What the Lord is Saying Today – April 2012
April 30, 2012. Live life to the fullest. A full, glorious life is My gift to you. Do not save it for later. Live it now. Settle for nothing less than the abundance I have provided for you. The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came to bring all that I have to you. Part of the abundance is to live life in joy everlasting. When the devil comes to lie to you about things outside My promises to you, dismiss them and set your mind on the truth that is experienced when you set your mind on things above. Fill your mind with My goodness and mercy. It is My mercy that brings you through what you think is impossible. You have separated yourself from this world, placing your feet and mind on higher things. These things are yes and amen to all that I have promised. Walk and bask in them. Live life to the fullest.
1 Chronicles 16:34 (NASB) “O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.” Ras Robinson
April 30, 2012. A challenge is just ahead. It isn’t major but nevertheless it poses some figuring things out. Don’t give up immediately or become frustrated when you find yourself in a blind alley. Keep a cool head, and lift your eyes. The solution will be just across the way . I will teach you to not let frustration rule when challenges appear. When this happens, think of the problem but don’t dwell on it. Think of it just enough to assess if some changes will have to be made, and if you will not be able to remain as you are. Look to Me for solutions. This way you will learn to hear Me.
Psalms 121:1-3 (KJV) “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.” Bev Robinson
April 30, 2012. Do you realize My pursuit of you is endless? My desire is for you to come to realization of how much I love you. For some reason you feel unworthy to receive My all encompassing compassion. When you repented of your sins, and asked for Jesus to cleanse you of all unrighteousness, I did. You then asked Jesus to become your Lord and Savior. I did that, also. The fact is My desire for you did not all of the sudden come to a halt. I am longing to have an intimate relationship with you on a daily basis. Will you trust Me with all of your cares and concerns?
Psalm 145:18-19 (NASB) “The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them.” Kevin Robinson
April 29, 2012. These are the glory days for roses. They produce their best blossoms. They turn their faces to the east in the mornings to absorb as much sun as possible. The turning of springtime ushers in the beginning of intense summer heat. The sun becomes scorching to the blossoms and they fade until the fall push. These glorious roses teach me two important things. Rejoice in the glory days of spring and wait patiently for the fall push which will surely come. I cannot stop the scorching summer so I adjust to it and prepare to celebrate again in just a few months. Forget the summer and anticipate the glory of the fall blossoms. The Lord says, “Accept and celebrate the seasons of your own life until the glorious day when you will come live together with Me in heavenly places forever.”
Timothy 4:1-2 (NASB) “I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.” Ras Robinson
April 29, 2012. Some people will soon come along whom you know nothing about. You tend to be somewhat shy and not jump immediately into strong friendships, but there will be one you meet who will become a close friend. You won’t realize it until you have been around each other for a while. This one is like you in many ways and you will learn that you think the same way about many things. You will have had similar experiences, but this one will have learned some things in life that you can learn from. If you pay close attention to what they say and how they live you both will be greatly benefited.
Proverbs 17:17 (AMP) “A friend loves at all times, and is born, as is a brother, for adversity.” Bev Robinson
April 29, 2012. I have begun to notice that you seem worn out and weary from all your efforts to keep the peace and make a profound statement of your faith in Me. All of your toils have not been in vain. You are making a positive impact on those around you. Even though it appears on the surface level that change is not occurring. Your work has made a significant reversal in certain matters which were headed and going in a downward spiral. I encourage you not to lose hope on the basis of the way things appear. Be of good cheer, I have chosen you for such a time as this.
Galatians 6:9 (NASB) “And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary.” Kevin Robinson
April 28, 2012. You are a grateful person. Walking with, and following after you are those who also are grateful. With a heritage of gratefulness, now passed on to so many others, you have brought Me much joy. This initiates the attitude of a cheerful giver. You have caught onto the joy of cheerful giving just like Me. All this is foundational of My love and acceptance of mankind. The world is a better place when there is gratefulness and cheerful giving. This will result in your giving at times more than you think you can. Be like Me and give your most prized possessions. I gave Jesus on the cross so that mankind could have My life. You are making My joy complete.
Ephesians 4:11-12 (KJV) “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Ras Robinson
April 28, 2012. Worrying about something that has happened is fruitless. Concern is not fruitless if you will listen to Me for your actions. Begin by turning this all over to Me. When it is time to do something I will tell you. I know there is something you’re concerned about and something you need to do, but if your approach and timing is wrong it will not be beneficial. There is a fine line between worry and concern. This fine line is akin to a narrow road. The narrow road is the high road of concern. The wide low road leads to more worry. Precious one, trust Me as to when and how.
Matthew 7:14 (NASB) “For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Bev Robinson
April 28, 2012. Too many words are being spoken by you about issues you are dealing with. You’re giving the adversary opportunities to destroy relationships concerning some delicate matters. Your words are alienating those near you. You need to embrace self-control, tact, and discretion. You have become prideful and arrogant towards others especially in your speech. Humble yourself in these matters and let Me handle the outcome. Focus on the positive aspects of your dealings rather than giving so much negative criticism. Proverbs 10:19 says, “When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, but he who restrains his lips is wise.” Search your heart. Check your motives. Are you building up or tearing down?
Ephesians 4:29 (NASB) “Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, that it may give grace to those who hear.” Kevin Robinson
April 27, 2012. What really matters in life? How can you make sure that what you are doing will make the greatest and most lasting impact? Simple answer. Faithfully do what the Lord says. Eleven years ago this month the Lord spoke clearly to my spirit through the Holy Spirit. The instruction was to see to it that the poorest of the poor children standing before me on a massive Philippines garbage dumpsite (and others like them) would be delivered from poverty. Implied with that was that they would be fed nutritionally and spiritually and receive a wholesome education and spiritual oversight. It was totally outside my skill sets, financial means and experience to do such a thing. But the same day, I began with one step into the future. God said, “I will raise up those who will sponsor these children and who will support your ministry worldwide.” We rejoice today with over 600 children and 23 overseeing pastors. Now we need more sponsors and support from people like you.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NASB) “Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.” Ras Robinson
April 27, 2012. A project I called forth presently has you very focused. You are the one who is most involved. What you have learned will help others. This work is tedious and you have been tempted to quit. Don’t quit! Stay the course! Be encouraged because soon there will be others coming along side to help. This is a good thing you are doing. It will help many. Keep that in mind. This is why I called it forth. Knowing this has kept you focused thus far. There will be more success than you hoped, because I know you love people and want to see them walk fully in My Spirit and blessings.
