“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,” 2 Timothy 4:3.

“And these also reel with wine and stagger from strong drink: the priest and the prophet reel with strong drink, they are confused by wine, they stagger from strong drink; they reel while having visions, they totter when rendering judgment,” Isaiah 28:7.

“Ponder the things ahead.

Ponder a world where many are left with near to nothing for their dwelling and their food.

Ponder the rich, the rich who hold much of the world’s stock.

Ponder a people called by My Name; who are called according to My purpose. And yet, many who are called according to My purpose, have shut their eyes to these things.

Ponder the corruption in your government. And ponder even now, what will come.

Ponder a land divided.

Ponder a people so divided that many are shot just because of the color of their skin.

Ponder a nation, where the rich come to power, and anything can be done, in the name of your religion.

Ponder a people who quote My Name, but who don’t seek My face.

Ponder a country where prophet, priest, and king, have their own agendas, and they build their own kingdoms in My name.

Ponder a land that will never be brought to its greatness.

Ponder when the upheavals come, when the national treasury falters, and you are taken by surprise from an outside force.

Ponder and consider what has happened in your past.

Ponder the sounds of drums and pipes and strings.

Ponder when your nation was founded.

Ponder the bills that were signed, and the treaties that were given. Would that you would reflect back on times long ago, when the earth was much younger, when men ruled ‘truly in My Name.’

For the days have come when many surround themselves with teachers who would say what they want them to say. You have followed after another drummer. Your melodies and your songs have long lost their luster. A cancer has eaten the core. And yet you say that you are well and not in need of healing.”
