear you may not follow through. You can do this, but you will never know unless you start with the first steps. Don’t get it in your mind that you have to do this perfectly. Just take one step… one move at a time. You will be pleasantly surprised because you have been learning to rely on My Spirit.
Psalms 18:36-38 (NASB) “You enlarge my steps under me, And my feet have not slipped. I pursued my enemies and overtook them, And I did not turn back until they were consumed. I shattered them, so that they were not able to rise; they fell under my feet.” Bev Robinson
May 23, 2012. Be careful how you respond. In college I took a communication class and found out an interesting fact about how we communicate. Only fifteen percent of communication is verbal. The other eighty-five percent is non-verbal. The Lord says, “Slow down in your response with those you have face-to-face conversation. Though you may be annoyed with how they act or speak, that does not give you the freedom to react in a condescending way. What you feel to be the truth may not be the truth at all. People recognize exasperation. Your irritation in matters is plain to see. Be patient with others as I am patient with you.”
James 1:19-21 (MSG) “Post this at all the intersections, dear friends: Lead with your ears, follow up with your tongue, and let anger straggle along in the rear. God’s righteousness doesn’t grow from human anger. So throw all spoiled virtue and cancerous evil in the garbage. In simple humility, let our gardener, God, landscape you with the Word, making a salvation-garden of your life.” Kevin Robinson
May 22, 2012. Even a child can do it. My instructions for living successfully are simple, clear and full of life. To obey these two instructions is to bring great pleasure to Me. Love Me and love others! My nature is love. All I created was created out of love and for love. My genius in making love so important is that love consists of the primary qualities I want you to have and manifest daily. A recent movie in American contained this statement from an adult to a child, “You is kind. You is smart. You is important.” Let love be expressed keeping these words in mind. Consider others to be more important than yourself. If a child can do it, you can do it!
Matthew 22:36-40 (NASB) “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” And He said to him, ” ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ O n these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.” Ras Robinson
May 22, 2012. Ras and I were in Nashville Tennessee last week where we once lived. I drove by a hill we often climbed when our children were small. While on top we watched the sunset, sometimes staying until the lights in the homes of the city came on. Ras once said “Behind every light there is someone’s world.” God says, “Are you shining a bright good light in your home and world…the light of love for one another? Are you following the precepts and purposes spelled out in My Written Word? Are you walking the way of forgiveness and blessing and speaking the truth in love? Precious, don’t walk in an opposite way.
Proverbs 21:12 (NLT) “The Righteous One knows what is going on in the homes of the wicked; he will bring disaster on them.” Bev Robinson
May 22, 2012. Can you be a good receiver? I have given you your spiritual gifts for a purpose. In the natural, many have received gifts for birthdays, Christmas, or other occasions. Though you initially received them with gladness, some of them sit on a shelf collecting dust and are soon forgotten. In the spiritual, I have given select gifts and gifting’s that were designed specifically for you. They have been custom made for your personality and temperament. Will you utilize my gift to you? The gift you have been given is for building up the body of Christ. Open your heart to receive with joy what I’ve freely given to you.
1 Corinthians 12:7 (NLT) “A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.” Kevin Robinson
May 21, 2012. Wisdom is your greatest tool in battling the enemy. You know and have the wisdom of Jesus within your heart. The Bible promises this to you . Should you find yourself in need, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal and bring forth the wisdom of Jesus vailable in your heart. Wisdom has been your ace in the hole and your trump card in difficult games of life. Temptations will never stop as long as you are on the earth. The enemy is relentless in seeking ways to deceive and mislead you. His walls are mighty outside his strongholds. He is formidable without doubt. But with wisdom you scale Satan’s strongholds and bring them down. Don’t miss out, embrace wisdom and partner with wisdom.
Proverbs 21:22 (AMP) “A wise man scales the city walls of the mighty and brings down the stronghold in which they trust.” Ras Robinson
May 21, 2012. Yes, you have a choice. You don’t always have to stay in situations where you are not appreciated. Seek those whom you enjoy being around, those who build you up, who speak positively about others and believe and speak the best about you. There are times when you must be in places where this is not the norm. While there, mind your own business, and leave as soon as it is peacefully possible. You and I know there are changes you need to make that line up with My Word, but you can make them best when and where there is a positive atmosphere and with people who believe the best.
Proverbs 4:23-27 (NLT) “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Avoid all perverse talk; stay away from corrupt speech. Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path. Don’t get sidetracked; keep your feet from following evil.” Bev Robinson
May 21, 2012. Let nothing sway you. Keep your eyes fixed on the victorious prize which awaits you. Don’t allow Satan to rule over your soul. Though he is not omniscient, he does remember your snares and knows what has defeated so many Christians before you. He is a liar and he will continue to attack your belief structure relentlessly. Don’t get discouraged with the momentary setbacks which come against you. Stand firm against his schemes as well as the worldly lures which bombard you daily. Be of good cheer. I have overcome and so will you. You are a winner not a loser. You are more than a conqueror in Me.