James 2:8 (MSG) “You do well when you complete the Royal Rule of the Scriptures: “Love others as you love yourself.” Bev Robinson
April 27, 2012. In regard to friendships, I count myself a privileged man. I have been so blessed by God to have awesome friends in Christ. Whether in towns hours away, or those close at hand, I can honestly say they have been at my door in a moment of distress. In like manner they have been at my side through good times too. The Lord says, “Show yourself to be friendly. Have keen senses. Open your arms wide in a true spirit of friendship. Will those around you know you as one who is warm in heart or cold as ice? Be open minded. Get beyond yourself. Be about My acceptance and love.”
John 15:11-15 (MSG) “I’ve told you these things for a purpose: that my joy might be your joy, and your joy wholly mature. This is my command: Love one another the way I loved you. T his is the very best way to love. Put your life on the line for your friends. You are my friends when you do the things I command you. I’m no longer calling you servants because servants don’t understand what their master is thinking and planning. No, I’ve named you friends because I’ve let you in on everything I’ve heard from the Father.” Kevin Robinson
April 26, 2012. Last Sunday at my church, I sensed God’s glory even as I walked onto the parking lot. Upon entering the foyer and entrance to the sanctuary with greeters smiling and laughing, I saw the glory of my God shining forth. During the ordination of a deacon, the glory spread all around. At times, I just bowed my head and rubbed myfingers together over and over again praying and praising as the worship team was wafting the glory all about. My soul rejoiced to the point that I felt my body would explode with sheer bliss. The Lord says, “Such it is and more in Heaven with all the angels. You are being equipped and made ready for more and more and more. Rejoice that you can experience this in this life.
Psalm 26:8 (NASB) “O LORD, I love the habitation of Your house And the place where Your glory dwells.” Ras Robinson
April 26, 2012. Often you feel like you are doing something wrong. Most times you haven’t, but that makes no difference. During your life this has happened time and time again. It has happened so many times it has become commonplace. I don’t want you carrying that burden. It is pulling you down into mediocrity. It is time to stop. But how? You don’t know if you can. This started when you were young and has become a way of life. When you feel this way tell Me as soon as you realize it. Then continue listening and following Me step by step. I will separate the truth from lies and you will be free.
1 John 2:20-21 (NLT) “But you are not like that, for the Holy One has given you his Spirit, and all of you know the truth. So I am writing to you not because you don’t know the truth but because you know the difference between truth and lies.” Bev Robinson
April 26, 2012. Have you ever stopped and taken the time to realize how tough obedience is? Why is it that we can see the benefits in store for someone else’s obedience? Yet we ourselves are often blind, deaf, and mute when an issue involves our obedient response? The rewards of obedience seem farfetched in the heat of the moment and we often fall victim to the very crooked mindset we see others get trapped by. Listen carefully to what is being spoken and have quick obedience. Slow obedience isn’t obedience at all. In regard to obedience, respond with your heart and not with your head. Listen, obey and possess.
Hebrews 11:8 (NASB) “By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going.” Kevin Robinson
April 25, 2012. You say you want to know My ways. I say unto you learn to wait on Me. My times and season can be strange and awkward to you because you are not synced with Me. Take time to be holy even as I am holy sayeth the Lord of Hosts. My ways are learned through attaching yourself to Me and following closely. The path you trod is never without purpose. Some may seem like a mistake but your wisdom and knowledge have not yet risen to embrace the profound I bring. You find My truth, but you need to wait long enough for the lessons that derive from that truth. Very good days lie ahead. Be encouraged in your journey.
Psalm 25:4-5 (NASB) “Make me know Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day.” Ras Robinson
April 25, 2012. Until you are with Me where I am, you will never know completely how much I love you. But right now I want you to imagine how much. Think on this truth. If the value of something is how much is paid for it, think of how much I paid for you. I paid the most precious thing I had…My Son. Think of how valuable and how much one loves their own son . I gave Him for you and He loved Me so much He obeyed Me and loved you by the price that was given. Keep this fact and truth uppermost in your mind, especially the next time you wonder.
Mark 15:34 (AMP) “And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?-which means, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me [deserting Me and leaving Me helpless and abandoned]?” Bev Robinson
April 25, 2012. You’ve heard it said before that you only get one first impression. Unfortunately you have become quick to pass judgement either by what is heard, said, seen or felt. Instead, why not try to be slower in your response to the matters which you encounter . Instill patience within you instead of rushing to conclusions before knowing all the details of a situation. Make an honest effort to be more open-minded and inclusive instead of cold and exclusive. You cannot judge a book by its cover. Neither can you perceive fully all situations before you. Pursue peace in all the arenas of your life and allow Christ Jesus and His love to prevail.
Psalm 34:14 (NASB) ” Depart from evil, and do good; Seek peace, and pursue it.” Kevin Robinson
April 24, 2012. Build your life as if you were building a house, one brick at a time. Decide early the type of house you desire and what you wish to have in it. Inquire of Me if you do not know. Some build their houses without Me. In My Scriptures, I give many details on how to build a house or dwelling. Study My plan and meditate on the details. Do not wait until you can get it perfect before you begin the process. At each juncture in the process, seek Me. You are the house of the Lord. Do you know that? He wants you to have the best of houses because He wants you and others to know just how much He loves you. Inquire of Me.
Proverbs 24:3-4 (NASB) “By wisdom a house is built, And by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms are filled With all precious and pleasant riches.” Ras Robinson
April 24, 2012. Above all seek My peace. My peace is beyond human understanding, and will delve into the depths and heights of My Spirit. You can have it anywhere, any time and with anyone. How ? You ask! Be sure you have dealt with any past hurts you have with anyone including yourself by choosing to forgive. Next any future concerns and fears you have lay them before Me and leave them here. Now keep your mind in the present. Work on what is before you with focus. Get the things done that must be done. Now take time for yourself by walking in peace, and do this in the awareness of Me and My Presence.
Philippians 4:7-9 (KJV) “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.” Bev Robinson
April 24, 2012. You have become overly anxious in some matters you are facing. Most if not all of these issues are way beyond your control. Worrying about the results and effects upon you and upon others only makes the situations worse. Reverse the trend and begin to pray about these circumstances. Entrust Me to handle the outcome of these self-imposed obstacles. The status of these matters is stealing your peace and joy. Would you allow Me to oversee the results in each scenario? I am Jehovah Shalom; the one who brings, fulfills, and sustains perfect peace. Lay your burdens upon me and enter into My rest.
Philippians 4:6-7 (NASB) “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Kevin Robinson
April 23, 2012. Are you aware that I am the Great Shepherd of the sheep? You are My sheep. As a shepherd, I watch, care for and provide for you every day of your life. There is never a time when I am not engaged with you both night and day. Often I even sing over you while you sleep . I am at the window and doors of your home or where you stay making sure the enemy does not sneak in and harm you. I am the Lord who heals you, delivers you and saves you from the world and Hell. Make no mistake about it; I take full responsibility to keep the eternal covenant I cut with you when Jesus died on the cross. Nothing can ever snatch you out of My hands or My care.
