“A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men,” Proverbs 18:16.

I asked the LORD for a word for the month of November 2016 and this is what He said to me.

He said the number 11 means: disorder, imperfection (incompleteness) disintegration (coming to pieces), lawlessness, and final.

The month of November 2016 will be a month of awe and surprise for many!

In this season, God is going to deal with the hearts of many just as he did the family (government, church, job, those close to you) of Joseph. Joseph had a gift and it consisted of dreams and visions. These dreams and visions brought many trials and tests upon him but it was all in the making of the hands of the master.

Even, when Joseph did not use wisdom in using these dreams the LORD still used it for his glory in order to bring about order to a plan of disorder. In Joseph dreams he revealed to his father and his brothers that the sun, moon, and the 11 stars was going to bow down to him. And, not only would they bow down, but his father and his brothers; as well, leaving his father to rebuke him!

But, that did not stop Joseph. In fact ,he told more and more of his dreams to his brothers as his father began to eye him. Joseph’s father loved him and because he did love him he made Joseph a coat of many colors making his brothers more and madder at him. The more Joseph gained access to a platform the more his brothers eyed him, hated him and despised him.

The LORD is going to try the hearts of many in this season, by using those whom he is elevating to bring about order to disorder in this season. So, STAY CONNECTED TO THE JOSPEHS IN YOUR LIFE!

Joseph’s brothers hated Joseph so that they plotted and schemed to kill him leaving him to die in a pit.

In this season God is going to deal with those walking in disorderly conducted. Those whose hearts are filled with strife, division, and hatred.

Joseph’s dreams brought about discord and disorder, because it was not tradition for the youngest brother to be elevated over everyone in the family; even his father could not believe Joseph and that is why he rebuked him.

But, how many know that God is a Spirit and they that are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God? I know many of you are saying that God is a God of order. Yes, He is and he is also a sovereign God. And, ‘sovereign’ means that He is in control of all things, nothing happens without his direction or permission.

God works not just some things but all things according to the counsel of His own will, (Ephesians 1:11). God is a God who CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A BOX BY THE SMALL MINDS OF MEN.

Joseph’s brothers thought that they could do away with God’s chosen choice by throwing him in a pit, but what they did not understand is that they were actually throwing their deliverance into a pit and what God exalts no man can demote.

In this season, I hear God saying to watch out for the moving of the Holy Spirit, because He is going to surprise many in this season. Those who thought that they knew and understood the mind and the heart of God are going to be highly disappointed in this season of God’s man and woman of choice. For, the Holy Spirit is like unto the wind and you can feel it but you cannot see and understand what the spirit is doing; except you be born of the spirit, (Romans 8:14).

Joseph’s father and his brothers could not understand what God was doing, because they did not have the spiritual insight to understand the vision and the dreams that God had for him.

Many are going to say, “Let everything be done decently and in order in this season,” (1 Corinthians 14: 40) But again, what they fail to understand is that God is not a God of tradition and the natural order of man. And, he WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A BOX!

Joseph’s family tried to rebuke Joseph and to tell him he was out of order, BUT GOD. I said, BUT GOD HAD ANOTHER PLAN! The Holy Spirit is speaking and He is warning us to be like unto Joseph’s father who stood back and begin to eye his son and tried the Spirit and it was revealed to him that Joseph was in fact special.

Joseph realized that his gift was beginning to make room for him, because of his gift it brought him trouble, before many kings and it also brought him heart ache with his family but he did not allow it to stop him from obeying God.

Not everyone will understand where God is taking you in this season. But like Joseph, you are going to have to know God for yourself. His brothers could not handle Joseph’s new found success and instead of them supporting him they set out to destroy the gift that God had placed in their lives to bring about deliverance!

Watch out for judging with the natural eyes in this season, because God is going to use the things that are out of order to bring about order to a nation (church, family, job etc.) of many! Even, those in the church will be confounded by the choices and decisions that the Holy Spirit is making should they not be in a place to discern what God is doing in this season.

Get ready, God has a coat of many colors for those whom He is calling in this season, and many are going to be envious of this new coat, just as they were with Joseph. Joseph’s father had a special love for him, and it was not that he did not love the rest of his children, but he just wanted to do something special for this particular child. And, so he wanted to give him something that the rest of his brothers did not have a coat of many colors, (Genesis 37:1-20). Sounds familiar?

So does the Holy Spirit in this hour. He is giving many gifts and calls that many do not have in this season and these gifts are going to bring them into a place of completeness (wholeness) in order to bring about deliverance to many. Instead of becoming envious and jealous of these he is choosing, I hear the Holy Spirit saying to began to thank God for them and DO NOT THROW YOUR DELIVERANCE INTO THE PIT.

God is a God of order, but many times He will use disorder even confusion in order to bring about order. Ask the Children of Israel who were told to march around the wall 7 times and to make a great noise and the walls came tumbling down, (Joshua 6:16).

And, if that is not good enough for you, ask David who was anointed King and the people looked on him as being a ruddy lad and did not believe God’s anointed was before him (1 Samuel 17:42).

Even Samuel could not believe David was the right one and God had to speak to him saying take the oil and anoint him with oil, (1 Samuel 16:12-13) And, if that is still not enough for you just look at Judas one of the 12 who was chosen by Jesus became a devil and fell making it eleven apostles and they ended up replacing him with a 12^th apostle in order to bring about order and completeness!

God is warning us for the month of November 2016, not to judge by the natural eyes, tradition or order, because the Holy Spirit is making choices that seem to be out of the ordinary. But, God does not look on the outward appearance of a man; but instead he looks on the heart, (1 Samuel 16:7).

Get ready. This month for it will be the month that God’s anointed vessels will stand before many in this season. Believe it or not ,that will be up to you! But the results will be in soon!