John 16:33 (NKJV) “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Kevin Robinson
May 20, 2012. Think about from whence you have come. Can you remember your days before you were born again? Certainly you recall your years in rebellion and selfishness. To say you were self-centered is not the complete history of your beginnings! You were like a child with no parents to guide and discipline you. But you remember the coming of Christ into your own heart and soul, do you not? Once that happened, you were freed from the law of sin and death. Your penalty was death and eternal separation from Me into total darkness. In freedom you sprang up like a shoot or sprout and suddenly were a new being. Look at you now! Make Me proud.
Galatians 4:3-5 (NKJV) “Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.” Ras Robinson
May 20, 2012. The accurate declared word will never disagree with My written word. Never take it as license to do what your flesh desires. When you were born again, you received freedom and power to love and worship Me, and to love others as yourself. This is very simple. It may not always be easy but it is simple. If your mind has conceived otherwise, deception has crept in. I will conform you to My Son’s image if you have been born again. Think it harsh? I don’t mean it to be so. I mean for My way of living to free you to live life to the fullest. My way is the good way.
Romans 8:28-29 (KJV) “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” Bev Robinson
May 20, 2012. This word is to men. Rise up. Take courage. Lay all your fear aside. Take your rightful, correct place among people and step up to front line. Fight for what is true, accurate, and proper. For too long some have acted in a cowardly manner and sat on the sidelines. Women have stepped to the forefront because men refuse to. This is not a condemning word, but rather an encouraging one. Have noble, upright, and honorable cause in your behavior. Operate from My principled precepts. Be strong and courageous in your thoughts and actions. You have been set apart. Take your rightful place right now as a leader among men.
1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (NASB) “Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.” Kevin Robinson
May 19, 2012. Do what I say. Avoid presuming upon Me. It is not that I do not love you or want to provide. It is rather that I want you to ask and seek Me in the ways of your need without assuming what I want to do. I am instructing you that presumptuousness leads to more transgressions if it goes unchecked. You are to walk in a blameless way so as to avoid shipwreck. If a father were to give His son a new car, it would be presumption for the son to immediately assume his father wanted also to provide a new truck as well and then go out and buy the truck on his own. Wait for the sound of My voice before making your decision.
Psalm 19:13 (NKJV) “Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression.” Ras Robinson
May 19, 2012. Many years ago I was searching for God. I remember asking a Vanderbilt University graduate physics student how she knew God was real if she couldn’t see Him. She told me she could not see atoms but the effects of atoms were visible. That made sense to my mind but not my heart. I had to come to a place of complete surrender to give God my heart. “Your whole heart needs to be given over to Me in trust for what you are now going through. You will eventually come to that place of complete trust. Do it now and save yourself some mental turmoil. Precious one I love you.”
Proverbs 3:5 (NASB) “Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding.“ Bev Robinson
May 19, 2012. Will you take the necessary time to get to know me? I yearn to spend quality time with you on a daily basis. Just as it took time for you to get to know your best friend, it is the same with Me. Will you make the decision within your heart to devote time with Me? Become well acquainted with Me. Get to know My heart and the way I move. See and hear My voice. My Word will enlighten your eyes. Study My Word. Put My Word into practice. Do what it proclaims. Teach others the truth of My Word. Train and prepare yourself to properly handle My Word.
Ezra 7:10 (NIV) “For Ezra had set his heart to study the law of the LORD and to practice it, and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel.”
2 Timothy 2:15 (NIV) “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” Kevin Robinson
May 18, 2012. My wife and I will have been married 55 years on June 15. Without doubt, she is a gift from God. He has taught me patiently how to love and bless her in good times and bad. For a season of time many years ago, I spoke too often to her in a harsh voice. My attitude towards her was not respectful and full of mercy. Being convicted one day about my own behavior to her, I asked the Lord to show me how He sees her – what she looks like in His eyes. Immediately, he showed me in a vision some pristine flakes of snow floating down from the heavens. He said, “This is how I see and treasure her. Treat her and speak accordingly and you will be blessed.” I have sought to do just that.
Proverbs 18:22 (NKJV) “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the LORD.” Ras Robinson
May 18, 2012. There is something you have done before which was very enjoyable. You want to do it again and wonder if it will ever happen . It was a challenge then and probably will continue to be. Right now you aren’t sure you can still carry it through. You have heard it said and believe it to be true, “It is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all.” And you are willing to try again. I am telling you don’t let the dream die. Don’t give up and don’t allow disappointment to take you over. Part of the joy of reaching your goal is the anticipation.
Hebrews 12:1 (NAB) “Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us and persevere in running the race that lies before us.” Bev Robinson
May 18, 2012. Become aware of the complete package I established within you. Upon your conversion to Christianity, you became a fully equipped model as a follower of mine. You didn’t have the full knowledge of who you are and to whom you belong. Neither did you have understanding of the Scriptures. It’s somewhat like purchasing a new top of the line, state of the art automobile. Though you possess the keys and can drive the vehicle, you don’t fully comprehend all the features it has, unless you read the owner’s manual. You have all the tools you need to live life to the fullest. You are equipped. Utilize who I have made you to be.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NASB) “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.” Kevin Robinson
May 17, 2012. Many times in the early morning I arise before dawn, go outside my house and pray. I ask the Lord what He wants to say to the nations today. Some mornings, I am especially aware of gentle breezes surrounding me as I pray. The Lord speaks life to me for sharing with individuals world-wide. I am aware that as the Lord speaks, He will deliver through Me life-giving, resurrection life, power and insight to change lives for that day. It is awesome for God to give you and me that assignment to call people to be raised up and live life more fully . The Lord says today, “Speak and prophesy life to those I bring before you.”