Psalm 23:1-3 (NASB) “The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.” Ras Robinson
April 23, 2012. A situation which was once very clear and delightful has become confusing. You aren’t sure what needs to happen to clear things up, or at least right now what you should do. More than one person is involved. Turn all of this over to Me. Do that with no demand or presupposition of the outcome. All those involved need to grow in compromise and deferring. Not compromise of character, but a compromise of knowing how to work together. What you need to do concerning the others is pray for them to follow My will. If you will follow My will and others do the same a peaceful delightful conclusion will result.
Luke 18:7-8 (AMP) “And will not [our just] God defend and protect and avenge His elect (His chosen ones), who cry to Him day and night? Will He defer them and delay help on their behalf? I tell you, He will defend and protect and avenge them speedily. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [ persistence in] faith on the earth? Bev Robinson
April 23, 2012. You are establishing some very healthy disciplines that you will carry with you for a lifetime. You have seen the error of your ways and have made a complete turnaround in your life. You have repented from your fruitless toils and come to realize that only I can change the atmosphere. Be careful not to become legalistic in your pursuit of these lifelong disciplines . Grant grace to yourself and continue along the path I have laid out for you. These actions you are taking will yield an abundance of positive results in your life. You look good with choices you’re making. Continue to build upon the foundation I have laid.
1 Timothy 4:7-8 (NASB) “But have nothing to do with worldly fables fit only for old women. On the other hand, discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness; for bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” Kevin Robinson
April 22, 2012. Are you aware that I am the Great Shepherd of the sheep? You are My sheep. As a shepherd, I watch, care for and provide for you every day of your life. There is never a time when I am not engaged with you both night and day. Often I even sing over you while you sleep. I am at the window and doors of your home or where you stay making sure the enemy does not sneak in and harm you. I am the Lord that heals you, delivers you and saves you from the world and Hell.
He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Ras Robinson
April 22, 2012. I dreamed that we were getting ready to continue rebuilding some old houses. The past rebuilding had gone really well. I asked the builder who was the architect? As he was walking out of sight he said, “I looked him up in the phone book but now I can’t find him. You know in the Bible says, Do not put your trust in man.” “Someone knows better but is beginning to trust more in man than in Me. Keep your total trust in Me . Don’t be a cynic but also don’t put your full trust in the one who you have been tempted to do so. Keep your emotions in control.”
Psalms 118:8 (NKJV) “It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.” Bev Robinson
April 22, 2012. Like Abraham, you have been called to a place to receive your inheritance. What steps of faith are you taking hold of through obedience? Become like Abraham, who didn’t know where he was going, he went forward in obedience. Will you be as Esau, who gave up his inheritance for momentary pleasure? His knee-jerk reaction overtook his rightful inheritance. The Apostle Paul prayed that your eyes receive revelation of the hope set before you, the riches and glory in the inheritance of My holy people. What inheritance are you leaving to your spiritual sons and daughters and their children? What is your heart in tune with? Is it temporary or eternal?
Hebrews 11:7-9 (NIV) “By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith. By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.” Kevin Robinson
April 21, 2012. Love is powerful in all dimensions of understanding. You have sought to understand the height, depth, width and stature of My love. You have done well to do so. My love never fails the one I have chosen as My own. An earthly father is capable of great love for his children. The child who fully experiences this is blessed forever. It provides a footing and foundation for all that child’s life. I t is almost as if there is a genetic imprint transmitted through the DNA of the father that connects to the child. Such a father finds his children repeating and manifesting things common to him and even they themselves do not know why. So it is with My children. I have imprinted your DNA with Jesus. Let Him shine.
Deuteronomy 10:12-13 (NASB) “Now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require from you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and love Him, and to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the LORD’S commandments and His statutes which I am commanding you today for your good?” Ras Robinson
April 21, 2012. A family member has you concerned. This problem is causing you to lose sleep. Has any of your anxiety caused change? No, and you know it won’t. You don’t see how this can turn out good. Right now you don’t know if you are praying the right way. There are so many ways this could go. You’re thinking how can you find out My will in this situation? Your mind and heart need a new focus. Turn the table on anxiety. Bring your focus to thoughts of thanksgiving. Corral your mind on thoughts of any good you can think of in this scenario . I know the outcome and it is good.
Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT) “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Bev Robinson
April 21, 2012. The precedent has been laid out before you . The Lord’s Prayer, spells it out clearly, “forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Walk in forgiveness toward one another. While I was on the cross, I said, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.” I modelled the perfect approach before you. Walk in humility and maintain the attribute of forgiveness toward one another. Many of you are sick because you have harboured unforgiveness and bitterness. Will you be the mature one in situations and keep a posture of peace and love? You have been forgiven of all of your sins. Embody My behaviour and forgive.
Ephesians 4:32 (NASB) “Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” Kevin Robinson
April 20, 2012. The father of lies has been spinning a good one for you. The religious leaders, who were contemporaries of Jesus’ time on earth, were blind and deaf to the devil’s schemes. He deceived them with constant lies. This kept them from the truth. His lies today to religious leaders and their followers, are still keeping them in bondage. Satan’s intent is to confuse and divert them from the truth of God. As intensely and completely as is the love of the Lord for believers, so is the devil’s stealing and planting doubt in our minds. Daily, someone else cries, thinking that because such and such did not happen, meaning that God does not love them.
John 8:43-44 (NLT) “Why can’t you understand what I am saying? It’s because you can’t even hear me! For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies. Ras Robinson
April 20, 2012. I’ve told you something about someone. You have apprehension about telling them because you wonder what if it doesn’t happen. What if you heard Me wrong? What if you lead them astray? What if they follow what you say I said and it fails? Don’t worry. You aren’t giving direction; you are confirming what I have already been stirring in the desires in their heart … which seem too good to be true. You haven’t had much experience at giving encouraging words. My children need to be bold in prophesying, encouragement to one another. If your heart and words stay under My direction and you are willing to be submitted to others, you will bless many.
1 Corinthians 14:3 (NASB ) “But one who prophesies speaks to men for edification and exhortation and consolation. “Bev Robinson
April 20, 2012. So often we pray for God to make our paths straight. We pray for the winding, rough paths to cease. We want our walk to be smooth, not having any obstacles, to be perfect in all aspects. Can we see from a different perspective what we should do? The Lord says, “Will you make My path straight? I have tremendous joy when you recognize Me. I love to make your paths straight for you. Become as John the Baptist, who reiterated what Isaiah spoke in Isaiah 40:2. Will you clear My way and make My pathway smooth? Boldly declare who I AM. Shout it out, fear not. My return is imminent.
