A True Man of God
A true man of God does not ‘have a ministry’ — he IS the ministry!
He preaches from experiential knowledge, and what he preaches has been formed to be a living part of himself that has grown faithfully into its season to bear fruit — so that the seeds of The Spirit may reproduce in those who hear him also.
True ministry originates and lives in God and in the man of God who becomes the field for his spirit-seed.
We cannot harvest what has not been planted and we cannot plant a new field without the seed of a harvest!
Waling With God
You walk with God before ministry.
You walk with God during your season of ministry.
You walk with God — irrespective of ministry — if you have not learned to walk with him, you will never truly be a messenger of his presence — you will be all ‘about’ him.
Clean Hands…
Who is allowed to ascend the mountain of The LORD?
Who may go up to his holy dwelling place?
The one whose deeds are blameless and whose motives are pure, who does not lie, or make promises with no intention of keeping them.
Such Godly people are rewarded by the LORD, and vindicated by the God who delivers them.
Such purity characterizes the people who seek His favor, Jacob’s descendants, who pray to Him, (Selah). (Psalm 24).
How blessed it is when one has clean hands!
Nothing to explain.
Nothing to have to hide from.
Nothing to fear.
Nothing to have to defend!
Walking in the purity of his heart.
“Guard your heart above all else,” The Holy Spirit says, “because from it will flow all the issues that pertains to your life!”
Puppets & Prophets
The process does not begin in how well you can imitate – I have seen great imitators!
The process begins in allowing God to form you so that you do not imitate!
So that what is poured forth through you is authentic, powerful and filled with His spirit-life!
It is this process and the faithfulness to it that separates the many who are called from the few who are chosen.
“Remain faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life!” (Revelation 2).
