I came out from hospital two days ago, after 2 days and nights in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and three in the general ward.
In the ICU, full of intravenous antibiotics, pain killers and other drugs, with a fever raging in me, occasional shivers and an infection playing havoc with my internal systems, I found that I could not sleep. Also, that I could not even concentrate enough to even pray. Speaking aloud even the first two lines of The Lord’s Prayer was a challenge I could barely accomplish without great effort, and composing a prayer of my own, was well beyond me. I wanted to pray, but just could not.
By the second day, the fever subsided and I could doze off occasionally, only to be awakened almost immediately by a machine or a medic. But I could still not concentrate enough to pray.
Then, as I closed my eyes to pray, I found myself in a vision surrounded by a wall of jet-black darkness. Suddenly I saw a number of demonic looking creatures coming out from the darkness, shoulder by shoulder, to surround me. I guess I saw a dozen or so standing right in front of me, about 6 feet or less from me.
I noticed that they were standing in a ring of very bright light which surrounded me. Since I could only see forward, and not up or down, I had no idea where this ring of light originated. At the time I thought it may be from me, but I think that was wishful thinking and I settled for the idea it came from above me.
As the light around me was extremely bright, the features of the creatures were all washed out and they looked just a fuzzy yellowy white. They had round heads, short bodies and long thin arms and legs.
I decided it was time to pray against them and against my situation, but I could not muster even a 10-cent prayer. I tried, but got nowhere. Then suddenly, one of the creatures, followed by another, and another, then three and then a few more, suddenly flew off backwards and disappeared into the blackness behind them. As they flew off backwards, their legs and arms were out in front on them like limp rags. It was as if they were attached to strong elastic bands which suddenly whipped them backwards, away from me.
As the creatures flew off backwards and new ones came to replace them, I soon realized it was not my prayers, or my attempts at prayer, that were affecting them. After a couple of minutes, they had all gone flying backwards back into the surrounding darkness. Then I was back to the plain blackness again, and I was struggling to awaken and get out of there. I really did not want to be there, as I had no idea what was happening, and I sensed this situation was not prepared for my good.
After I came out of my vision, it took me a while of prayer to understand from the Lord that it was my Guarding Angel who had deal with these creatures. I have never seen him in real life, nor did I see him in this vision, but seers who come to our home, always see two of them in full battle dress, walking up and down in front of our house, protecting us.
I just say to my Angels, Thank You! You are really appreciated!
And a special big thanks the The Lord God Almighty for sending the angels in the first place! Thank you in the name of Jesus, Amen!
Postscript
I feel called to share a couple of other experiences, directly related to the above.
First, in ICU, though I did not really sleep, but had very short naps on the second day, I knew clearly that I was not dreaming for these two days. But as soon as I returned to the general ward, my dreams returned.
Second, in the ICU I did not notice this, but in the ward, I noticed that often, as soon as I closed my eyes to sleep or rest, I would see dark shadows move quickly before me. A few times I opened my eyes instantly, but there was nothing there to explain the shadows. If you close your eyes and pass your hand across in front of them, very closely, you will see what I experienced.
I can guess that these dark shadows were the demons in the ward which I was experiencing, but as for why no dreams, I have no idea what was occurring.