Matthew 3:3 (NKJV) “For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying: ‘The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.'” Kevin Robinson
April 19, 2012. The Lord is surveying the earth for one who will pay the price to acquire wisdom, My Wisdom. This is one who will eat and drink My word in good times and bad. He will never be turned back by difficulty or discouragement. He will watch everything I do to learn My ways. He will listen to My voice very carefully to learn My tones and undertones. Yes, my chosen will cherish and relish all that I do and am. And in so doing, wisdom will be imparted and imbedded. Gaining understanding will be like candy, some eaten and the rest stored for another day. This one is Mine and I have left My mark on them.
Proverbs 19:8 (AMP) “He who gains Wisdom loves his own life; he who keeps understanding shall prosper and find good.” Ras Robinson
April, 19, 2012. Something bad happened. There is nothing you can do about it, but you are dwelling on it. You know not to do that. You know it’s not My way nor is it good for you. I am reminding you so you can call this kind of thinking and behavior to a halt. You are accustomed to writing down your needs, but now I want you to write down what happened. Get all the hurt, anger and fear out. Then make a choice to forgive. Write that down also. I know you don’t feel like it. Now get your mind on something good. Let Me handle the one who hurt you. It is time.
Romans 12:19-21 (NASB) “Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written,” VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord. “BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM, AND IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR IN SO DOING YOU WILL HEAP BURNING COALS ON HIS HEAD.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Bev Robinson
April 19, 2012. We have the privilege of partaking of the Lord’s Supper every Sunday at Fullness in Christ Church. Each time, I get really emotional in my spirit. I have only a slight revelation of all that takes place during this sacred time. The Lord says, “Come to Me with complete forgiveness in your heart toward one another. Having done so, partake in all the fullness of who I am. Taste the goodness of Me at My table. Everything, yes everything is found at My table. Salvation, deliverance, healing, provision, is found here. I have established a memorial so you can participate with all I Am. My table is yours. Remember Me.
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (NIV) “For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, ‘This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.’ In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.’ For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.” Kevin Robinson
April 18, 2012. Even kings have distress. Do you? It seems my life is often renewed, refreshed then gets moving forward after an instance or season of distress. It is troubling to my body and mind. The pain and anguish I experience is often mysterious until there is a healing or other breakthrough. Then the sun comes out on a new day. During such times, I repeatedly call out “Help me Lord.” He seems to like hearing those words. He usually responds and takes action on my behalf. All this draws me closer to Him. He keeps extending and grace towards me. In case you do experience distress, humble yourself and cry out to him in your own way. He will hear you. Cry out soon and cry loud. Isn’t He amazing in His love to us?
Psalm 18:6 (NASB) “In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry for help before Him came into His ears.” Ras Robinson
April 18, 2012 . There is one you need to be walking with side by side. Both of you have drifted apart. This is easy to do but is not good for either of you. It hasn’t been anyone’s fault, just within expenditures of time and everyday activities it happens. It gradually creeps up on you both without notice. Then suddenly you feel distance with each other. Make every effort to get back on track. Get back on the same page. I know it takes time, but doing so is worth the effort. Talk it over and make a commitment. Be sure you keep your end of the bargain. Both of you will see multiplied blessings.
Genesis 28:4 (NKJV) “And give you the blessing of Abraham, To you and your descendants with you, That you may inherit the land In which you are a stranger, Which God gave to Abraham.” Bev Robinson
April 18, 2012. How many of you have taken ice cold showers or baths because the hot water ran out? How many could not get the hot water to cool off? I have experienced both scenarios. It either takes your breath away, or has you dancing like a jumping bean. The Lord says, “You have tried righteousness from the standpoint of works, and have failed miserably. You have stinking thinking and I want you to stop your lackadaisical ways. Make your investments in Me. Receive My words deep into your soul. You have embraced a wishy-washy mindset. Will you become as the water that is neither steaming hot nor ice cold? Cease from these ways”
Revelation 3:15-16 “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth!” Kevin Robinson
April 17, 2012. Well here you are again, waiting at the foot of the mountain. You have been here before and you know what happens when you decide to go up. There are two things necessary. The first is to change your garments followed quickly by the second which is washing your hands. Don’t be a coward and shrink back as the children of Israel did. Rather, be like Moses and face the smoke and fire of the unknown. Better still, be like Joshua and make sure you cross over. You are confident and very courageous. That is how I know you will climb this mountain again. I will be there waiting for you. You are my fine workmanship.
Exodus 19:10-11 (NKJV) “Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes. And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the LORD will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. Ras Robinson
April 17, 2012. A sliver of time is coming soon to best do what you have needed to do for quite a while. You have put it off because of concerns that you will not do it as well as it needs to be done. The devil has been whispering this in your ear. This kind of thinking has caused procrastination close to paralysis. But this sliver is quickly coming. You will know when it comes. Do it then. And you will be amazed at how quickly it is finished and how well it is done. I have equipped you just for getting this done. Stand strong and don’t let the devil dissuade you.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NASB) “There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven—”
April 17, 2012. Come in really close to my bosom . You are My most special one. You are the very best that I have created. In my bosom reside peace, comfort and the warmth of My love. I hear your cries for help. I hear your cries of hunger. I hear your cries of discomfort. Though at times you have feelings of abandonment, I am never distant from you. Can you see that you and I are inseparable? My love for you is firm as a tight embrace. Feel My arms that surround you. Reach up to Me, and I will pick you up. I will console you and dry your tears.
Isaiah 40:11 (NASB) “Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arm He will gather the lambs and carry them in His bosom.” Kevin Robinson
April 16, 2012. Today our pastor baptized many people. In the Philippines, our Kathy Bohlin preached and saw twelve people saved. All these are tender souls. Those in our church are convinced of our love and acceptance. Greeting them this morning was so humbling to see the simple trust in their eyes. They have been fed the Gospel unto salvation and will be equipped to successfully follow in the footsteps of Christ. Sadly, I have known some shepherds who feed off their flock, fleecing and taking from them whatever they can. Behold the Lord’s eyes are watching when new sheep come in and we ask about what they do or their occupations only to find a way to fleece or feed off them. G od help us and forgive us for sometimes ravaging the sheep for our personal gain.
