Declarations & Decrees: Prayer Positions You to Hear God!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I do not pray as the hypocrites, to be seen by others, but I go into my room and close the door to PRAY to my Father in SECRET!
My Father, Who SEES in SECRET, will REWARD me! - I decree and declare God KNOWS what we need before we ask Him.
It is not the many words that gets His attention, but rather the RECOGNITION of His SOVEREIGNTY, our HUMILITY and REPENTANCE that touches His Heart.
He UNDERSTANDS; express your THANKS for what He has ALREADY PROVIDED! - I decree and declare ALIGNMENT with God: devotion, God-fearing, and generosity, POSITIONS you to HEAR from Him. This may be through the Scriptures, Visions and Dreams. For your PRAYERS and acts of CHARITY go into God’s PRESENCE as a sweet-smelling incense, so that HE HAS YOU ON HIS MIND!
- I decree and declare God’s timing is PERFECT.
He knows your needs and the needs of others.
He knows those with HEARTS to RESPOND to His CALL.
By His Spirit, He will bring it to pass! When hearts are pliable and close to Him, He can easily SET STRAIGHT the misunderstanding of His Word, His TRUTH! - I decree and declare I will GO wherever the Lord directs, without prejudice, for God has shown me not to call any Person common or unclean.
He has sent His Word into the World, that whosoever BELIEVES in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua shall have EVERLASTING LIFE! (John 3:16)
God does not play favorites, but whoever fears Him and does what is RIGHT is acceptable to Him, no matter what People he belongs to. - I decree and declare that ALL WORKERS OF EVIL MUST FLEE!
For the Lord has heard me and He ACCEPTS my PRAYER.
All my enemies will be CONFOUNDED, completely TERRIFIED; they will turn back and be SUDDENLY PUT TO SHAME!
In Jesus’/ Yeshua’s Name Amen! - I decree and declare God has FORGIVEN our offenses; we are CLEANSED as WHITE as SNOW. (Isaiah 1:18)
We are BLESSED because the Lord/ Adonai imputes no guilt to us, there is no deceit in our hearts. - I decree and declare to ALL WHO HEAR: acknowledge your sin to the Lord; stop concealing your guilt.
Confess your offenses to the Lord/ Adonai; then HE WILL FORGIVE the guilt of your sin.
This is what Everyone FAITHFUL should PRAY at a time when the Lord/Adonai can be found! - I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai is a HIDING PLACE for me, He KEEPS me from distress; He SURROUNDS me with Songs of Deliverance.
He says, “I will INSTRUCT and TEACH you in the Way YOU ARE TO GO; I will give you counsel; My Eyes will be WATCHING OVER you!” - I decree and declare I am ALWAYS JOYFUL, PRAYING CONTINUOUSLY!
In Everything I give THANKS, for this is what God wants from each of us who are UNITED with Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua! - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“5 “When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 6 But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
7 “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. 8 So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. 10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread. 12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’]
>14 For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions,” Matthew 6:5-15.
“1 Now there was a man at Caesarea named Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian cohort, 2 a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, and gave many alms to the Jewish people and prayed to God continually. 3 About the ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, “Cornelius!” 4 And fixing his gaze on him and being much alarmed, he said, “What is it, Lord?” And he said to him, “Your prayers and alms have ascended as a memorial before God. 5 Now dispatch some men to Joppa and send for a man named Simon, who is also called Peter; 6 he is staying with a tanner named Simon, whose house is by the sea.” 7 When the angel who was speaking to him had left, he summoned two of his servants and a devout soldier of those who were his personal attendants, 8 and after he had explained everything to them, he sent them to Joppa.
9 On the next day, as they were on their way and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray. 10 But he became hungry and was desiring to eat; but while they were making preparations, he fell into a trance; 11 and he saw the sky opened up, and an object like a great sheet coming down, lowered by four corners to the ground, 12 and there were in it all kinds of four-footed animals and crawling creatures of the earth and birds of the air. 13 A voice came to him, “Get up, Peter, kill and eat!” 14 But Peter said, “By no means, Lord, for I have never eaten anything unholy and unclean.” 15 Again a voice came to him a second time, “What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.” 16 This happened three times, and immediately the object was taken up into the sky.
17 Now while Peter was greatly perplexed in mind as to what the vision which he had seen might be, behold, the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having asked directions for Simon’s house, appeared at the gate; 18 and calling out, they were asking whether Simon, who was also called Peter, was staying there. 19 While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Behold, three men are looking for you. 20 But get up, go downstairs and accompany them without misgivings, for I have sent them Myself.” 21 Peter went down to the men and said, “Behold, I am the one you are looking for; what is the reason for which you have come?” 22 They said, “Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man well spoken of by the entire nation of the Jews, was divinely directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and hear a message from you.” 23 So he invited them in and gave them lodging.
And on the next day he got up and went away with them, and some of the brethren from Joppa accompanied him. 24 On the following day he entered Caesarea. Now Cornelius was waiting for them and had called together his relatives and close friends. 25 When Peter entered, Cornelius met him, and fell at his feet and worshiped him. 26 But Peter raised him up, saying, “Stand up; I too am just a man.” 27 As he talked with him, he entered and found many people assembled. 28 And he said to them, “You yourselves know how unlawful it is for a man who is a Jew to associate with a foreigner or to visit him; and yet God has shown me that I should not call any man unholy or unclean. 29 That is why I came without even raising any objection when I was sent for. So I ask for what reason you have sent for me.”
30 Cornelius said, “Four days ago to this hour, I was praying in my house during the ninth hour; and behold, a man stood before me in shining garments, 31 and he said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your alms have been remembered before God. 32 Therefore send to Joppa and invite Simon, who is also called Peter, to come to you; he is staying at the house of Simon the tanner by the sea.’ 33 So I sent for you immediately, and you have been kind enough to come. Now then, we are all here present before God to hear all that you have been commanded by the Lord.”
34 Opening his mouth, Peter said: “I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, 35 but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him,” Acts 10:1-35.
“8 Depart from me, all you who do iniquity, for the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping. 9 The Lord has heard my supplication, the Lord receives my prayer. 10 All my enemies will be ashamed and greatly dismayed; they shall turn back, they will suddenly be ashamed,” Psalm 6:8-10.
“1 How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered! 2 How blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit!
3 When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away through my groaning all day long. 4 For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. Selah. 5 I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I did not hide; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”; and You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah. 6 Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him. 7 You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. 9 Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, otherwise they will not come near to you. 10 Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who trusts in the Lord, lovingkindness shall surround him. 11 Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous ones; and shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart,” Psalm 32:1-11.
“16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing; 18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus,” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
Love,

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
