I was in prayer and saw what looked to be a forest of stone, and then I heard the word “Petrified”.

I looked it up;

“verb, pet.ri.fied, pet.ri.fy.ing. to convert into stone or a stony substance like petrified wood. Also, to benumb or paralyze with astonishment, horror or other strong emotion: I was petrified with fear. To make rigid or inert; harden; deaden.” ^© Dictionary.com.

As I was praying, I saw many Christians with their eyes wide open, in a look of shock, struck silent, standing stuck like statues of stone, but having feelings of deep despair, resigning as to what they are witnessing.

This has caused them to lose hope and feel there is no use to try.

These are having bombarding arrows being hailed in their thinking and in speaking out, that it is too late to pray.

So many are saying, there’s no use to pray or war, because judgment has come to America, because of the many sins of this nation.

They say The Church is too far gone and say they see no hope for America, only destruction.

Beloved, hasn’t God heard His remnant, who have stood in the gap, making prayers rise before The Father as incense night and day, saying, “Spare thy people Oh God, give not thy heritage to reproach”?

Has God said it is too far gone? Should we throw-in-the-towel and say, “Let come what may!”?

We must remember that mercy triumphs over judgment!

God looks for those who will wrestle with Him. He listens to those who reason with Him, and those who stand in the gap in prayer. He listens to His beloved Friends.

Will God hear our prayers and petitions concerning our sin sick nation that is laden down with sin?

Did not our founding father Abraham intercede for Sodom and Gomorrah and all of the righteous that lived there?

God heard Abraham and reasoned with him concerning the decision He would make. (Romans 4:17) Abraham, who against hope believed in hope that he would be a father of many nations.

This man Abraham is known as a friend of God, and simply a man who spoke with God and God heard and changed his mind.

Are these the days of Noah’s or Nahum’s judgments?

Remember Lot’s wife? Her heart and devotion were committed to the sin of her world. Yes, and many who like her today would stand with shock, being struck silent like stone but their love and devotion is to this world that is passing away.

“Beloved there are still so many that have not bowed their knee to Baal that are hidden away. Would I be righteous to forget those who labor in their love affair with Me?

I have given thee hope and hope maketh not ashamed! Unite My People, unite this nation as ye cry out to Me so that this land shall once again be awakened, great, and governed by righteousness,” says The LORD of Hosts!

“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us,” Romans 5:5 KJV.

“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: thought your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; thought they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool,” Isaiah 1:18 KJV.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land,” 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV.