Jeremiah 23:18 (NASB) “But who has stood in the council of the LORD, That he should see and hear His word? Who has given heed to His word and listened?” Ras Robinson
April 16, 2012. A fear you have is not major or debilitating but nevertheless it sometimes grabs you. I have plans to show you how you to overcome this. It is caused by an incident in your past. You have not talked to Me about it because you thought it was handled. But deep down in the recesses of your mind it is still there and it has manifested itself on occasions. This will cause some feeling of anxiety, but if you will listen to Me, I will show you step by step what to do. If you will obey Me and not run in panic you will be free. Precious one, I love you.
Jeremiah 33:6 (NASB) “Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth.” Bev Robinson
April 16, 2012. Make a joyful noise, resounded through my head early this morning. My perception is that it’s a command not a request. It is a declaration of thanksgiving to the Lord our God. Whether it’s singing, shouting, making a loud noise, or playing the trumpet or cornet, we are instructed to make a joyful noise. The Lord says, “Just as a child loves to make loud noises. Will you do the same for Me? I love to see and hear your expression of love toward Me. I love to hear your cries of thanksgiving for what I’ve done for you. Fill the heavens with joyful noises toward Me. Sing praises to Me.”
Psalm 98:4 (KJV) “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.” Kevin Robinson
April 15, 2012. Soon you will encounter a new challenge. Do not delay in facing your fears about it. Procrastination sometimes has been your pattern. But do not confuse procrastination with the wisdom of waiting. At times, there is wisdom in waiting for the right timing. That is not the same as procrastination. In waiting, you give Me time to line up what needs to change. Recently I had opportunity to bring two important couples in my life together for some important discussion. There was joy and peace as we shared. Holy Spirit began with great liberty to speak through all of us. Some may have wondered why I had waited so long to bring us together. God gave me His timing and then I took action. Rebuke the fear associated with the challenge. Trust in Me and believe.
Psalm 37:5 (NASB) “Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He will do it.” Ras Robinson
April 15, 2012. Is this for real? This is a thought that has run through your mind several times. It seems real but in the past you have been told otherwise. I always give you choices. I say, yes it is. But you need to seek it out for yourself, because I will continue giving you choices. You don’t have to go it on your own. The truth is; you don’t have to do anything on your own. It is written that I will give you wisdom anytime you ask. The ones you are observing started one time, searching the truth, because they too one day had the same questions. Seek My truth.
James 1:5-6 (NLT) “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.” Bev Robinson.
April 15, 2012. Embrace this truth and run with it. The baton has been passed to you. The same Spirit that descended upon Me has come upon you as well. I prophesied to you about how you would do greater works than Me. I foretold to you things which would occur because I went to be with My Father. My Father’s plan will be accomplished. The torch had to be passed to you. The expansion of My Kingdom will be accomplished through you. My Spirit is upon you, in you, and exudes from you. Just as I yielded to My Father’s will. Replicate My obedience. Imitate My love. Be bold and move in My power.
John 14:11-12 (NKJV) “Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” Kevin Robinson
April 14, 2012. So get started. Welcome this time in your life as a gift to do with as you choose. The choices are yours to make using the wisdom I have given. You are chosen and approved by the Father. All that remains is for you to be confident and bold to the point of appearing foolish. But you are not guided by public opinion or the approval of man. Your heart is forever set on pinpoint obedience to My voice. You have this drive in you to please Me alone. Those who have done so have often paid a very high price, even of suffering for My Name. My name is imprinted on your heart and mind. At any point you are open to My tests of your commitments. This is such a time. Awesome are the days before you. Lo, I am with you until the end.
Joshua 7:13 (MSG) “So get started. Purify the people. Tell them: Get ready for tomorrow by purifying yourselves. For this is what GOD, the God of Israel, says: There are cursed things in the camp. You won’t be able to face your enemies until you have gotten rid of these cursed things.” Ras Robinson
April 14, 2012. Others are watching especially one. You have intrigued them and that is drawing them to Me. They don’t know they are being drawn, but I want you to be aware. You have acted differently than anyone they have yet seen in the midst of a difficulty. That has produced the intrigue. Be on alert because the enemy of your soul is going to present something that is designed to draw you and the ones watching you away from the path of My will. He wants this whole situation to blow up in your face, because it will sidetrack, for a long time, your reaching where I want all of you.
1 Peter 5:8-9 (NLT) “Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are” Bev Robinson
April 14, 2012. When I woke up this morning in utter darkness, I had a supernatural experience. A bright light caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. I quickly walked back toward the light, and nothing was outside the window from where it came. In my spirit, I was reminded of a simple truth. He is the light. The Lord says, “I am indeed the Light . I came to dispel darkness. When you get a glimpse of Me during difficult times, run to Me. I will shed Light into your dark circumstance. I am The Way that leads you out of trying times . Pursue Me with all your heart.
John 8:12 (NKJV) ” Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” Kevin Robinson
April 13, 2012. My heart began to leap as I thought of what God is about to do in this new season. I decree and declare that a new season has come and with it profound and astounding blessings. It will come from a dramatic and personal encounter with the living God and you. Your family, group, church and nation will make a life-changing decision once you repent, see the prize and commit everything you have to reach it. Some will sit it out, but not you. Your immediate past season has been one of struggle and reluctant responses to God. Why? The question that must be settled is, “who is in charge here?” That is always the question. The second question is, “will you place yourself under God and his appointed and designated authorities?” To Moses was delegated complete authority to lead and rule, but he refused to go forward without God’s presence. God had to be his leader, giving directions and calling the shots . Once those questions are answered to God’s satisfaction, the new season has begun.
Acts 3:19-20, 25 (NASB) “Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, It is you who are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘AND IN YOUR SEED ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.'” Ras Robinson
April 13, 2012. Am I making a difference? This is something you have wondered from time to time. Is what I am doing even appreciated? No one seems to notice. If they do notice, nothing has been said to let you know. Yes, what you are doing and saying is making a difference. Keep it as positive as you can. Affirm anything good you see, and don’t harp on the bad. You can’t see it right now, but in days to come you will see what you have done has made a huge difference. Often something is not noticed until it is not there anymore. So do your work unto Me. Great is this work.
John 13:15-17 (NASB) “For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you. Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is one who is sent greater than the one who sent him. If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them.” Bev Robinson
April 13, 2012. One thing I’ve noticed over the years is this: some of the nicest people I have met are unbelievers. In contrast, some of the most mean spirited, obnoxious people I have been around profess Christianity. These things should not be this way. Although it is okay to disagree, let your disagreements be done in a gracious way. The Lord says, “Exhibit kind behavior toward one another. Be courteous, polite and cordial to all people. Let everyone of you be quick to hear and slow to speak. Weigh carefully the way you respond to any and all situations in speech and conduct. You are my ambassadors. Be gracious in every circumstance you encounter.”
