“And God said: “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth. It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth,” Genesis 9:12-17, NKJV.

“My child, you heard the Rainbow song this morning as you were waking, because I want you to be aware that I AM always giving you signs and markers as you make progress on your path to the higher ground of life in the Son.

I set the rainbow in the sky to remind the world that I keep My promises. Floods have come and gone but I will not permit a flood to destroy the world’s population ever again. I keep My promises, be assured of that.

I have given promises to everyone who has received My Son into their inner man: spirit. Many are written in the BOOK, but I have also spoken into individual hearts about specific things in their lives: family salvations, ministries, gifts, talents, finances, and much, much more.

I do not neglect My words spoken to a beloved child as they sit in My presence communing with Me.

I very rarely give exact time lines for the fulfillment of My promises. This is because there is a needed response from My little ones that will affect the unfolding of the promise. Faith and patience work in their inner selves in the waiting.

Will you believe even in the delay? What if the opportunity to receive comes from an unexpected person or source? Will you refuse to receive if I do not respond to your petitions according to your standards?

These things hamper the child’s ability to see and receive. It is sad to report that multitudes have failed to receive what they asked for because they judged My response by man’s religious standards.

But the rainbow is My constant witness to you that you will be standing after the storms have passed. Tell My children to repent for putting their opinions and religious narrow-mindedness over My Word of promise I made to them.

I AM WHO I AM. I will do My works, My way. Trust Me.

The deep work I AM doing in your spirits, souls, and bodies will amaze and startle you and others with its intense power and might.

All is well beloved. Come to My Table and receive. Eat and be filled with the Bread of My Word. Drink from My fountain and be refreshed. All things are possible to one who will believe and trust in My Word and My Goodness. Shalom.”

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever,” Psalm 23:5-6, NKJV.