Ezekiel 37:8-9 (NKJV) “Also He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” Ras Robinson
May 17, 2012. The question is not only what can you get, but what do you need to give up and what do you need to give to get? I AM The Giver, the One who made the spiritual law of giving and receiving. Don’t give to get. Reverse the order and get to give. This is not a riddle or game. It’s a way in which life works best. I have given to you enormous freedom to lay your own track of giving and receiving. You are reaping now what you have sown in the past. If your crop now is not what you want, begin planting what you do want and reap the rewards.
Luke 6:38 (NLT) “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full-pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.” Bev Robinson
May 17, 2012. Be on the alert. Train your spirit to be aware of your spiritual surroundings. Acknowledge My Spirit moving throughout the earth. When you’re awakened with a sense of urgency, yield to Me calling your name. When you are stirred in the midnight hour, ask Me how you should respond. Be a watchman on the wall. Stand guard. Be ready and alert in the heavenly realm. Perhaps it is a time of warfare for someone on the other side of the earth. Perhaps it is for agreement with someone for My glory to be revealed. Stand guard at the post where I have placed you. At all times be ardent in prayer.
1 Peter 5:8-10 (NASB) “Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” Kevin Robinson
May 16, 2012. Someone is waiting for a suitable and helpful answer. You are the one to give it. Another would be especially blessed by a good and timely word. Such is the power I have given you to bless and not curse. Sweeter than honey are the words from the mouth of your loved one or the person in authority over you. This honey is what keeps the sweetness and good energy in relationships. I am so proud of you that you generously give such communication. My wife tells me all the time, “Communicate completely the message you wish to get across. Take the time to fit your words so they are understood in peace and joy.” She practices this before me. Amen.
Proverbs 15:23 (NASB) ” A man has joy in an apt answer, And how delightful is a timely word!” Ras Robinson
May 16, 2012. Yes, My child I want to bless you, but I want to do more, much more. I want a close and intimate relationship with you face to face. I want to look into your eyes and you look into My eyes. I am the perfect, giving, caring, forgiving, loving, committed One. This is who I want you to become. Do not allow yourself to be limited by your limitations. Allow Me to make the changes in you to make you like Me. Give up all that keeps you from becoming like Me. There is much for you to accomplish in the world. Precious, I will draw many to Me through you.
Matthew 5:48 (AMP) ” You, therefore, must be perfect [growing into complete maturity of godliness in mind and character, having reached the proper height of virtue and integrity], as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Bev Robinson
May 16, 2012. Break up the ground while the growing season is before you. I am the One who rules over the seasons. You do not know when the rain will fall or when the sun will shine. Instill within your spirit a mindset of a bountiful harvest. Listen to My voice. Obey My commands. Have keen discernment of the appropriate time for tilling and sowing. Be diligent to sow whether in the morning or the afternoon. Keep a straight and narrow line in the field set before you. In this season, take full advantage of the time I have given you. I am the harvester and I will reap at My appointed time.
Hosea 10:12 (NASB) “Sow with a view to righteousness, reap in accordance with kindness; break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the LORD until He comes to rain righteousness on you.”
Ecclesiastes 11:6 (NASB) “Sow your seed in the morning and do not be idle in the evening, for you do not know whether morning or evening sowing will succeed, or whether both of them alike will be good.” Kevin Robinson
May 15, 2012. Reactivate your generous giving. Your obedience to do this will activate even more blessings back to you from My throne of grace. I challenge you to daily offer yourself and all you have before Me asking what, how, when, where and why to give. My coffers of much more than you will ever need are full and overflowing waiting for you to reclaim your once prominent obedience in giving. Do not worry about the future. I am solely in charge of your future as to finances, relationships and all the rest of your concerns. It is a pleasure for Me to see you again seeking Me daily concerning your committed giving.
Hebrews 13:16 (AMP) “Do not forget or neglect to do kindness and good, to be generous and distribute and contribute to the needy [of the church as embodiment and proof of fellowship], for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.” Ras Robinson
May 15, 2012. Why are you in a dither? It’s not good for your health to worry. When the problem first occurs, your energy gets into ultra-high gear and later comes crashing down. I know you have seen many around you worrying. Just like it was not good for you to see them, it is not good for those around you to see you worrying. Haven’t I always brought you through in the past? It has not been as bad as you thought when you got on the other side of the problem, has it? The simple solution is to tell Me about the problem, listen and obey then lay back and rest in peace.
Romans 8:5-6 (NASB) “For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,” Bev Robinson
May 15, 2012. Growing up on a farm in Tennessee, I was always fascinated with our livestock and their grazing patterns. Though there was plenty of green pasture for the taking, some would stick their heads through the barbed-wire fence looking for better grass to eat. They would strain so hard to get the seemingly better grass. The Lord says, “Be satisfied within the pasture where I have placed you. I am your Shepherd and you are the sheep of My pasture. Rest assured that I am keeping your best interest in mind in where I have placed you. Eat and be satisfied in My fields of abundant provision for you.”
