Racism, Discrimination & Prejudice
This is just my take on racism discrimination and prejudice!
The greatest injustice that racism did to another race, was to destroy their ability to know their identity and worth.
Racism is not about race, but control and power and pride.
It’s about the egotist belief of another human being presenting themselves as a god over another person.
Racism exists because man wants to appear as superior over another, because of a mistaken belief that they are better, because of some differences between two persons.
It really doesn’t have to do with race, but a narcissistic mindset of someone viewing themselves as superior than others.
Because they consider themselves more superior and important than others, they need to dominate somebody else in order to continue to feel special.
People who deal with the idea that they are more important than others, will keep people around who are are more gifted than they themselves are, but lack the ability to see their intelligence, or have the understanding that the person who is dominating them, need them to make themselves look superior and successful.
Their arrogance and pride and need to feel special, causes them to be brutal and unkind, because this is how they feed their egos to make them think that they are equal to YAH and greater than anothers.
They have an excessive desire to dominate and make people honor and reverence them.
This is what slavery was about, the ego of man to have something to control and someone to bow to them in servanthood and submission, and making them surrender their will to honoring, serving them, in a twisted reverence of equaling themselves to YAH.
This is why slave owners only read certain passages of scripture to the slaves, to give them a twisted delusion that they had to serve and work for them, because they were equal to YAH.
They didn’t want them to read or write, because they knew that if they read the Bible, they would learn that YAH made all men in His image, and not by race creed or color!
People are only able to dominate others who don’t know who they are, or the value of their worth, or the reason for their existence.
Bringing fear upon them, makes them feel like their lives can’t exist outside of their situation and brings the person to develop a unnatural dependency upon their tormentors.
They made them feel like they owed their life to them and should appreciate them for the meager life substance which they received to stay alive.
The whole idea of slavery, was to use another human being to bring success and honor to the slave owner, making them feel important and respectable to others, among whom they were competing to be the greatest.
The more slaves, the more they seem invincible and powerful to others. They wanted to impress in society.
It was more than just working their fields for money. They wanted control, prestige and honor in the eyes of those who were looked at, as the upper class.
They wanted to be the elite among their peers, and if deprogramming and demoralizing another person to accomplish this desire was what they needed to do, then they did so.
Remember, racism is not about a race. We just label it that, because of those who were used to enslave other human beings, but remember in Africa, they enslaved other tribes and used them for labor, after they fought and conquered another tribe.
We are fighting a war that we started ourselves, before blacks ever came to America.
So the enslavement wasn’t about a white man ruling over us, because we ruled over each other.
Also it was and yet is about ego, pride and the desire to be like YAH and dominate another person!
After all, isn’t that what got Adam and Eve in trouble from the beginning when they heard the serpent say they would be like YAH and get the glory and honor He has?
Well, thanks for listening.
I was sitting and just start thinking and writing.
Blessings today and know I don’t do hatred, bigotry, racism, prejudice, discrimination, profanity, threats etc. so any comments that carries these attributes will not be tolerated.
We should know how to discuss things without being disrespectful toward each other.
