Our help is in the name of the Lord
Sometimes I feel a little weepy grateful. Every so many days I look back and say wow, I made it through that and that and that. It was all God. I see where even when, I didn’t know what to do and where to go, and I couldn’t tell anyone I could tell you, Lord. For you were always ever present, ever faithful.
I can’t keep it to myself today, trust God in everything and all things. When you can’t see your way. He has already made a way. That’s why my soul looks back and wonder how I got over.
“If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, let Israel now say, if it had not been the Lord who was on our side when people rose up against us, then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us;
then the flood would have swept us away, the torrent would have gone cover us; then over us would have gone the raging waters.
Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us as prey to their teeth!
We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped!
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth,” Psalm 124.
Praise and Bless His Holy Name – He is worthy of ALL PRAISE.