John 10:16 (NASB) “I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.” Kevin Robinson
May 14, 2012. On my desk is a figurine from olive wood skillfully hand carved into a likeness of Joshua and Caleb. They are carrying on their shoulders a long rod with a huge pod of grapes from the Promised Land. Joshua was appointed by God to restart God’s vision of a land filled with milk and honey. But this time, the new “startup” was to be led by Joshua because Moses was already dead. This is a day for re-starting (when God is ready) the vision of “Revelation of God’s Mysteries and Truth.” The vision of God never dies. Many battles lie ahead. Giants populate the land and must be defeated. Gathering at Shiloh with Joshua to make plans for war is essential. The enemy is defeated and you can gather the spoils if you participate with Me. You have been waiting long enough. It is time to “start up” and head out. Will you gather at spiritual Shiloh with us? What will you sacrifice for the vision?
Joshua 3:14 (NLT) “So the people left their camp to cross the Jordan, and the priests who were carrying the Ark of the Covenant went ahead of them.
Joshua 18:1 (NASB) “Then the whole congregation of the sons of Israel assembled themselves at Shiloh, and set up the tent of meeting there; and the land was subdued before them.” Ras Robinson
May 14, 2012. You’ve had a hard time making up your mind. You started going in several different directions, but each one just wasn’t right and you knew it. You had to choose for time’s sake and at first all was going so smooth and easy. Then there was the wall. The wall seemed to rise up out of nowhere. It came as a surprise. You have asked Me for wisdom for years and acted on what I said. So now slow down, continue asking and continue listening. You know from past experiences that I know what to do and I will tell you. All will be as it should be. Be at peace.
John 14:26-27 (NKJV) “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Bev Robinson
May 14, 2012. You are My chosen ambassador of peace. Make full use of your position. You are My diplomatic official of the highest rank sent by Me as My long-term representative from My kingdom to another. Just as the swallow is an ambassador of spring, so too are you. My peace I have left with you. Take My peace with you wherever you go. You have the properly equipped shoes to put on each day. Travel abroad in your appointed position. Expect to be a peace maker. You will notice that people stare at you for no apparent reason. The fact is, they see my power and authority on you.
Acts 1:8 (NLT) “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Kevin Robinson
May 13, 2012. Little foxes. Our house foundation shrubs are in trouble. All the newest growth on the plants has been eaten away by some insect or something else that is attacking the new growth. Also about a month ago, one of our most prized rose bushes suddenly lost all its leaves due to black spot disease. The Lord spoke to me: “The blossoms of your loved and most treasured bushes are under attack. The attack came and went unnoticed until it was too late to save the blossoms. Just know that little foxes are bent on stealing, killing and destroying My work and blessings in your life. Therefore, catch these predators and remove them.
Song of Songs 2:15 (NLT) “Catch all the foxes, those little foxes, before they ruin the vineyard of love, for the grapevines are blossoming!” Ras Robinson
May 13, 2012. The whole picture is beginning to come together. You think you can see how most of the pieces fit, but there is a piece or two that appears to be missing. Don’t declare them missing yet. They aren’t hiding but are just out of place and not where you have been looking. You will see how these fit with the other parts as time goes by. It will be a sudden aha moment when you see them. They have been there all along but it is like your eyes have been closed and now they are open. Look to heaven and askance at the problem and the picture will come together.
Job 35:4-5 (AMP) “I will answer you and your companions with you. Look to the heavens and see; and behold the skies which are higher than you.” Bev Robinson
May 13, 2012. As I reflect on Mother’s day 2012, I am reminded of three words my mom used to say to me when I was growing up and still living at home. The phrase ‘just do it’, was spoken by my mom long before Nike began to use it as their slogan. The Lord says, “Much like your mother, I exhort you to do what I have given you instruction to do. Have quick and pinpoint obedience. Don’t miss out on the rewards and blessings I have in store for you. Trust Me, I have your best interest in mind. It is simple. Just do it. Why? Because I said so!
Psalm 31:23 (NASB) “O love the LORD, all you His godly ones! The LORD preserves the faithful and fully recompenses the proud doer.” Kevin Robinson
May 12, 2012. Good things are on the horizon. It is a time of expectations in the Lord. What has been next to impossible before will begin to be possible and likely. I am the God of increase. In all I do, I seek increase for My children. This is also the desire of your heart, to bless and give to those you love the most. Turn loose now of the strings of poverty thinking. You have been thinking of lack far more than thinking increase and plenty. Years ago you began to pray for your needs to be met with a little left over. Now I want you to pray for and begin to claim increase and overflowing. Let your giving match your expectation of Me. You house is about to be enlarged. Prepare for it.
Isaiah 54:2-3 (NLT) “Enlarge your house; build an addition. Spread out your home, and spare no expense! For you will soon be bursting at the seams. Your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities.” Ras Robinson
May 12, 2012. I don’t always come in with a boat load of fish, but being on the water refreshes me greatly. Recently I hooked what I thought was a log. No tug at all. As I reeled in my line I felt movement and saw the back of a large bass. I could see he was hooked just in the corner of his mouth. After carefully reeling and then reaching for him he shook the hook out and away he swam. I stood stunned “You have just lost something big. Right now you are stuck in regret. Don’t spend good time worrying. Cast where I will show you. You will be greatly rewarded.”
