I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare I will not TRUST in myself for RIGHTEOUSNESS but will TRUST ONLY in the gift of LIFE paid for by Jesus Christ’s/ Yeshua Messiah’s SACRIFICE of BLOOD.
  For everyone who exalts himself will be HUMBLED but the one who HUMBLES himself will be EXALTED!
• I decree and declare the Little Ones, the Babies and the Children, are being DRAWN to the Lord.
  Do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
  WHOEVER DOES NOT RECEIVE THE KINGDOM OF GOD LIKE A LITTLE CHILD will never enter in.
• I decree and declare you are to PRODUCE FRUIT worthy of REPENTANCE!
  No position in church or bloodline will save you.
  God is able to RAISE UP CHILDREN for Abraham from the Stones, from all Nations, all Peoples.
  It is by the SACRIFICE and RESURRECTION of Christ/ Messiah alone that our sins are forgiven through FAITH in order that it might rest on GRACE!
  It is OBEDIENCE to God’s Word that bears the FRUIT worthy of REPENTANCE.
• I decree and declare ALREADY the AXE is LAID at the ROOT of the Trees!
  Every Tree that does not PRODUCE GOOD FRUIT is cut down and thrown into the Fire.
  EXAMINE yourself: are you bearing the FRUIT of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control?
  The Spirit is there to help you draw closer to the Father through living in His TRUTH.
• I decree and declare the Lord is OVERTURNING and DRIVING OUT those who are in the midst of His Father’s House but are CORRUPTING the TRUTH: they are selling lies and robbing from the People.
  For His House is to be called a HOUSE of PRAYER not a den of thieves.
• I decree and declare many Pastors, Rabbis, and Leaders who are LEADING the People ASTRAY, when they deny and speak against the MIRACLES of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, are being REMOVED.
  Through the indwelling power of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, the Blind and the Lame will be HEALED and the GREAT MIRACLES of God will be seen – to Christ/ Messiah be all GLORY and HONOR FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the Children are crying out, “Glory to God, Hosanna to the Son of David!”
  Out of the mouth of babes and nursing toddlers God has prepared PRAISE for Himself.
  Healings and Miracles are taking place, for HE IS IN THE MIDST OF HIS PEOPLE!
• I decree and declare we do not owe anything to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
  For if you live according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit/ Ruach you PUT to DEATH the deeds of the body, YOU SHALL LIVE!
  For all who are led by the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim, these are the Sons of God.
• I decree and declare you have received the Spirit of Adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father!”
  The Spirit/ Ruach Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the CHILDREN of God/ Elohim.
  As Children we are also HEIRS – HEIRS of God and JOINT HEIRS with Christ/ Messiah – if indeed we SUFFER with Him so that we may also be GLORIFIED with Him.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁹ And He also told this parable to some people who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and viewed others with contempt: ¹⁰ “Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. ¹¹ The Pharisee stood and was praying this to himself: ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other people: swindlers, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. ¹² I fast twice a week; I pay tithes of all that I get.’ ¹³ But the tax collector, standing some distance away, was even unwilling to lift up his eyes to heaven, but was beating his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, the sinner!’ ¹⁴ I tell you, this man went to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.”
¹⁵ And they were bringing even their babies to Him so that He would touch them, but when the disciples saw it, they began rebuking them. ¹⁶ But Jesus called for them, saying, “Permit the children to come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. ¹⁷ Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all,”” Luke 18:9-17.

“⁸ Therefore bear fruit in keeping with repentance; ⁹ and do not suppose that you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham for our father’; for I say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham. ¹⁰ The axe is already laid at the root of the trees; therefore every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire,” Matthew 3:8-10.

“¹² And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves. ¹³ And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer’; but you are making it a robbers’ den.”
¹⁴ And the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them. ¹⁵ But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that He had done, and the children who were shouting in the temple, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they became indignant ¹⁶ and said to Him, “Do You hear what these children are saying?” And Jesus said to them, “Yes; have you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies You have prepared praise for Yourself’?” Matthew 21:12-16.

“¹² So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh— ¹³ for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, ¹⁷ and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him,” Romans 8:12-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
