Perfect Love Casts Out All Fear
I heard, “The devil is a master of disguise,” and I saw the word “RUSE” printed out.
A ruse is an action intended to deceive someone; a trick. And I heard this, that the biggest “trick” the enemy plays is to deceive us into thinking that our God is not with us, that His word is not true, and that He cannot or will not help us in our time of need.
The enemy comes with lies to get us to believe him and not our Abba Father. This causes FEAR and fear has torment. But Perfect Love casts out all fear. Jesus is that Perfect Love.
And I saw in the Spirit a very emaciated toothless lion, it was the devil attempting to ‘roar’ and scare a Child of God.
BUT as the Believer stood in faith and cast down these negative thoughts, I saw the Lion of Judah take His huge paw and pin the devil to the ground, helpless.
For GREATER is He who is in you then he who is in the world!
“Beloved. You are My Child. Do not fall for the ruse of the devil. You are Mine. Settle this in your heart once and for all time.
I have saved you to the uttermost and you are the Beloved of The LORD. Know this, Dear One. The devil is the father of lies. There is NO TRUTH in him. He can only ‘roar’ at you, ‘trick’ you with his lies and doubts.
The battle is for your mind. For though you walk in the flesh, you do not war after the flesh: for the weapons of your warfare are not carnal, but mighty through your God for the pulling down of strong holds.
Cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of your God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.
This obedience is a KNOWING that I AM for you and never against you. The only work you need to do is to believe on the One whom God sent.
Yes, My Child, it is that simple. Only believe. SEE JESUS. And watch as Perfect Love casts out your fear.
Watch as the Lion of Judah fights on your behalf. Watch as the God of Peace crushes the tormentor beneath your feet. Watch as the King of Glory thunders and all your chains are released!
Once you were bound but now you are free! You are free, Beloved, you are free! Whom the Son sets free is free indeed!
Believe it, My Child, believe it! It is finished! The Grace of The LORD Jesus Christ has set you free!”
RUSE : An action intended to deceive someone; a trick. (Merriam Webster)
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ,” 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.
“Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice over you. But I want you to be wise about what is good and innocent about what is evil. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you,” Romans 16:19-20.
“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do.” (Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees) “He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it,” John 8:44.
“What is man that You are mindful of him, or the sin of man that You care for him? You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor. You made him ruler of the works of Your hands; You have placed everything under his feet,” Psalm 8:4-6.
“For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone,” Hebrews 2:8-9.
“For Christ must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet,” 1 Corinthians 15:25.
“For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” “ Romans 8:15.
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love,” 1 John 4:18.
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak,” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
“For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”” Romans 8:15.
“As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe,” Mark 5:36.
“And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed at that very moment,” Matthew 8:13.
“Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you,” Matthew 9:29.
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak,” 2 Corinthians 4:13.