John 21:5-7 (NLT) “He called out, “Fellows, have you caught any fish?” “No,” they replied. Then he said, “Throw out your net on the right-hand side of the boat, and you’ll get some!” So they did, and they couldn’t haul in the net because there were so many fish in it. Then the disciple Jesus loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” Bev Robinson
May 12, 2012. Get in tune with Holy Spirit. Recognize His gentle urging to move through you. Be willing to be foolish in order for My power and glory to be revealed. Prepare yourself to be like a piece of pipe. I AM the source of all that is good. Will you be like conduit, which is able to channel My attributes to the world? Lay your agendas, programs, schedules, and plans aside. Let Me lead, guide, and direct you in the way I choose. Will you let Me mold and shape you into the person you have been and were made to be? You were made for such a time as this.
Acts 17:28 (MSG) “For in Him we live and move and have our being…” Kevin Robinson
May 11, 2012. This is the very day of My revelation. Light from Heaven will shine upon you. Things that have been dark sayings and observations will be revealed as not from Me. There has been a fog generated by the world, flesh and the devil to block from you the light. I say unto you this day, prepare your heart for the good things I am about to do for you and to you. Spend significant time in prayer and meditation today. Put your heart in the mode of childlikeness. Open that big, good and wonderful heart of yours. Swing wide the gate to the revelation that will be shining on you like a strobe spot light. Humble yourself and set your mind and soul to believe as never before. At this moment you would not believe what I am about to do. Stand in the gap for yourself and others. Believe in and trust the Lord your God. Receive the personal prophecies.
Habakkuk 1:5 (NASB) “Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days – You would not believe if you were told.” Ras Robinson
May 11, 2012. Something has been difficult for you to learn. You’ve already been shown how to do it, but don’t want to ask again. This makes you feel stupid. You think you should have already learned, and are embarrassed to ask again. Others understand you more than you think. They were once there. Yes, I know some judge, but they most always judge. Don’t worry about them. People have different ways of learning different things. This is something you haven’t learned quickly. This is the way I have made you. Don’t fret over this. I am sending someone to help who learns and teaches like you do. You will one day excel.
Romans 8:1-2 (NLT) “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.” Bev Robinson
May 11, 2012. My servant David had a wonderful grasp of who I AM. His writings, meditations, and prayers in Psalm 119 paint an excellent picture of what I AM through My Word. Here are some of his prayers to Me and how My Word ministered to him. My Word keeps you from sinning, revives you and strengthens you. My Word establishes you, brings salvation, gives answers and gives life. My Word is merciful, keeps you, gives hope, settles you, tastes sweet, is a lamp and light, upholds you, gives understanding, directs your steps, is pure. My Word brings hope; My Word revives you; My Word brings deliverance to you. My Word is yours.
Psalm 119:1-2 (NKJV) “Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart!” Kevin Robinson
May 10, 2012. Your reward is already great and it gets better still in the future. The new season is upon us. The culture and matrix of prophecy is totally changing for those who sacrifice all. Words will have new and deeper meanings. Take note of what is said and write them in your diary or journal. You will want to check them later from time to time. The days of Elijah are fading fast. God will be dealing with some who have prophesied the wind and clouds with nothing in them. All will be exposed and I the Lord will mete to each his due. No more clouds without rain. Your children and youth will stir in and be welcomed ingredients for a better meal. Be meek, humble and righteous. Rewards are high.
Zephaniah 2:3 (NKJV) “Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the LORD’S anger.” Ras Robinson
May 10, 2012. There is something you have been considering for a quite a while. It’s something you believe will make your life better. The question you need to answer is when to begin. Right now you aren’t sure, but you need to be. You had been thinking it will be in the fall when the weather is cooler. But you should be prepared sooner than that. Begin preparing yourself now. So when the time is right you will be ready . I know you are seeking Me about when. This is very good. As long as you keep your heart open to My ways and My timing you will not miss. I love you.
Romans 8:37 (NASB) “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.” Bev Robinson
May 10, 2012. It’s a simple saying, three little words. For some it’s as difficult as going to the dentist or doctor. Three little words saying, “I love you.” Let me exhort you to speak those words from your heart. Speak the words, “I love you,” freely and sincerely. Declare the words openly and boldly from the rooftops. The world around you is looking for true love. They crave fame and fortune, hoping to fill the void within their heart. What they truly long for is love and understanding. Will you love without expecting anything in return? Make my joy complete by loving and accepting one another. Act and speak with love and affection.
John 13:34-35 (NASB) “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” Kevin Robinson
May 9, 2012. Your integrity has been challenged from an unexpected source. Integrity is priceless and must be continually guarded. It defines who you are and energizes your character. To have someone challenge and dispute your integrity can hurt and cause you to sulk, even go into a cocoon of pain. On the other hand, you can examine yourself for any unconfessed sin. But I say unto you, Jesus’ integrity was challenged and insulted often. The Father said, “You are My Son in whom I am well pleased.” As a born again believer, your sins are to be daily confessed and forgiven you. The blood of Christ cleanses all sins. Confess right now, be cleansed and receive again your restored integrity.
