“And I sent messengers unto them, saying, I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down: why should the work cease, whilst I leave it, and come down to you?” Nehemiah 6:3.

After the Babylonian Captivity, a remnant of the Jewish people had returned to Jerusalem under the leadership of Zerubbabel and Ezra.

God gives us leaders to be visionaries; to see the complete picture even things you may mock and laugh at.

These returned exiles had rebuilt the temple, but they were now in need of protection. The lack of fortified walls around the city left the people defenseless against enemies.

Weather, wild animals, opposing people, and other opponents could easily enter and cause “great trouble” to the people.

Nehemiah was the King’s cupbearer and his heart was troubled (stirred) because of what had taken place in Jerusalem!

“Wherefore,” the king said unto him, “Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? This is nothing else but sorrow of heart.”

Then Nehemiah very sore afraid, and said unto the King, “Let the King live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers’ sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?” (Nehemiah 2:2-3 KJV).

In this season, I believe that the LORD is saying that it is a time for the nations to become stirred and to realize that the walls, the gates, and doors have been torn down by the enemy (like Nehemiah did) and unless we as a nation come back to God, the enemy will continue to buffet us!

Nehemiah’s heart was stirred and troubled about what had taken place in his father’s sepulchres, how it had begun to lain waste, and the gates thereof were consumed with fire.

He realized that he couldn’t do the work of restoring the walls and gates on his own, but it would take others (unity) collaborating to help to build back up that which had been destroyed in exile.

But he also realized that many of his enemies (Sanballat/ Tobiah) were doing all that they could to stop the rebuilding of the walls! And, the reason for this, was it left the people vulnerable to attacks!

One thing the LORD wants His people to know as a community, a nation and a family is that EVERYBODY saying they are with you are not working in collaboration with you.

In fact, some people want to see you fall on your face, the same way Nehemiah’s enemies wanted for him!

I hear the LORD saying, “America, you won’t be able to save everyone, no matter how hard you try!”

I believe that the LORD is saying that their are some who have been called by the enemy in this season, to stop (undermine) the success of other nations (family, and community) in this season!

You see, the enemy has blinded many gullible souls with eyes that cannot see and ears that cannot hear, in order to cause the downfall of many souls in this season.

As a result; nations, regions, principalities and people are becoming distracted to what God is truly trying to release in this season, so that those who are under the demonic presence of an antichrist spirit can wreck havoc, chaos and despair upon the people, to further blind them to what is really going on!

You see, the LORD is revealing to me that a house divided against itself cannot stand!

By the time the nations will have figured out the enemy’s strategic moves, it will have been too late for many!

In this season, I believe that the LORD Is calling the people of God, as well as the nations, to become unified (prayer, love, and faith).

But instead of unifying, Satan has divided our nations more, using those who have yielded themselves to do the bidding of this demonic spirit, to wreck havoc and chaos!

Even the people of the U.S.A. are divided among themselves, leaving the enemy to come in for a deadly kill!

Many have laughed at the idea of strengthening our country and building up the walls and protecting our country from the enemy, but the LORD is warning us day by day, that we need each other to get the work done!

No one person can build up gates, walls and doors without a crew to help fortify the city!

I believe that the LORD is using many of the catastrophic events that have taken place in the nations to reveal to us as a people, what we are capable of, if we would only come together.

But because of pride, rebellion and disobedience many will die in the wilderness!

I believe that the LORD is preparing the U.S.A. and other nations to begin to take a good hard look at their designs, as to how to stop the enemy from destroying them from both within and from without!

The problem is, without prayer and God as the center pieces, the gates, walls and the doors will remain in ruins!

Remember, no house can be built unless the LORD is the center piece. This is why Nehemiah and the builders, every one, had his sword girded by his side. And so they built and sounded the trumpets that were by them, to warn the people of the opposition, (Nehemiah 4:18).
