God never gives an assignment or a mandate without a set of instructions and directions for those whom He calls or has chosen.

It is the responsibility of those in the five-fold ministry gifts to let folks know the conditions and the stipulations of their assignments, before they become a part of your assignment.

If you have been called to activate folks in the prophetic or apostolic (not sending them because only Christ can send them) to train, mentor or parent them, then it’s your responsibility to let them know that BEFORE taking their money or training them!

We as leaders, have to be mindful that some folks are not in a Church to be taught about the baptism of the Holy Ghost etc., and they may think they qualify for what you are doing, but if they haven’t received Holy Spirit since they believe (know the language you are speaking) they are not qualified for gifts and the calls of God until they received based upon the Word of God.

No work can be done without Holy Spirit according to scripture!

The Lord said to me it’s the job of the Church; the Body of Christ, to both teach and to instruct the Church in order to keep the Bride in alignment with the proper protocol of the Church until He comes!

“Now therefore BEWARE, I pray thee, and DRINK NOT wine nor strong drink, and EAT NOT any unclean thing : For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and NO RAZOR SHALL COME on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines,” Judges 13:4-5 KJV.