John 1:4-5 (NLT) “The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” Ras Robinson
May 9, 2012. You have wondered why you do some of the things you do. These are passed down from your ancestors through generations. You have done wrong things and right things. The wrong and the right will continue to be passed down. You have broken ancestral curses and this is good, but only the first step. Now take action and live out My ways for yourself and before your children. Build on good foundations of your ancestors that line up with My values and precepts. Destroy the bad not only by not doing them, but replacing them with good deeds. Build on the good deeds and these will continue for generation to come.
Exodus 20:3-6 (MSG) “No other gods, only me. No carved gods of any size, shape, or form of anything whatever, whether of things that fly or walk or swim. Don’t bow down to them and don’t serve them because I am God, your God, and I’m a most jealous God, punishing the children for any sins their parents pass on to them to the third, and yes, even to the fourth generation of those who hate me. But I’m unswervingly loyal to the thousands who love me and keep my commandments. Bev Robinson
May 9, 2012. Maintain honesty and integrity. Will you do what is right when no one is looking? Keep a righteous and upright attitude wherever you are. Uphold a truthful lifestyle in every circumstance. Under the old covenant people were bound by the law to do what is right. Some believe that because they are under the new covenant, they have grace upon grace to do as they please. I came to fulfill the old covenant and go beyond what it required. My desire is for you to walk with excellence in every aspect of your life. Live life to the fullest and take ownership of who I have made you to be.
Proverbs 11:20 (MSG) “God can’t stand deceivers, but oh how he relishes integrity.” Kevin Robinson
May 8, 2012. Wisdom has become your good and faithful friend. With wisdom you have been extended power to bless and bring joy. You have wanted to be a person of joy. Embracing and growing in wisdom is a straight drive to joy. My wisdom will actually generate life within you. It gains favor for you from the Lord. All your life you have desired wisdom for others. You have given your life to encourage and equip your brothers and sisters in My family. This is good. Now I am multiplying the wisdom you have given to others back upon you, full measure, overflowing and abundant. It would be difficult for you to understand if I told you how proud I am of you. I love you.
Proverbs 8:32-35 (NLT) “And so, my children, listen to me, for all who follow my ways are joyful. Listen to my instruction and be wise. Don’t ignore it.Joyful are those who listen to me, watching for me daily at my gates, waiting for me outside my home! For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD.” Ras Robinson
May 8, 2012. Another opportunity will happen to get what you wanted. You almost had it in your grasp but it got away. You saw it happening right before your eyes, and almost couldn’t believe it…a real disappointment. There will be another chance. I always have good for you. You know all things work together for good. Haven’t they always? I know it doesn’t seem good right now but nevertheless it is. I am honing your senses and teaching you when and how to act. Don’t give up, and don’t become discouraged. Look at this as an adventure. Don’t laugh. See the journey as a destination. You will see later what I mean.
Romans 8:28 (NLT) “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Bev Robinson
May 8, 2012. Show mercy today. Each day you will encounter someone who is in dire need of mercy. Keep a keen ear and a sharp eye for someone who desperately wants mercy. Think back to times in your life when all you wanted and needed was mercy. You did not want a lecture; you just wanted someone to understand where you were or what happened and give you compassion and kindness. Mercy triumphs over judgement. Extend mercy to those who come across your path. Look upon others through My eyes of care and tenderness. Let others see a merciful Savior through your words and actions. I have shown you mercy. Will you do the same?
ude 1:2 (NASB) J”May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you.” Kevin Robinson
May 7, 2012. You are free of fear and dread. Start today telling yourself that I AM is your Helper in good times and bad. Nothing gets to you unless it come through Me. For all things are from Me, through Me and to Me says the Lord Most High. Be reassured each time the devil, or you yourself by your own action, threatens fear and dread, I AM your Helper. No man can do anything to you without my knowledge and permission. You have learned to change My mind and direction through prayer. I hear your cries for help and I take action. Look fear and dread straight in the face and eyes and rebuke them. You have My authority to do so.
Hebrews 13:6 (AMP) “So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?” Ras Robinson
May 7, 2012. From time to time a sound wafts through the air that brings peace and causes you to sense everything is all right. That sound was designed just for you. I first brought it at a time when you most needed it. Throughout your life I will continue to bring comfort to you through things that you haven’t heretofore thought about. They will also come at the right time…when you need them. You are my child and I know you better than you know yourself. Think on these things that I bring to your hearing, sight, smell, touch and taste… your senses; rather than on the circumstances that drag you down.
Colossians 3:2-3 (AMP) “And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth. For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God.” Bev Robinson
May 7, 2012. Can you allow Me to minister to you? Will you allow Me to minister to you? Your sorrow has lasted long enough. Let My joy come into the situation you are dealing with. At times you actually find a form of comfort in staying in your sorrow. It should not be this way. You have become raw from the tears and discomfort. Let Me dry your tears and minister My peace to you. Psalm 30:5 says, “For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” Let My favor and joy come upon you.
