Passover — Pesach
Passover — Pesach, allows us to inherit our blessings of passing over from all that we are holding to in our lives and pass over to Life and eternal Life.
Jesus (The Passover) modeled the Great Passover in his life!
He was sent as “The Passover Lamb” from Heaven to earth. On the earth He was a human being like any other and was a Son who passed on His Responsibilities of a son towards His Mother over to His Disciple (John) whom he loved dearly.
To the children of the world, He passed over what God had Handed over to Him,
“For I received from The LORD what I also passed on to you: The LORD Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread….” 1 Corinthians 11:23
As the Son of Man and Son of God sent by God He redeemed the world by his blood, cried a triumphant Roar
“It is Finished” on The Cross.
“It is Finished” was a great Passover Cry!
The world is now redeemed by this Roar on The Cross.
He breathed (Passed over) The Holy Spirit (New life) over the disciples after His Resurrection. He Passed over The Holy Spirit to us as he ascended on high!
Now we lives in The Spirit of Resurrection and the the Life !
The Great Passover Lamb’s cry “It is Finished“echoes in our hearts leading us to an overcoming Life by purging our hearts everyday!
“Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch — as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.” 1 Corinthians 5:7-8