Ephesians 4:29-32 (NIV) “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” Kevin Robinson
April 12, 2012. The path is ever upward and onward for the one who seeks to be wise. You will do well to see God’s wisdom about everything. The knowledge and understanding the world has to offer is foolishness to God. Those who seek after it will find disappointment and despair at the possession of their prize. Not so with you. Your quest in life has been to see as I see, do as I do and speak as I speak. Exchanging your life for the life of Jesus and then living it, gives you just about everything. Therefore, surrender your life and then give it away to others in need. This is wisdom that gains for you the whole world.
Proverbs 15:24 (AMP) “The path of the wise leads upward to life, that he may avoid [the gloom] in the depths of Sheol (Hades, the place of the dead).” Ras Robinson
April 12, 2012. Y ou are close to becoming discouraged. There is a reason for this. Many more problems have happened than you planned fpr, and now you are on the verge of being overwhelmed. You knew to expect the unexpected, but much more unexpected happened than you imagined. You didn’t know how to do it all but figured you could handle the problems as they arose. There are a lot of problems, and now some strained relationships. The problems in procedures you can handle. But the relationships are going to be much more of a challenge. Slow yourself down. Meditate on My Word. Ask. Listen. Follow Me, and all will greatly succeed.
Joshua1:8 (NASB) “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” Bev Robinson
April 12, 2012. Wait patiently for Me. You are much like a child that wants immediate gratification. All too often many falter because they did not take full consideration the possible consequences that followed. Others have gone down the path of futility because they could not wait any longer to have their senses satisfied. The flesh is weak but the Spirit is willing. Lean on Me when you’re not strong for the stability you earnestly desire. Apply your faith when you have so many thoughts of indecision. Cease your thoughts of me, me, me. When you are weak, direct your thoughts toward the needs of others. Find ways to serve Me with gladness.
Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” Kevin Robinson
April 11, 2012. In my twenties, I discovered the following scripture. As a young husband and father with the pressure of beginning a family, I was also starting a new job and buying our first home. Somehow I discovered the Bible was like an “Operators Manual” for living life God’s way, successfully. I broke down this verse to my understanding. Believing I had been justified by faith, I believed and received God’s blessing for my family through Abraham the believer. Over and over again I confessed it to be true. I still do that. I am blessed and my family is blessed. All my descendants are blessed. My church is blessed. My ministry is blessed. Even I myself am now a blessing to others. Could it get any better? Join me.
Galatians 3:8-9 (NASB) “The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.” Ras Robinson
April 11. 2012. Saturday April 14, this week, marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. This great ship was touted as one that would not be sunk. But it sank on its maiden voyage after hitting an iceberg. Thousands of people lost their lives. God says, “You feel at times like you are sinking. I know that. But you are My child and I will never let you sink. I know some things in your life are really bad right now. But hold on tight to Me. I will not let you sink. All things are working together for good, and you will never be snatched out of My hand.”
Romans 8:28 (NASB) “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”
John 10:27-29 (NASB) “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.” Bev Robinson
April 11, 2012. Recently I was walking with someone around a barn. We then walked through a paddock and towards a pond. While under an oak tree we noticed some rather large deer tracks within the trodden pathway of cattle and donkeys. Upon further inspection, I noticed tracks of raccoons, dogs and cats. The Lords says, “Upon the pathway of your life, utilize the opportunities I give to share My love with others. Make a positive impact on those with whom you cross paths. You have far greater value than any animal will ever have. Shine forth My righteousness upon others walking the pathway of life. Make an indelible mark that leaves an everlasting impression.”
Proverbs 4:18 (KJV) “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.” Kevin Robinson
April 10, 2012. Live well the moments I give you in this world. A 93 year old man joined me for coffee at McDonalds. The brightness of his eyes and clothing impressed me as a man of wealth and stature. He got married to his childhood girlfriend when she was 16 and he was 17. They were married 63 years. She died quietly in bed beside him 13 years ago as they slept. He reads the Bible daily and attends church every Sunday. All their children are Christian. He greatly inspired and encouraged me today. We hope to meet again. The Lord says, “Show yourself friendly and new and old friends will gather to you like a magnet. Encourage and inspire them in the Lord with your testimony of faith.”
Proverbs 18:24 (NKJV) “A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.” Ras Robinson
April 10, 2012. Once we had a neighbor who was good husband and father. He also was a vice president in a large corporation. I had witnessed about the Lord to the rest of the family and was now discipling one of their teen age daughters. One day while jogging through the neighborhood the Lord impressed me to witness to this father. I ran to their house still sweaty. I asked him not to say a word until I finished talking. He listened, but his first words were “Do you believe in reincarnation?” I replied, “No God offers Heaven. God says, “Do you fully believe My Word or something else you have heard about?
Hebrews 9:27-28 (NKJV) “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgement, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.” Bev Robinson
April 10, 2012. Just as a parent often gives reminders to their child on proper conduct and correct behavior, so too will I. Over and over again, you can easily notice and perceive how kids quickly point their finger at someone else for being unfair. They often cannot be reasoned with or will not act logically or rationally. You easily see the skewed conduct among little ones but cannot see the same actions in yourself. People deceived don’t recognize their own misconduct. Don’t war within yourself. Begin looking at troubling situations from outside the box. See and hear who your battle is truly against. Open your eyes and ears to your own improper actions.
Ephesians 6:12 (NKJV) “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Kevin Robinson
April 9, 2012. Brace yourself and prepare to the good. Yet before the good, I am allowing the bad to manifest. Oh, I know you have expected the worst at times. That is a common misconception of My working in your life. You see, even what seemed bad was all part of the good. My ways and thoughts are above yours. Not seeing things as I see them may be the reason you are not experiencing the Kingdom of God every day. My justice will, must and always does prevail. Your response must be one of faith through uncommon believing. Trust in the Lord your God and lean not unto your own understanding. Surrender now while you still can. I give Myself fully to the one who surrenders fully.
Habakkuk 1:5 (MSG) “Look around at the godless nations. Look long and hard. Brace yourself for a shock. Something’s about to take place and you’re going to find it hard to believe.” (Read all of Chapter 1 for perspective) Ras Robinson
April 9, 2012. A time of nostalgia is good, very good. This is when you especially enter into remembering who I am, what I have done to bring good times in your life. My ancient peoples did that time after time. This enabled them to have hope for the present and future. They knew how I had brought them through in the past letting them know goodness is coming again. This perpetuates my cycle of hope. Yes a part of hope is going through bad times. Because what you experience during those times lets you know I will get you through again. You learn each time you encounter various trials. This strengthens your faith.