Nehemiah 8:10 (NKJV) “Then he said to them, ‘Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.'” Kevin Robinson
May 6, 2012. Early this morning, I attempted to order a refill of my eye medication through our Veteran Administration on line pharmacy service. When I accessed the website, this message appeared: “My HealtheVet is temporarily unavailable. During this time, you will not be able to access the My HealtheVet website. If you urgently need to refill your medications, please call the automated refill phone number provided by your facility or pharmacy. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our website. Please retry this site at a later time.” The Lord spoke this to me: “I never have to stop my healing and deliverance availability to you. My website will forever be activated and waiting for your log in. All you need do is call Me.”
Jeremiah 33:1-3 (NASB). “Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Ras Robinson
May 6, 2012. I have brought something to mind several times. So far you have not heeded. Not paying attention to this thought will cause you to need much more time to handle this as it becomes a full grown problem. The reason it comes to mind is this is the best time to respond. The old adage, a stitch in time saves nine, is quoted for a reason. Right now you don’t know what I am talking about. That’s okay. But the next time it comes to mind stop as soon as you can, leave what you are doing and do what needs to be done. I am teaching you pinpoint obedience.
1 Samuel 15:22 (NASB) “Has the Lord as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams.” Bev Robinson
May 6, 2012. It’s your move. Much like the board games many have played, it is now your move. You have an opponent that is very skilled in the game of life. It is vital that you do not respond with a knee-jerk reaction. Satan is very deceptive with each move he makes. He is very wise and cunning with every step he takes against you. All the moves you make need to be made in the spiritual realm. He is defeated. However, he still continues to play unfairly and one-sided. Satan believes you will not get up from the table. Refuse to play into his schemes. You are more than a conqueror.
Romans 8:37 (NASB) “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.” Kevin Robinson
May 5, 2012. It pleases Me how you are focusing on hearing My voice with understanding. You are not as often quick to act before you have considered the ramifications of what I have said to you. I like the way you are mulling over what you believe I have said before you act. You place that first foot forward with more confidence when you do that. The boldness I have given you, together with the certainty of what you have heard from Me, is combined to render a more peaceful and quiet life for you and those around you. You can now discern that I am pleased with you.
Philippians 1:27 (AMP) “Only be sure as citizens so to conduct yourselves [that] your manner of life [will be] worthy of the good news (the Gospel) of Christ, so that whether I [do] come and see you or am absent, I may hear this of you: that you are standing firm in united spirit and purpose, striving side by side and contending with a single mind for the faith of the glad tidings (the Gospel).” Ras Robinson
May 5, 2012. You’ve sometimes doubted Me. How could someone love you that you have never seen? I am not just a Godhead for you to read and hear about. I… We love you more than anyone ever has or ever will. I want you to have everything you need to operate your life and to be blessed in all you do. I want you to have good relationships. Yes, I know you have been hurt, but I want you to forgive all who have hurt you. Forgive yourself too. Leave all that behind. I want you to have a successful, happy life. I am the friend who helps you. I am always with you.
Romans 8:38-39 (NLT) “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Bev Robinson
May 5, 2012. I am simple. Will you become simple like Me? I operate from a premise of love. My desire is for you to move about in the same form from which I do. My love covers a multitude of sins. Everyone’s sins are covered to be exact. Approach every situation you encounter through My eyes of love. Walk in humility with everyone around you, not just the ones you know. Exhibit Christ-like behavior in every and all circumstances. Keep a posture of forgiveness, just as you too have been forgiven. Give My love to all mankind. Do not withhold My tender, loving kindness that is stored up within you.
1 John 4:12 (NLT) “No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.” Kevin Robinson
May 4, 2012. You are doing the wise thing in getting your house in order. It needs to be swept clean of all the debris associated with the past. You have the future now and want to maximize the effectiveness of the blessings coming to you. In your efforts to bring all into order, consider My order. My order is precise, but also bathed with mercy and grace. My order makes room for love, gentleness and kindness to all concerned. My efficiency is the same. It is different than yours for the same reasons as concerning order. Therefore, bring your order and drive for more efficiency in line with Mine so I can bless you and those with you.
Psalm 5:3 (NASB) “In the morning, O LORD, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.” Ras Robinson
May 4, 2012. When God led me to begin rereading my Chemistry 101 book about 3 years ago, one study led to another. Many people now send me science articles or tell me of science facts that line up with Scripture. Recently an educator told me that findings of late have shown that many older people have brain lesions. Those who think and respond to life positively, the lesions have little mental effect, but those who dwell on the negative things of life tend toward Alzheimer’s. “I have given instruction in Scripture to take thoughts captive and let your mind dwell on the blessing and good things of life. Precious one, obey My Word.”
2 Corinthians 10:5 (NASB) “We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ”
Philippians 4:8 (NASB) “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” Bev Robinson
May 4, 2012. You have a particular mindset right now. You feel as though you can make something happen by your own will. With enough time and effort you believe you can drastically cause change to occur in most events and or elements which surround you. The truth is only I can alter the events and elements which surround you. There is a role you play, however I am the one who dictates what and where the outcome will be according to My will. I encourage you to acknowledge Me and get your mindset in line with Mine. You desire to be an instrument of change. Pray that My will be done.
