Peace and Safety ~ Means War and Destruction!
Now we are making a sort of resolution or peaceful talk with North Korea, but just months ago there was a threat to destroy them with “Fire and fury”…..!
Okay… are we friends, enemies, or ‘frenemies’?
Well are you confused or what?
This is why we should look to the Word of God for counsel, guidance and instruction for the signs of times and for all things, (Proverbs 3:6).
Right now and at this very moment as we speak, there are major events taking place that are in direct line with biblical prophecy.
Therefore the people of God should stay in prayer, be on alert, and awake to what is going on around them and watch what the enemy is doing in this world, (1 Peter 5:8).
Although we should watch the news for information, we cannot believe every word, action or deed that we see or hear because most of the information and the words coming through the media and world leaders are deceitful, corrupt and their ways are as double-mindedness, (James 1:8).
All may seem like it is peaceful and everything is “Smooth” for the moment, but the Word of God says when the world declares a time of peace… then sudden destruction is sure to follow, (1 Thessalonians 5:2-4).
As in the words of our savior, “Watch and pray”, (Matthew 26:41).
“For you are fully aware that the day of the lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “peace and security,” destruction will come upon them suddenly, like labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. but you, brothers, are not in the darkness so that this day should overtake you like a thief,” 1 Thessalonians 5:2-4.
“Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, or set foot on the path of sinners, or sit in the seat of mockers,” Psalms 1:1.
“In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths,” Proverbs 3:6.
“Now he was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart,” Luke 18:1.
“Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour,” 1 Peter 5:8.
“A double minded man is unstable in all his ways,” James 1:8.