Romans 5:3-5 (NASB) “And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Bev Robinson
April 9, 2012. Here in Texas, we are experiencing a spectacular spring season. We had a mild winter and are continuing to receive an abundance of much needed rain. Grass is shooting out of the ground, and wildflowers have been and are blooming like crazy. Sadly, in a couple of months it will all be just a faded memory due to the upcoming Texas heat. The Lord says, “As much as you enjoy seeing the beauty of lush green meadows and the array and splendor of flowers that seemingly go on forever, cherish Me and My Word much more than those that fade. With Me all things are new each and every morning.”
Isaiah 40:8 (NIV) “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” Kevin Robinson
April 8, 2012. A little disturbance occurred that troubled your heart. To you, it is big and important while to others it does not seem to matter. Get used to troubles like you are experiencing. Learn from each one the appropriate response to make in the common bond of peace. Over time, you will increase in your abilities to let some things rest without stirring them up further with a fleshly reaction. An apology for any part you played in this little disturbance would be the right thing to do. The Lord says, “Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and others. I will exalt you and grow you up as needed. I do not condemn you. Rather, you are My chosen child. I love you.”
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 (NKJV) “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” Ras Robinson
April 8, 2012. I know you have an abundance of energy. You always have because this is the way I made you. You naturally enjoy playing and were taught to enjoy work at an early age. All of this is good. There is something you need to learn to keep enjoying them both. Learn to pace yourself. Listen to me closely and I will give you wisdom. Work, then play, then rest. This is a cycle of life that can be developed as long as one lives. This brings health to bodies, church bodies, businesses, organizations and most entities on earth. Pacing is a key to living life to the fullest. Learn from Me.
Proverbs 16:11 (NASB) “A just balance and scales belong to the Lord; All the weights of the bag are His concern.” Bev Robinson
April 8, 2012. From Genesis to Revelation I’ve noticed how the first thought, word, or action establishes a precedent for the remainder of the events that follow. The Lord says, “Just as I began the first chapter with the phrase ‘In the beginning’, and end the last chapter with the word, ‘Amen’. Will you allow Me to be the first thing you start with, and the last thing end with each and every day? “Amen” means you are in full agreement with what I have accomplished. Will you acknowledge Me at the beginning, throughout and at the close of all your days? Will you embrace Me in every aspect of your life?”
Revelation 22:12-13 (NASB) “Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Kevin Robinson
April 6, 2012. This is your day. Go ahead and rejoice in the Lord your God. I, as your God, have already seen ahead to this day and know that it will be a day of opportunity. What will you do with the opportunity? Some will waste this day in uncertainty and double mindedness. They will receive nothing from My hands. Their harvest and blessings will come from the on goings of misdirected words and their ruler the devil. Not so with you if you keep choosing Me all day long. Ask to choose My will at each opportunity. You are a faithful person. And with your faith, you will move mountains today. Believe and trust Me.
Psalm 118:24 (NASB) “This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.” Ras Robinson
April 6, 2012. It hasn’t happen like you had hoped, but this is not the end of the situation. If you will just leave this with Me you will see that I am taking care of it. I know this will be hard to do. You are accustomed to being the one to whom people come. But do it anyway. I am showing My acts to those who doubt My involvement. And in fact doubt that I am anywhere, much less close to where they are. You have done what you can and this is good. Now be at rest and at peace knowing this is going to turn out very good.
Psalms 37:3-4 (AMP) “Trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) in the Lord and do good; so shall you dwell in the land and feed surely on His faithfulness, and truly you shall be fed. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.” Bev Robinson
April 6, 2012. You are the Body of Christ. Are you going around tearing down or building up? Would you mistreat your arm purposely because it mistakenly knocked something over? Furthermore, would you cut off your ear because it heard gossip or curse words? How then can you completely sever, separate, detach yourselves from one another? Could some have felt led to leave your church because their needs were not being met? Is your frustration with others caused from selfishness or others not completely agreeing with you? Some are type A, others type B. Others just C how you behave. Perhaps that’s why some avoid church. Love Me and My many members!
1 John 4:7-8 (NIV) “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” Kevin Robinson
April 5, 2012. You have wondered at times if your efforts to live righteously have been falling on deaf ears in Heaven. Some choices to do the right thing have been costly in time, finances and suffering. But you have the feeling inside that all is well with your soul. I tell you to never doubt that I am taking note and rejoicing in your behavior because you do it with love for Me. Keep your motives pure and clean. Make sure you are seeking My face even more than that of the one you love the most on this earth. My presence surrounds you now. It will lead you into the paths of righteousness and the fruit of righteousness that so many never see. You are doing well. My love abounds toward you.
Psalm 5:12 (NASB) “For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O LORD, You surround him with favor as with a shield.” Ras Robinson
April 5, 2012. A chance to begin again is before you. This new beginning is exciting. You have been here more than once. New beginnings are good. My plan is for you to stay with this revisited endeavor until you reach your goal. In the past when it gets hard you stop. Don’t do that this time. It will always be hard on particular occasions. Think ahead and prepare yourself when the hard times come. Don’t let them slip up on you . I am your example keep Me and how I overcame hardships completing My goal. I have that same power available for you to rely on in overcoming hardships in reaching your goal.
Hebrews 12:1-2 (NLT) Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.” Bev Robinson
April 5, 2012. Last night I needed to be reminded of a simple principle that I have often used, but forgot and needed a refresher course. While helping a close friend of mine work on an automobile issue he had labored with for several days, I asked the Lord for wisdom out loud. In an instant there was a breakthrough. We continued into the night trying to resolve further issues. Again and again, we asked and Holy Spirit delivered throughout the evening. Praise to my Heavenly Father! Working in tandem we finished the task in short order. The Lord says, “When you are having difficulty overcoming issues during each day, call upon Me.”
Luke 11:9-10 (AMP) “So I say to you, ask and keep on asking and it shall be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you shall find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened.” Kevin Robinson
April 4, 2012. Storms blow in. Some only bring needed rain. Others bring much damage. But today, there are two tornados on the ground in the city where I live. My wife is at home and I am about an hour’s drive away. What to do? I have learned from Jesus that we have power over the storms of life and nature. He allows me to command the rain, wind and storms to protect those I love. He has never failed to respond . My son now rebukes hail and damaging winds. Sometimes we do it together. Today, I believe a tornado was averted from my home and my wife and others I love were protected. How could I not give glory and thanksgiving to God for such grace? Jesus is the Lord of the storms and He dwells within those who believe and follow Him. Let the storm blow. Our God is more powerful.
