Declarations & Decrees: You Are Protected and Hidden by the Hand of God!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you, who PURSUE JUSTICE and SEEK the Lord/ Adonai, CONSIDER the ROCK from which you were cut, the QUARRY from which you were dug – consider Abraham your father and Sarah, who gave birth to you; in that I called him when he was only one Person, then blessed him and made him many.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai COMFORTS you; He will COMFORT all your ruined places, the deserts will become like Eden, like the garden of the Lord/ Adonai.
  You will have JOY and GLADNESS, thanksgiving and the sound of Music.
• I decree and declare you LISTEN to the Lord!
  You receive the Word from Him; He CALMS you with His JUSTICE as a LIGHT for the Peoples.
  His RIGHTEOUSNESS is at hand, His SALVATION goes out, His arms will JUDGE the Peoples.
  The Lord says, “My SALVATION is FOREVER, and My JUSTICE will NEVER END.”
• I decree and declare you, the RANSOMED of the Lord, will RETURN and come with SINGING to Zion/ Tziyon; you will have EVERLASTING JOY on your heads.
  You will acquire GLADNESS and JOY, while sorrow and signing will flee!
• I decree and declare the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot COMFORTS you!
  You are not afraid of a man, who must die; of a human being who will whither like grass.
  You REMEMBER the Lord/ Adonai your Maker Who stretched out the Heavens and laid the Foundations of the Earth!
• I decree and declare you do not fear the oppressor, for you are SET FREE; your FOOD SUPPLY is SECURE!
  The Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot has put His Words in your mouth and COVERED you with the SHADOW of HIS HAND, in order to PLANT the skies anew, LAY foundations of the Earth anew and say to Zion/ Tziyon, “You are My People.”
• I decree and declare the Lord/Adonai HEARS your JUST CAUSE, and heeds your cry; He LISTENS to your PRAYER from honest lips.
  HE IS your VINDICATION; HE SEES what is RIGHT!
• I decree and declare the Lord PROBES your Heart and VISITS you in the Night; He ASSAYS you WITHOUT FINDING evil thoughts that should not pass your lips.
  You have KEPT yourself from the ways of the violent and YOUR STEPS HOLD STEADILY to GOD’S PATHS, your feet do not slip!
• I decree and declare God ANSWERS you when you CALL ON HIM!
  He turns His EAR to you and HEARS your words.
• I decree and declare HOW WONDERFUL is the GRACE of the Lord/ Adonai, SAVIOR of those who SEEK REFUGE from their foes.
  HE PROTECTS you like the pupil of His eye, HIDES you in the SHADOW of His Wings from the wicked who assail you, from the deadly enemies who are all around you.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ “Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, who seek the Lord: look to the rock from which you were hewn and to the quarry from which you were dug. ² “Look to Abraham your father and to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain; when he was but one I called him, then I blessed him and multiplied him.” ³ Indeed, the Lord will comfort Zion; He will comfort all her waste places. And her wilderness He will make like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and sound of a melody. ⁴ “Pay attention to Me, O My people, and give ear to Me, O My nation; for a law will go forth from Me, and I will set My justice for a light of the peoples. ⁵ “My righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth, and My arms will judge the peoples; the coastlands will wait for Me, and for My arm they will wait expectantly. ⁶ “Lift up your eyes to the sky, Then look to the earth beneath; for the sky will vanish like smoke, and the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants will die in like manner; but My salvation will be forever, and My righteousness will not wane. ⁷ “Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, a people in whose heart is My law; do not fear the reproach of man, nor be dismayed at their revilings. ⁸ “For the moth will eat them like a garment, and the grub will eat them like wool. but My righteousness will be forever, and My salvation to all generations.” ⁹ Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake as in the days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not You who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the dragon? ¹⁰ Was it not You who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep; who made the depths of the sea a pathway for the redeemed to cross over? ¹¹ So the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. ¹² “I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies and of the son of man who is made like grass, ¹³ That you have forgotten the Lord your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth, that you fear continually all day long because of the fury of the oppressor, as he makes ready to destroy? But where is the fury of the oppressor? ¹⁴ The exile will soon be set free, and will not die in the dungeon, nor will his bread be lacking. ¹⁵ For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea and its waves roar (the Lord of hosts is His name). ¹⁶ I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:1-16.

“¹ Hear a just cause, O Lord, give heed to my cry; give ear to my prayer, which is not from deceitful lips. ² Let my judgment come forth from Your presence; let Your eyes look with equity. ³ You have tried my heart; You have visited me by night; You have tested me and You find nothing; I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress. ⁴ As for the deeds of men, by the word of Your lips I have kept from the paths of the violent. ⁵ My steps have held fast to Your paths. My feet have not slipped. ⁶ I have called upon You, for You will answer me, O God; incline Your ear to me, hear my speech. ⁷ Wondrously show Your lovingkindness, O Savior of those who take refuge at Your right hand from those who rise up against them. ⁸ Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings ⁹ From the wicked who despoil me, my deadly enemies who surround me,” Psalm 17:1-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
