Pastor: Don’t be happy about all your visitors!
The American Spirit filled pastor is not familiar with biblical persecution. Biblical persecution includes imprisonment, beatings, dismemberment, burning, beheadings, hanging, and being shot in the back of the head, to name just a few.
Criticism, hurt feelings, having to drive your self, or flying coach class, do not fall in the category of biblical persecution. Americans to this point have been babied and protected by the constitution and the laws of the land. Now this protection is being removed and a new set of laws is being written on a daily basis. Laws disguised to look like they benefit the public, are actually designed to imprison the free, are being quietly written every day.
Because of this turn of events, your public meetings will be under close scrutiny by authorities, longing to shut you up for good. As the new laws take effect, every visitor should be known or checked in some way to see if they are a truly searching person, “because of false brethren unawares being brought in, who will come in secretly to spy out your liberty and message which I have given you, that they might bring you into bondage and apply biblical persecution,” Galatians 2:4.
With any public mention of homosexuality as a sin, pre-written warrants will be issued, because it fall under the category of hate speech. Refusal to marry a homosexual couple will instantly bring in the authorities, arresting the pastor for a hate crime. Now are you ready for the good news!
Believers, pastors, and leaders alike will be scattered everywhere trying to avoid arrest, this long needed pressure will force revival to break out throughout the land.
Now here’s how it will biblically go down:
The authorities will make havoc of the church, and enter into every house, and arrest spirit filled men and women, along with pastors and their wives and commit them to prison. [4] In order to avoid arrest, you will be scattered abroad and go every where preaching the word. [5] You will be forced out of your fancy buildings and go down to the street people, and preach My love unto them. [6] And the people with one accord will give heed unto those things which you speak, hearing and seeing the miracles which you do. [7] You will see things like unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, coming out of many that are possessed with them : and many sick with cancer and sexually transmitted diseases, and that are lame, will be healed. [8] And there will be great joy in the city streets, in spite of the persecution,” Acts 8:3-8.
Then you will say, “Glory to God, my prayers for revival have finally been answered!”
The question you must answer now is: will you be among the persecuted or the persecutors?