Matthew 8:24-26 (NASB) “And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being covered with the waves; but Jesus Himself was asleep. And they came to Him and woke Him, saying, “Save us, Lord; we are perishing!” He *said to them, “Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm.” Ras Robinson
April 4, 2012. Keep an open mind to what you are being told about a change. Right now you can’t see the confusion, but nevertheless it is there. Look at this situation anew. Look at this from the stance of someone else, and you will see what is being said. You need to see the commotion this will cause, but it can be fixed. This is the reason I tell you to keep an open mind, and you can learn from this situation. Right now the whole thing is confusing. Don’t make a big deal out of what needs to be changed . But subtleties can be made that will make this situation much clearer.
Psalms 107:35 (NASB) “He changes a wilderness into a pool of water And a dry land into springs of water;” Bev Robinson
April 4, 2012. Your pursuits toward things in the natural are a bit foolish. Though your desire for things apart from Me are common among all people. Are you as willing to spend as much time pursuing Me and the matters of My Kingdom as you spend in chasing earthly belongings? Spiritual things (not religious things) are far greater than the worldly hunt for the satisfaction of your soul. Establish diligence toward eternal issues more than your pursuit of short lived gratifications. Be as diligent in your love of Me, as you are in your quest for material things. I give rewards for your diligence in following Me. These blessed rewards will surely come.
Hebrews 6:10-12 (NASB) “For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints. And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence so as to realize the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you will not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Kevin Robinson
April 3, 2012. These are the days of seasonal change. Do not panic when new things emerge for what seems no reason at all. This season is full of surprises. But with the wisdom of the ages you will have insight and understanding. Those images that pop into your mind as possibilities are not to be dismissed. As you sleep, I will give clever and inventive revelations. Wait for them. Write them first in your heart and mind. Then record them for posterity. They are from Me. My fountain of grace is as an artesian well. It never stops flowing. This season before you now will set the pattern for the rest of your days. Step up to bat and hit the ball!
Hebrews 4:16 (NASB) “Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Ras Robinson
April 3, 2012. Your thoughts are slowly turning to returning. This is a good thing not a bad thing. It is good to think ahead and be prepared, but don’t overthink…by spend too much time thinking. The time spent in thinking needs to be in prayer rather than in reasoning. Believe that whatever pops up, I have wisdom to give you and all the problems will be worked through. Think of the problems as challenges which can be overcome not as obstacles which cannot be overcome. Pray for the one who is questioning you. They are questioning because they have been questioned. All of this will be worked out and for everyone’s benefit.
April 3, 2012. Receive this admonition ! I want you to be always alert. Throughout My Word in the Old Testament or New Testament I have given, on numerous occasions, instruction for you to be ever ready. Be as watchmen on the wall. Be ever vigilant in prayer morning, noon, and night. Stand firm. Whether it is watching for the enemy and his camp or watching for My return, be on the alert. Act like men, whether male or female, be strong and sturdy. In the natural and the spiritual keep a keen ear and a watchful eye. Through dreams and/or visions be on the alert. Keep your senses in tune with Mine.
Mark 13:37 (NASB) “What I say to you I say to all, ‘Be on the alert!'” Kevin Robinson
April 2, 2012. Be sure to stay connected to your life source. The yaupon tree outside my study at home was badly damaged by a severe freeze with heavy snow. We pruned the most damaged limbs. Other limbs remained but the bark on those branches were beginning to fall away, robbing the limb of the nutrients from the main trunk it needed. After seeking ways to restore the damaged limbs, they have now been severed. It appears that two or three strong and healthy limbs will survive. One way to stay healthy in your connection is to continually receive nourishment in preparation for hard times. Those times will surely come. For instance, I had an option to connect to the Internet today through Wi-Fi or a hard wire. The hard wire was better but the connection was loose. I stayed with the Wi-Fi to send this email. God says, “Insist on healthy connections that will remain fruitful.”
John 15:5 (NLT) “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” Ras Robinson
April 2, 2012 . You have a choice. In your mind you’ve wondered if making this choice even matters. In the plans of life, will this small thing make a difference? You can’t see that it will. There would not be a choice if it didn’t matter. Is this too small a thing to worry Me with? This is not worrying Me. It is always good to seek My will even in the seemingly small things. Directions that don’t seem to matter right now will grow into large events, and will make a big difference. You will see in the near future this seemingly small thing deserves time to seek My will. This will be big.
Zechariah 4:10 (NLT) “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that search all around the world.)” Bev Robinson
April 2, 2012. Most of you have heard the phrase “birds of a feather, flock together.” Right? We read in the book of Proverbs about the contrast of wisdom and folly. The Lord says, “Become and stay equally united for the peace you long for and desire. Steer clear of those who incline themselves toward foolish behavior and attitudes. Seek wise counsel from Me and from those you see as wise. Find someone to whom you can be equally yoked and accountable, so you will be able to plow up fields that lay before you. I have given you My Spirit. Follow Holy Spirit and his guidance. Walk in love with one another.”
Philippians 2:1-2 (NIV) “Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.” Kevin Robinson
April 1, 2012. You are struggling still with what you consider to be one of the most important decisions of your life. There seems to be a fork in the path ahead. Two paths are open to you. Both have advantages. It is impossible to take both paths at the same time. You feel a necessity to choose one or the other. The Lord says, “Your main focus must first and foremost be that of Jesus when, by His life, He demonstrated no will of His own but to do the will of the Father in Heaven. As you do this, you will receive of the same grace and power that Jesus received. Ask and keep on asking, seek and keep on seeking, knock and keep on knocking. Your answer is nigh. Take a deep breath and believe. What you hear, shout from the house tops.
Proverbs 3:6 (NLT) “Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” Ras Robinson
April 1, 2012. Thoughts have come to mind that too much good is happening. You wonder if this will soon come to an end. Corral those thoughts. Don’t allow them to remain in your mind or you will begin doing things that will reject the flow of good. Your mind is a powerful tool. Keep your thoughts in the realm of thankfulness. You are my child and will receive an inheritance which is far beyond what your mind conceives. Don’t allow yourself to think anything but you and yours going from glory to glory. Yes there are obstacles, but the obstacles are there only to propel you on into My good plan for you.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (AMP) “For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),” Bev Robinson
April 1, 2012. My faithfulness endures the test of time. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. Just as I have been true to My Word to your forefathers, I will be true to you. I am fulfilling the promises I gave to Abraham, and I will do the same for you. My plans have been, are now, and will be accomplished. Through obedience to Me you experience the fullest form of faithfulness. Embrace Me and My Word. Hear Me succinctly. Heed my voice. Know Me and My Word in every chamber of your heart. Realize every aspect of My love, joy, peace and faithfulness. I AM that I AM.
Deuteronomy 32:4 (NASB) “The Rock! His work is perfect, for all His ways are just; a God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is He.” Kevin Robinson