Romans 8:28 (NASB) “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Kevin Robinson
May 3, 2012. This is a time for trying of men’s souls. Satan has been busy messing with your mind lately. He is placing doubt about decisions you have made. This is for the purpose of stirring in discouragement and confusion. But you have seen through his schemes and have gone directly to Me asking for help. When a child of mine cries out “Help me Lord,” you can be sure that I always listen and respond. In despair you called out while you were swimming today and I immediately showed you a startling and simple answer to the problem . Your heart shouted “Yes!” Your immediate obedience was pleasing. Now it is My pleasure to bless your pinpoint obedience.
Luke 22:31-32 (NASB) “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat; but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.” Ras Robinson
May 3, 2012. Something is happening which is wrong and if continued will cause problems. This has been done before and that time it was known to be wrong. For a while it stopped, but now it is happening again. Ask Me. I am waiting on you. I will tell you what to do. When you hear wisdom from Me follow through quickly and this can be stopped before too much damage is done. If you don’t obey quickly the damage will be major. It can be reversed but the time consumed will also be major. Even though you may feel tentative go ahead and do what I say. Obedience will stop the damage.
Isaiah 30:18 (NASB77) “Therefore the Lord longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; How blessed are all those who long for Him.” Bev Robinson
May 3, 2012. Today marks the National Day of Prayer here in the United States of America. It is a time when we bring special attention to something we should be doing 24/7, 365 days a year. It is wonderful to join together with other believers across this nation, setting our hearts and minds in one accord, believing for God’s mighty hand to move in power throughout our land. The Lord says, “Set your mind on things above. Focus your prayers toward My will being accomplished. Lay down your agendas. Bow before Me in holy reverence. Humble yourself before Me and pray. Establish this principle each day and watch Me transform your world.
2 Chronicles 7:14 “and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Kevin Robinson
May 2, 2012. This is no time to lose hope. When hope is gone, you have little left. Stand guard at the door of hope. Defend this prized possession, the hope of the gospel, the hope of blameless life before God. The reason you would tend to lose hope is that you have forgotten from whence you came spiritually. You have received as your very own a totally new life in Me. You have been crucified, entered into Jesus’ death. The old you has been buried forever. You have been resurrected to a new creation. Old things have passed away. A new day has dawned for you. This is no time to lose hope!
Colossians 1:21-23 (NASB) ” And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach – if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister.” Ras Robinson
May 2, 2012. I believe most of New Age teachings began because much of the church would not accept the supernatural. People had to have somewhere to go to resolve such things. I see some of quantum physics lining up with much of the Bible which is full of the supernatural. It’s interesting that the discovery of quantum physics and the Azusa Street revival happened about the same time, around 1900. I believe God was melding the two together again. Science had its beginning to prove the Bible, but science disagreed with some interpretations and scientists were persecuted. “Church, you are here again, will you change some of your interpretations to agree with My Word?”
John 20:26-27 (NASB) “After eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus *came, the doors having been shut, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be with you.” Then He *said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.” Bev Robinson
May 2, 2012. You have been caught up in the hustle and bustle of the same repetitious patterns of despair. Can you slow down long enough for Me to minister My peace to you? I hear your cries for help, yet you seem somewhat unwilling to acknowledge My help. Can you allow yourself to accept My aid and assistance? Position yourself to be a good receiver of My loving care, and comfort. You can maintain the status quo or you can enter into My rest. You are quick to administer help to others during their time of need. Become a good receiver. Take time for yourself. Be still and receive all that I AM.
Hebrews 4:16 (NASB) “Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Kevin Robinson
May 1, 2012. There is trouble ahead. Turn on your emergency flasher lights. Your faith is about to be tested once more. Things in your life lately have borne out in the happiest and most peaceful seasons you have experienced. You can now expect, in fact you may now begin to experience, some of the troubles that lie ahead. Some of what is coming is simply a factor of your ageing. Do not dread nor lose hope. Avoid negatively anticipating the worst. What is coming will speak for itself. Be sure to read the signs accurately. Allow your inner man some fresh air of renewal. Should you suffer, it will only increase the glory I have already placed on you. There is trouble ahead.
2 Corinthians 4:16-17 (NASB) “Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,” Ras Robinson
May 1, 2012. All you have to do is tell the truth. Be sure it is mixed with kindness. The combinations of these two; kindness and truth will give you grace for your situation. I know the other party sees things from an altogether different point of view. What is truth to them is not truth to you. The reason is you are seeing this conflict from two different points of view. But if you do your part you will be believed and ultimately be protected. Your part is all you have to be concerned with. You will not change the other’s mind. But do as I say and all will be well with you.
Proverbs 3:3-4 (NASB) “Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute In the sight of God and man.” Bev Robinson
May 1, 2012. You have become double-minded in your decision making. In fact, right now you are even being swayed by the slightest of wind that crosses your path. Align yourself with My word. Retrieve the specific instruction I gave you. Retrace your steps to the point where you last heard My voice with clarity. Don’t be distracted by the latest noise-maker to come your way. Focus on Me. Slam the door on those things which are creating confusion in your life. Take time to earnestly seek after Me. Will you make Me your primary focus? I will give you pinpoint direction that you earnestly want and need. Trust solely in Me.
Proverbs 16:20 (NASB) “He who gives attention to the word shall find good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD.” Kevin Robinson
